As a startup MSP business I have no public records yet, making this purchase of a SSL for my business website more expensive than GoDaddy now that I have to setup services I was not budgeted for. Should have just spent the $60 with GoDaddy and avoided all this hassle. Last time I use this service, or recommend it. I'm out over $300 to setup a phone line and get a lawyer to "verify" who I am. Total waste, never again. Might be good for established companies but terrible for startups.

Checkout only works for me using paypal. I have an international credit card that I use for any service like (digital ocean, github, spotify, etc). This same credit card was declined for ssls.com. I tried to finish the checkout using paypal and the same credit card and works lol. Anyway, this was a little frustrating.

Easy to buy. Not so sure about service yet. When I contacted support, they took a while to answer questions (I'm sure they are dealing with multiple people as well, which is fine but it wastes my time) and got links to answers. I'll figure it out myself likely.

I couldn't be made simpler to buy an ssl certificate. Their website is made that simple that I finally spend most of my time researching whether they really are who they claim to be. Really cheap and easy, no hidden commitments.
Please indicate more clearly that you can not change the domain when re-issuing the certificate. It would be useful for the developers to use them.
As Browsers are now highlighting sites that are not secure, it's nice not having to pay a small fortune for this peace of mind.
Smooth service, no problems.
The whole process was very easy, and the price was 85% cheaper than buying a certificate from the hosting company. The only problem I encountered was my mistaken belief that RECEIVING the certificate meant it had been INSTALLED. But customer service was fine, and installation took very little time.
