I was getting a little stressed because I had never dealt with SM and the tracking information I printed when I placed the order told me nothing. When I called Andrea she answered promptly, was very friendly, and gave me the information I needed on the spot and forwarded the FedEx tracking # to me by email. Because of her help I can definitely recommend SM to others.
These guys are top notch! We ordered a hockey stick that was going to be late for our Chistmas party. They jumped through hoops to get this order changed around and expedited to show up on time for our party. This is the third time we have purchased from them. We will continue to do business.

This company has amazing customer service. They accidentally shipped me the wrong item. After contacting them about their mistake, I was connected with Thias Evans who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that this error was corrected in a very fast and timely manner. She continued to remain in contact with me until she had verification that the correct item was shipped out. Even though she knew that their systems would send me out and email notifying me that the item shipped. She still reached out to me personally to let me know the item had shipped and provided me with the tracking number for my item. Even with all the chaos of the holiday season she made me feel like I was the ONE AND ONLY person she had to deal with, when I know she probably had many other things she needed to be taking care of. I am truly blown away by the customer service I received.
