After the first couple of times, the generation and installation process is a breeze, with most of the learning curve on the server side.

Best price available and the process was was fast and easy. For someone less familiar with IIS, I can imagine it might be a little more difficult (as there were no instructions on how to generate the request and install the cert), but someone less familiar probably wouldn't be using this product.

The process is complex. Registering with Comodo, to find out your log in information doesn't work. Being transferred somewhere else. Was it Comodo that I was suppose to log into? Was it Cheapnames.com? InfoOpenCorporaton? Very confusing and extreme patients was required. I'm not a developers, but more regular folks may purchase and install their own SSL Certificate if this process was simplified.

P.S. I dread when I forget to renew my SSL Certificate. I know I face a nightmare to get it back.
