I received a call from Preston Graham that a product I ordered for my son's birthday was delayed due to Hurricane Irma and wouldn't arrive in time for the party. He was very apologetic and said he could connect me to customer service to see what could be done. I was connected to Andrea Mendoza who took the time to contact the warehouse and arrange to have the order rushed through processing and shipped that day to arrive the next day even though they were way behind due to the storm. I truly appreciate both of them for helping to make my son's birthday a special one! Thank you!
We had an order that was supposed to be shipped Friday with two day Fed Ex. We had not received it yesterday. This morning they told me they shut down Friday due to the hurricane and didn't open until yesterday, and it was shipped yesterday, so we will receive it tomorrow on our son's 50th birthday. Amazing service!
Had a few issues with confirmation of my international order and, due to Labor Day weekend, had major problems contacting anyone to resolve it. Thankfully, Ingrid Padron was the only person to respond over the weekend and did a fantastic job resolving my queries. Thanks Ingrid - you're a real star!
I placed an order online about 10 days and hadn't heard anything on delivery nor received any tracking information. I went back to the website and decided to Live Chat. Andrea Mendoza, the Customer Service representative was able to check on my order within minutes and gave me the expected ship date. She went above and beyond, in my opinion, as she asked me if there was a date I needed the item. I gave her the date and with the expected ship date it should have been delivered in time; however, she took it upon herself to contact the shipping department and got my ship date moved up so that there was no question it would arrive in time. This made me very happy as this is a gift.

After getting my signed photos I discovered that they offered all three already framed as a tripic. I couldn't frame the three loose ones as nice for the price. Had no problem returning the photos and the framed version was on my doorstep in 3 days. The customer service lady was very nice and accommodating and keep me informed all the way thru the return process and my refund was issued, all in about 6 days. They have a great selection i. E 14 pages of Georgia Bulldog stuff and 99 pages of Pittsburgh Steeler stuff for example. Highly recommend them
