I ordered an item to be shipped internationally and had trouble with customs. They asked for a lot of documents in a very short time threatening to send the package back for return. I contacted Sports memorabilia customer service and thank God I got Jane Tesoriero. Jane was so nice to answer our emails and get online and send us documents event went to office regardless of the fact that it was middle of the night! The problem got solved just in time and thanks to Jane ho was so nice to exchange emails with the customs people until they got it right. Outstanding customer service guys! Great job! It's very nice to see that somebody else cares about you gift arriving in time for Christmas! Thanks again Jane Tesoriero!

This year for holiday shopping I was tasked with finding a Golf Picture for my Father-in-Law. Not only did I find the perfect picture at SportsMemorabilia.com, my item showed up well before it should have and tracking the package was simple. In addition the customer service from Lauren Alfonzo was AMAZING!
