Great (Feel lazy to type)
I had been shopping around for a while and was quite impressed with over all pricing and selection of SSLs. I have easily integrated the SSLs with my shared hosting provider (Cloud-based) for a nominal fee with them but saved a bundled by getting my SSLs with a third-party. When I checked out, I saw the NameCheap EV SSL and it really made me feel good that the site is backed by a major registrar.

I was not able to set up certificates with online chat help.
I wasn't sure wether it was a legit email.That freaked me out a bit because I just paid it then started to wonder did I do the right thing.

Not clear on information needed on business and EV certs. Can you put on the site more details so we can make sure things will match prior to purchasing?
Easy and quick buy
It's very good product in this price.
Everything was great except the instructions to install it. Not your fault or problem but it would be nice for an obvious install like mine on CPanel exactly what to do, step by simple step from generating the first thing to installing the last thing.
Also - when I did the download of the file to let you know that I was the one running my domain - there was no obvious sign that anything had happened or message that you were going to follow up and test the file and then confirm and send the certificate. I was just sitting there wondering what the next step was!
Anyway thanks and kudos for a value for the $ SSL.
