Ordered 3 dresses. One never showed up. Emailed about a return, returned the other two to sender. Paid extra for shipping and have confirmation that it was recieved and signed for but I couldn't get a refund or the dresses back. Then offered a custom, I made a mistake on the bust, but they can't do returns. So now I'm out 250 for the first 2, have a custom dress that doesn't fit and had to pay another150 to try again! Beautiful dress and good quality but Very $#*!ty return policy!

I ordered a dress special- Stacees shipped to wrong address and has done nothing to support me being made whole. I have suffered serious anxiety to try and get another dress in time for my friends wedding. No support, acknowledgement of their mistake and no help to resolution. At this point I have no other option BUT I will NEVER use this company again and will tell EVERYONE I can the same thing.

My daughter was very fussy and particular about the colour abd design of her prom dress. So we visited 6 prom dress shops to trial them. However they were all too expensive and nothing particular about the quality of materials. My wife stumbled upon your website and showed it to my daughter. She was so pleased that you do made to order of measurements were provided.

The dress we purchased is just lovely. The colour is vibrant and it is so well made. I was impressed that when I ordered a specific size, Stacees got in touch to ask me for specific measurements - so the dress was exactly the right length, and we had gone up a size for the chest, which was going to make it a little big on the waist - but with the measurements it was perfect. Quick delivery, good follow up. Overall just a great experience. Would use them again.
