I was very pleased with how quickly my items were shipped and appreciated how I could amend the delivery details through DHL. I would definitely order from Ssense again in the future.
Great customer service through the online chat. There is no one would pick the phone though. Tried to contact customer service on weedends, really hard to reach them.
I didnt enjoy online shopping at all because In the process I lost the items I initially wanted, I had to call them 3x a day for confusion that they couldnt get organized through themselves, I ordered express shipping somewhere within all the confusion that got changed in their system so it was nerve wrecking. Some of the staff were amazing and some of the customer service were extremely rude but overall the products are amazing!
I enjoy the unique selection of styles that ssense offer. I do wish I dont have to wait 20+ minuets each time to talk with customer service representatives each time.
Excellent company. Shipping is fast. Returning is very Convenient. Im very impressed with the clothing selection.

The first time I ordered SSENSE item was through Fancy.com. It was a really good price for an item I wanted for a long time so I said 'let's do it!'. After finding out that the store has their own website, with MANY more items and even better, more deals, I ordered 3 more items. They arrived faster than the Fancy.com order, they were at such a good price, I for a moment thought i'm buying a knock-off. But in just a few days, I received the items and guess what? They were all original, boxed, beautiful and amazing! I LOVE IT! I will most likely come back to shop at this website and had already recommended it to a few of my friends. Thank you for a great customer service dealing with a few technical issues with the website and helping me place an order I will never forget!
Im a big shopper, Im known on social media for my clothing and my style. So i always buy my love ones stuff they wont usually purchase them self. Such as the 2 balencaga sock trainers i orderedy mother and little sister for Xmas. So i ordered them and my comfirmation said it will come in the day after Xmas. That was find with me because i had purchased them more then one gift. The sneakers did not arrive until after January 18th. I order from this website a lot and i just think its horrible and inconvenient that no one was able to email me and tell me my packages were going to be late or when i emailed the company several times no one had an answer for me.

Im always weary about purchasing designer product online and usually buy at Holts, Saks or Nordstrom. Ssense sale was really good.
I ordered Saint Laurent boots. I sent multiple emails requesting info on sizing and didnt get a response until the half-size up was sold out. Then my order was delayed for almost two weeks. When I finally got the package, I needed that half-size up.
Hire seasonal staff to support during sale season. Customers can only be so patient with delays.

I tried 3 times to order the sweatshirt. Each time I was given an amount less than $10 to enter for verification. Each time I entered the amount several times without verification. I would cancel and start over thinking it would go better. On the third time I ordered and ran into the same problem, I called customer service. The person listened, reviewed the information and verified the order. I quickly received the sweatshirt and grandson loved it. The process was too frustrating to try again however.

Great website, great deals during semi-annual sales. No tax or shipping charges. Only downside Return(s) are expensive due to shipping by postal service only and paying extra for insurance.

Love the format -- items are easy to view; wide selection; prompt customer service and excellent about returns. Only thing I'd recommend is giving a more detailed description of certain items of clothing (whether trousers come unhemmed, can be let out, etc.).
