Spyfly is a joke! I looked up two people that I know for a fact have a very long criminal record and the only thing that Spyfly came up with in a search were a few addresses and a couple of family member names. I got all that information online for free! Spyfly did not show any of the many arrests nor the 7 year and not even the 9 year prison sentence that one of them served in MI & OH. I feel this website is totally worthless.

If you are not seeing information on our site, then that means that the data you are looking for is not publicly available; or for some reason our data providers didn't provide it to us. So, even if you are positive that something occurred, it’s not guaranteed that the information has been digitally archived correctly by the court system or governing agency so it’s possible that your data is not yet available. For some people this is a good thing because negative information might be difficult or impossible to find.
In addition, every county processes their data differently and sometimes there are delays. As a member, you will be emailed with an update when any information on the people that you are monitoring changes. This way you will always be the first to be alerted.

Let me tell spfly.com is the only company on the internet that I really trust. I lost close to 1000. 00 the past year on tech support company that are out of this country. Spyfly all of their customer service rep. Know their product If they tell you something its the truth. I was checking the company out for a collection agency for skip tracing all their info was up to date. The minute I wanted to cancelle my account was not problem. This is a great service. I discovered an agency was sending a woman to my house who had been convicted of forgery, possession of stolen property and obtaining property under false pretenses. Supposedly the agency was doing background checks, but they were not. I'm so grateful for this service. Because I knew this through Spyfly, I was able to kindly find a nonconfrontational way to get this house keeper out of my house.

Our signup process is incredibly clear and alerts you to the fact that there is a one week trial period for $2 for you to review the service and benefits and that after that period there is a monthly cost for the membership of $29.97. To create a membership and to ensure that customers understand the terms and conditions of the membership, you must check a box that you understand what you are doing to become a member. In addition, we tell you all of the terms and conditions in a confirmation page post signup and in a welcome email that is emailed upon signup.

I was only canceling because I only needed the site for one day, and was using their $1 7-day trial to look at my own records. I had questions, and she went above and beyond to answer them. On top of all that, she had a great attitude, pleasant voice, and respect for the customer. I can only imagine some of the calls she must receive considering it is SpyFly, but she treated me like I was VIP from start to finish. If anyone is looking for a wonderful phone personality, hire her and give her a raise immediately! I never write reviews, but with this recent experience, I insisted.

Spyfly helps me stay aware of important information that can influence my families safety. Spyfly has helped me gain an idea of what information is out there about my family. I have learned that the information can sometimes not be accurate. Spyfly gives me the opportunity to address the information out there which I feel is important. Now I can address the inaccurate information and go through the steps to have the data corrected. I appreciate the ability to locate sex criminals near my family.
