My sister in law (the bride) and I ordered a bridesmaid dress to see in person and emailed the company beforehand and they were totally fine with that since I stated it may need to be returned. I got the dress, it came as a different color than it looked like in the picture and the lace was very low quality. Fraying and white spots all over it and had a very uneven neckline. I asked them to return it and opened a ticket right away (well within their retuen policy). They have never given me a way to return it, I've been emailing them for over 11 days now and still won't pay for it to be returned or give me a full refund. I submitted numerous pictures and they are stating the dress is in fine condition and looks good and even suggested that I "cut off" the fraying parts. Very bad customer service and now I have to dispute the charge since they refuse to return it. (I ordered a normal size, not custom made)

When I read return policy it said I could return if dress wasn't worn. My dress wasn't worn, and I was told I can't return it and need to pay $50 for a new one. Highly disappointed.

If I'm ordering an overpriced dress and paying more than $100, the least you can do is ship for free. Sizing is also off, I ordered a short dress and it was way too long and had to pay to have it hemmed.

The most compliment we received from the wedding was the bridesmaids dresses that we purchased from the prom section. The style, fabric, and color were perfect! We are using the same dress for my other daughter's wedding in 2026. We will change the color and style a little.
