This's my first time with SSLs.com and from my experience... They have a great customer support that's ready to attend to any of your need and question ANYTIME!
You need a clearer explanation of the SSL types and their differences. However, from you I get what I need at a competitive price and your customer service is quite good and very responsive.

Easy to install
Your support representatives are a PLEASURE to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Ukrainians are some of the nicest people I have met, and your staff prove it in the way they fulfill their duties.
The user interface for purchase is well designed and very easy to use, and your price--even with Hostagator's $10 installation fee--amounts to just 1/5 (20%) of what Hostgator charges for a 3-year term with THE SAME SSL (Comodo PostiveSSL)!
For future reference: In my opinion, Hostgator makes it difficult to initiate third-party SSLs because they want to sell their overpriced SSL instead. I did EVERYTHING necessary for my installation to run smoothly, but in the end the Hostgator page refused to accept both files provided by SSLs.com.
The page accepted the RSA Key generated by Hostgator, but the CSR and the package from SSLs.com both FAILED and I was forced to call Hostgator Support. I expected an argument because Hostgator typically REFUSES to provide support for third-party SSLs (more of that same disincentive). But the Support rep IMMEDIATELY offered to initiate a Support Ticket to expedite my installation. That suggests that Hostgator Support personnel UNDERSTAND that the system is RIGGED to cause third-party SSL installations to FAIL. I could be wrong about this, but I doubt it...
