I have gone through this website and found some good collections mobile phones and tablets. I wanted to buy one good quality mobile phone and it was available in their website for an affordable rate. I received the product very late, I waited for too long but no complaint for my phone till now.

I like Sprint, I mean I don't see much of a difference with the big carriers, they all lock you into some kind of contract. Sprint never drops my calls, so that is why I like them, their data package is some what reasonable so I like them. I have been with them for 10 years, so I guess they must be doing something right.

Sprint is so disappointing and insulting, it saddens me. After a trip to a store for technical support, technical support via the *2, and calling in for technical support I finally decided to terminate my contract. I signed up only 5 short months ago and in those 5 months my 4 year old son and I have been stranded in unknown areas due to service drops while using GPS on my mobile device, dropped calls, and loss of service for hours at a time. After expressing this to the customer support in an attempt to get my early termination fee waived all I got were promises to be called back which were all lies, employees informing me there was nothing they could do, as well as extremely rude, unprofessional, and insulting employees. I was informed that if I returned me device they would terminate the early termination fee, and I said I would gladly return the device if they provided a refund of $299.00 that I paid for it. They refused, insulted me with attitude and refusal to transfer to their peers, and hung up on me. I am so offended by all of the service that I have received from Sprint. I cannot believe that such a company exists and would treat people in such a way.

I am customer of Sprint and have been for a couple of years now. I have never received the best service from Aprint but this year it seems to be exceptionally horrible and I am definitely reaching a breaking point. I was lied to 4 times In July, and another 5 or so times in August and then when I asked Sprint to do what I was told they would, I was made to believe I was an ***.
I spoke with Steven S in chat **************741 on 07/10 and was informed as a result of that conversation that
Steven S.: Credit of $129 has been applied on your bill. So, you can deduct this charges from $240 and pay the rest bill. Its $111
I spoke with Robin K on 07/11 in chat **************216 and was informed as a result of that conversation that
Robin K: I have checked that you were informed that the remaining due balance on your account is $111.00 and you can make the payment for $111.00.
I spoke with Paige S on 07/14 in chat **************024 and was informed as a result of that conversation that
Paige S.: Tiffany you can keep this chat transcript for confirmation and you will get this on your email address *******@aol.com and be assured that you will not experience any sort of issue. You will need to pay $110.00.
I spoke with Alex K on 08/11 in chat **************538 and was informed as a result of that conversation that
Alex K.: As per the account details, there is a pending credit of $143.51.
I get online today and it says my account is past due for $130.00, which is the remainder of last month's bill after I paid the 110.00. Imagine that! I speak with Crystal, a supervisor who disconnect on me after saying she was connecting me to a manager, because everyone at Sprint would rather lie and argue with the customer than help. Crystal basically tells me everything I was told before was a lie and that I owe this 130.00.
Then I speak with another individual who is trying to convince me that 240-110-130=130.00 and then after I explain several hundred times that there is no world where this math equation would make sense, he says a manager will call me back in 3 days.
Of course, 3 days later I have to call Sprint back. Then it finally seems I find someone who understands basic math and agrees to email me before my due date to confirm that the credit will finally be applied. Of course, it is now my due date and no credits have been applied to my account.
This is the second time I have had a billing issue with Sprint and of course they handled it with the same manner of lies and making their customer feel unappreciated and unintelligent as they always have. I am looking forward to taking advantage of T-Mobile's buyout program so I can get them out of my life for once and for all.

Wow I just want everyone to know that Brenda and Stephanie at the sprint store in Tracy on Naglee Rd. ROCK! I went in and the customer service was the best I have ever received. All my questions were answered and I feel the customer service was over and beyond. In my career I deal a lot with the public and these two employees I really hope are recognized by Sprint. I would hire them in a heart beat! Anyway my experience was awesome and I would recommend anyone to go to that sprint store. Brenda and Stephanie thank you so much for a wonderful experience. The customer service I received from you is what will keep me coming back to Sprint. Thank You! Bam Bam

My phone was stolen and when I called to file a stolen phone and file to the insurance found out that the sprint company accidentally took my insurance off so I could not get my phone replaced. Then they tell me that I have to buy a new phone so I did because I have been dealing with this for a week and nothing. So I order a new phone that I had to pay full price again. So I make my order and when it is to be delivered they get the address wrong and they try to say that UPS got the info wrong. So I called sprint again than they said they would send the information to UPS with the correct address and call UPS in two hours so I did. UPS again told me they never received any correction of address and they could not make any changes per Sprint request. So I call Sprint again and same process all day and still they can not get it correct. Help me they are idiots. Do not get sprint bad customer service and no one in that organization knows what they are doing.

Cell phone started giving trouble in Dec of year one purchased. It has not worked properly since then in spite of many calls to the provider. And no satisfaction of correct service even in my own home and now they have charged me $260 to cancel service early. I had to purchase a new monthly service which works perfect in my home and on the outside also'.

Sprint is the worst with customer service
January 13, 2014

Sprint is the worst with customer service. Their site is ok but the business sucks at best. When you start getting too high in your data usage, they will begin throttling your service. You'll notice because your service will get slow, you'll start dropping calls, and your messages will all come in late. It happens all of the time to me.

Order two phones from Newegg for Sprint service a month and half ago. I never had the chance to setup a pin and they won't give me my pin over the phone. They said they would mail it and I never received the mail, only to call back and be told I need to go into a Sprint store. I went into a sprint store and was told I had to go to a Corporate Store to get that which is over an hour away. I called again and they promised to mail the pin. I have asked them to text it, asked if I could verify my social and almost anything just to get that pin over the phone. I have an easier time dealing with insurance companies and banks than sprint. Not to mention I just had to pay a 320 bill over the phone because I never received a bill and can't get online. As a new customer I'm furious!

I have had Sprint for 2 years now
July 21, 2012

I have had Sprint for 2 years now. Prior to having the new 4gLTE phone I had the HTC 4g phone. The 4g phone did have much better service so Sprint sent me a box that increased your signal. It worked unless there was a cloud in the sky. I am tired of Sprint. Our bill exceed $245 a month and I am getting non-stop dropped calls. I would never ever again recommend this service to anyone.

Years ago I had Sprint
August 25, 2011

Years ago I had Sprint. The service was great very clear, no dropped calls. You could hear a pin drop when talking on there phone. The bad thing is that I was a customer of there's for almost fours years. I was never late on a bill during my entire service. But one day I was at work and made a payment on there over the phone pay. The automated system said I had a bill of 39.99 but did not include a. 35cent charge. Late that afternoon I left work to go to lunch and was trying to call in an order to Pluck you chicken. Then I received a message from Sprints system that said my service was temporarily interrupted due to non-payment. It directed me right to a service rep who answered and said thank you for calling sprint can I have the number you are calling about? I answered her security questions and then ask her what the hell is going on? Why is my phone shut off. I explained to her that I was not late paying and that I called to get my balance. She advised me that the full bill was not paid. I told her she was crazy that the auto system advised me that I owed $39.99 due buy the 24th of the month. I told her today is the 10th. She told me she see's the payment that I made. But I still owed. 35 cents. I asked her if she was out of her mind are you kidding? I said I have never been late ever and you are worried about a lousy. 35 cents. You have turned this phone off for. 35 cents. I demanded she restore my service immediately. She refused until I paid that lousy. 35 cents. I had to pull over on the beltway and pay by credit card to have them restore my phone. After paying it I ask her how long it would take for my phone to come back on? She told me 7-10 hours she could not give me an exact time. It took 4 hours for my phone to come on. I called them and told them I hope your company appreciates the extra. 35 cents you forced me to pay before restoring my service. I also told them that they should be ashamed of the way they treated me a great customer who is never late. I also told them that I could understand this kind of treatment if I was someone who is always late. Or someone who was on a usage management program with them because they go over there minutes. But not VIP who never had a late bill. My final words where I hope that. 35 cents was worth the loss of a 4 year customer. Sprint has great service but lousy customer service. What a joke are they kidding. 35 cents really. Beware sprint are gold diggers. Not customer savers

Bad customer service got hung up on quite a lot. I hate that even you pay for insurance the deductible still costs a lot. Think twice before you sign up for a 2 year agreement. For me, when the 2 years is up, I'll be looking for a new provider.

STAY AWAY! Very aweful customer service, their 30 day guarentee is B. S. and their "4G" internet is slow! I was approached by a representive in a best buy soliciting this clear nonsense. Well I've learned my lesson.

I did not find one ad that was true
July 23, 2011

I did not find one ad that was true. Free this and that all has conditions at check out. They advertise no contracts. No so. I insisted on no contracts and was told my card was declined. I contacted my branch manager and was told "Nothing was presented on my account". Just a way to switch you to a "contract". Billing and shipping must be the same? When asked why downloads had great things to say about their system. Customers did NOT. Agent told me that only whiners complain.

Ok, i really despise sprint
May 20, 2011

Ok, i really despise sprint. A few years ago i ordered my phone and got a two year contract. Well probably a year later i added some more minutes and bought a different phone, full price $300. Well after my contract was suppose to be up (past 2years) i tried to cancel my service to get ATT and an iphone. The rep says, you still have over a year left on your contract.

Long story short, when you change your plan or add a phone, they automatically renew your plan. What a load of BS.

Never again!

After canceling my service they have continued to access my bank account for the last two months, and after calling them several times I had to pay a fee to my bank to block them from my account. Now they are emailing me past due notices! They even had record of my calls, but there were never any notations made by the customer service reps about canceling my service, even though this was the reason for my calls!
