The return process was anything but "worry-free". I had multiple emails back and forth in which I sent pictures/videos of the dresses with tags still on only days after receiving before they finally gave me the address. And even then I had to cover the shipping cost and they only offered a 70% refund of the amount I paid.

Granddaughter found her dream dress for prom last spring. We're ordering again for Sr Snowball dance next month. Getting the alterations fit to her measuments is worth every penny!
