Ordered 2 of the same dress with intentions of returning 1 in order to get the size right. Stacee's wouldn't approve the return because they said I ordered a custom size even though the price with shipping that I paid didn't I include custom sizing.

Website clearly states that items can be easily returned. Since I ordered from a French website, naturally I believed that items can be returned to Europe. Now I learned it's a scam. Absolutely unethical practices.

Dresses do not fitper size chart. Go back on return policy. Dresses also late. Customer service terrible and not timely using poor English.

We ordered a dress online for a royalty coronation. My goal was to have it be inexpensive versus prom and wedding shops and my daughter wanted a beautiful dress that made her look and feel like a princess. We got both as well as a crown! They messaged us and asked for her measurements and made it to fit her. It was perfect and quick as well.

The dress was not only beautiful, it arrived early and was of made of quality fabric. There was plenty of length so even you tall girls should be confident. It fit great and the only alterations I needed to make was the length.

Ordered 2 dresses due to being unsure of thw size that would actually work for my daughter. I was told I cant return the dress that didn't work out due to this supposedly being custom order. If this was a custom order, then you should be asking for the measurements of the individual and then customizing the dress to fit the individual. Then, I could see why you wouldn't be able to take a return. But, the fact that I still have to have alterations done after the costly purchase, is a bit rediculous.

We gave the measurements for the dress we wanted and it was several inches bigger than the size chart. They would not allow us to return the dress for a refund. Instead, they made me pay $50 for a new one plus $20 in shipping. :(

I've contacted the ticket support multiple times to make a return and I haven't heard anything back. They claim to get back within 24 hours but do not. Then they won't take your return after 14 days of receiving it. Completely unprofessional.
