I recently needed to return an item ordered from Sportsmemorabilia. A process that could have become a time consuming issue in my busy day was resolved in a manner that was extremely appreciated. I ordered an item to be shipped internationally and had trouble with customs. They asked for a lot of documents in a very short time threatening to send the package back for return.
