Melissa Ospina was absolutely engaged in helping me on the phone today! I did not have my order number, her response NO PROBLEM, may I get your last name and first. Within seconds she confirmed my order and told me shipping status. It was coming Saturday. Problem is no one is at my office on Saturday. Her response. NO PROBLEM I will contact Federal Express and find out options. Within 5 minutes she called me back and informed me she had arranged for it to come on Tuesday! I only hope all of my employees respond to my customers the way Melissa, handled my issue today! Melissa, if you read this. And want to move to Tampa, you are hired! Great job.
I purchased the same item twice frustrated on trying to authenticate my item, which is a surprise present for my husband. Connie went above and beyond with helping me and now I don't to go through the hassle of returning anything. She made my day and I will continue to purchase memorabilia from this site because of her.

Jodi Laureano was magnificent - the site is actually one of the worst I use to purchase Sports Memorabilia from, but she was patient and knowledgeable and supported me through a couple of orders, redeeming some points and re-setting the account password. Without her I would have probably gone elsewhere.
