This stuff is decent. Don't know if I'll ever purchase again. While you are rinsing it out it's hard to tell if it rinsnst out all the way. It feels like it puts a coat over your hair while wet I think that's why I couldn't tell if it was rinsnt out. Plus it doesn't have a scent. If leaves your hair with NO scent. I seriously like my hair smelling great after a shower. It did make my hair soft but I still have frizz.
I was looking at the products yesterday and started checking out and stopped to read reviews. I decided not to get the product after reading them. Today 05/02/2023 I get a notification my order is being prepared. I emailed them back and said I never ordered and to cancel. No response. This is fraudulent. I will be reporting to my credit card. I never hit submit on this order!

It does not work and they scammed my bank account, took my money and said they didn't get it. I confirmed with my bank they did indeed get my payment but they doubled the payment and took $172. DO NOT TRUST!

They fooled me on my second purchase, when i placed my first order it was a damaged product so one of the representative offered free product but they deduct the money and then i asked why, no one respond and said return the product then they will refund the money, when i returned the product they said they applied a discount, they cannot refund, I have sent all my bank statement as a proof. When I got the stuff for my hair it was not much in the tub they give you. I immediately canceled and they still were taken 135 off my credit card.
I called x4 and just today they once again took a other $135CA off my card. They said it was ca canceled but obviously they don't know what they're doing.
The hair cream comes in the tub but when you open it up. There's another smaller version inside so it looks like you're getting way more and reality or not. I didn't find any Different When I used it. Just be careful when I'm getting subscriptions and nothing is free.! Not worth Is the money or the hassle. They just take whatever they want when they want. Keep in mind they been doing this since March! Taken money from my account sometime 4 times a month as you can see.

I bought a 50 ml bottle of serum and was charged almost $400 on my Mastercard over 3 months. I did not realize the reoccurring charge happening and when i did, i reached out to this company and they said... since it was over the 60 day trial, there would be no refund. I'm a 19 year old University student and cannot afford to spend $400 on one bottle of serum. And WILL NOT return my money. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

I was just looking at the product and I have my debit card on file. I don't even know how but an order was placed. I tried to cancel it right away but they told me it was imposible even if I do not order it. I am seeing all the reviews and it is the same response over and over. I think it is just an automatic response. I think they are stealing money from accounts. I am working with my bank to resolve this.

I can not say it loud enough DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! First lets talk about the HORRIFIC customer service They do not give a phone number and it takes 2 days to talk to someone by email of all things. I have been trying to cancel this subscripition for over a month now. I purchased the hair serium and overall the products is okay... But the smell is just aweful I have never used a product that stinks so bad. I have a feeling they opened this company to be able to say WE OWN A BUSINESS. This whole situation is not even worth the agravation but is so annying. So cancel a subscription I guess is not the same as cancel my account. Please avoid buying anything from this comapny. The best thing I can say about this company is the little tubes come in pretty colors. I get the concept of what this company is trying to do. But it needs a lot of work The containers are to small, The product has a horrible smell and it is over priced for the tiny pod insert and for goodness sake get a dang phone number so people can talk to a real human being.

I had ordered Spoiled Child hair products off an IL Makiage foundation order, and ended up returning them all, both makeup and hair products. I sent back everything, and ended up being charged for the hair care products, which made my scalp itch fiercely! Customer service is atrocious! Deeply disappointed in this company. Just save your money and time and go with a different company!

I don't appreciate the way I am told I am authorizing only a free item, $5 shipping only (max pre-authorization) and then I find out after the paying the shipping (five dollars) that they enrolled me for a free trial without my permission which pre authorized $116 and states (after the "free" item has been processed to my debit card) that I have to return items or get charged, and in addition they added another full-priced item to their presumptive trial without informing me before the shipment.
If you're not watching your email, because you think you're fine with this five dollar charge, you won't find out that they're going to charge you at the end of the month until after they charge you. It might be long enough that it's too late for a refund.
I will never get this time back, and my time is very valuable. There should be some law that we can charge them for taking up our time with these fraudulent offers.
No product is worth the hassle of working with a dishonest company.

Spoiled Child Hair Follicle Serum
I wish I had read the reviews for this product before purchasing. I got about 12 uses from the canister; not 30-60. I feel ripped off. I'm almost to the point of not wanting to purchase anything I see advertised on the internet.

I'm reading the comments and am shocked and saddened that so many are having billing issues. I just made my very first purchase last week and I ordered the two collagen bottles and the scalp serum and face serum. I was certainly billed for all of it but when I got the products, I thought it was worth it just in the packaging.
The collagen bottles are in squeezable plastic bottles and it is a bit difficult to read the label because the lettering is in a light orange on a white label. The scalp serum, face serum and vitamins bottles are in more solid plastic and glass containers. The packaging came with easy instructions on how to use. I also got the full size hair vitamin bottle free with the order a scalp brush and a tinted lip balm.
So far, I like the liquid collagen (mango). It is a bit thick and like a gelatin fluid but otherwise easy to drink with water. Their face serum smells divine! I've tried and spent $$$ on many serum brands from shiseido, Lancôme, charlotte tilbury, tatcha, etc, and spoiled child's serum (blue bottle) has a lovely light scent that smells spa-like. I have dry skin and so far this is a nice barrier I use under another serum
Their scalp serum spray comes in a very well-made glass bottle as well. I did notice that the spray comes out in almost like a circular ring, so parting the hair and having the spray too far from the area won't get it in the part so you'd want to bring the spray bottle in closer.
I normally take Vital Proteins collagen powder with coffee and bought Spoiled Child collagen for something stronger. I look forward to the results. Total billed was $156 but so far, I think it's worth it.
They were giving away samples on Facebook in which they said were free, now without telling me they charged my credit card $246, that is not free then they tell me if I keep it after 60 days and get a refund, at no point in time did they ever inform me that they charged my credit card that amount. They also have another order on the way but yet I received no notice about that either I will be disputing this with my credit card company I also received an email stating that my card will not be charged. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE EVERY CENT FROM YOU AND THE PRODUCTS SUCK AND STINK SO IF YOU GOT ASTHMA LIKE I DO THERE'S NO WAY A PERSON COULD USE THIS PRODUCT NOTHING LIKE TRYING TO ENDANGER SOMEBODY'S LIFE

Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
I love the liquid collegen. My hair, skin and nails are healthier. I got it for my hair and its growing back thicker and stronger. I also noticed that my arthritis doesn't bother me as bad and my stomach isn't bloated all the time. I've been using it 2 months and ordered a subscription! Customer service is a little slow, you have to stay on top of your order.

The liquid and powder collagen supplements are really amazing! The liquid one tastes especially good and I look forward to drinking it every day. I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin from a natural glow forming to my acne disappearing. I have also noticed my hairline is growing in for the first time in years. They also have some of the best service, like sending a personal thank you from a staff member after ordering, a thank you and discounts for leaving honest feedback, and adding a free product to every order.
The bad reviews seem to be fake. I can't imagine that many (over 100) customers being so unhappy with the products and service. Granted, I haven't tried any products other than the two collagen products, but can imagine they are also very high-quality.
