Extremely slow to arrive but overlooked due to quality. Took almost little over 3 weeks to arrive. Customer service was also less than acceptable regarding a damaged flower girl dress. No accountability but was able to fix it ourselves.

They had an amazing customer service and regularly sent updates about the dress. The quality of the dress was also very good and definitely worthy of the price I bought it for. The dress arrived within the estimated arrival time, sizing was perfect. The only issue I had was I asked multiple times if the dress came lined in the mid section and was continuously reassured it was. The dress arrived unlined in the mid section. Due to school dress code we purchased a tube top to wear under the dress as to not show skin in the mid section. Otherwise the dress was exactly as described and perfect length for her strict school dress code requirements.
