I have had two interactions with your customer service representative by the name of Trisha Gage. She is really wonderful. I am 84 and she was very kind and patient with me when I had an issue. She does what she says she is going to do. Nowadays that is a miracle! She is knowledgeable and expedient. I owned a retail women's clothing store for over 38 years and I wish I would have had at least one employee like Tricia! I think she deserves a pat on the back. Thank you.

I ordered a basketball for my bosses birthday. I received an email a few days later saying they could not locate the original ball I requested. They offered me a different ball that was actually more expensive at no additional cost. I called in and spoke with Sonia Boppell. I explained what had happened and she was able to get the new order placed for me and because I was a little worried the new order would not ship in time she must have over nighted the ball for me. I was very impressed with how they took care of my needs. My boss will love his gift and I will be ordering more from this company again and again. Thank you Sonia you are amazing
