I had heard about the company through advertising on my various social media accounts. I must admit that I was very skeptical about the authenticity of the claims made. It was in my maybe or whatever pile of products I'd be interested in giving a go. I was given an opportunity to work with a company over a 3 month period surveying their "liquid Collagen" and to my surprise it was SpoiledChild. I immediately found the texture and consistency as well as the taste completely likeable which is rare in the "health community." I found myself running to the kitchen every morning to take my Collagen supplement. About 2 weeks into taking my supplement I noticed less stomach problems, less mindless snacking and I felt like I was getting more energy for my gym sessions (boxing, spin, hot yoga, barre, weights). I continued to take it as directed and my hair became stronger, longer as well as fuller it shocked my hair stylist it has become so healthy and full, my nails too had become complete night and day from what they were, I didn't even want to get them done because they were just so nice like sheesh. I had less hair fall when styling it and my nails didn't break at all I actually had to start cutting them often. I saw tremendous improvement in my skin as well, it was more hydrated, full/plump, less dull and I feel like I can see my blemishes disappear with my continued use. I was hooked and now I'm a forever customer this is my second order since my first experience I purchase 2 bottles at a time and I try to order halfway through the 2nd bottle as to not run out or have a pause in my routine. It's helped me stay on track with my eating habits I have less desire to eat junk, I have the energy for my hectic mom/wife life, it fixed my stomach pains (Thank God), one of my favorite things has to be my hair and nails growing like crazy my waxing and threading bills are higher but I will never complain because my hair is gorgeous (tehe) and pretty, glowing, clear skin is a bonus. I cannot imagine my life without SpoiledChild now.

When I first ordered from them they charged me twice for the same product. When I told them to cancel one order they told me the could not and just return the product. When I returned the unopened and unused product they said they can't refund me my over $100 but would give me a $50 voucher for their product, which I don't want. There is no customer service number. Customer service is not helpful. The product is okay.

Feel stronger

I am 80 years old, on my third bottle. Feel stronger, less aches and pains smoother skin and just feel better. Hair and nails growing, drive my own suv, do my own shopping. Really can tell the difference since I switched to this liquid collagen. Spoiled chikd Great product!

SCAM ALERT

Do not order from this company. I ordered a $5.00 trial package for my grandson and he received the trial package but has also received two packages for which I was charged 38.50 for each. He has been trying to contact the company through emails to stop the deliveries ( there is no phone number available) and has had no response. Do not order from this company...total ripoff and scam. I did not want to give ANY stars on this review but I had to give at least one to proceed.

Great products!

To counter all of the negative reviews. 1st if people READ the " try before you buy" terms in their entirety they would KNOW their card would get a pre authorization of the full amount of their try before you buy order which is a temporary hold that falls off 2-4 days or up to 7 depending on your bank- that amount IS put right back into your account. At the end of your trial period if you do not send what you do not keep back you will be charged. 2nd customer service by email has been great for me. 3rd IMO these products are top of the line amazing & in a little over 2 weeks now I see and feel a HUGE improvement in my skin! I love this company and am so very glad I found them! Blessing to all and remember just take the time to READ what YOU are spending your hard earned money on, it really is that simple!

I've had a wonderful experience with Spoiledchild. Their products have completely transformed my hair and skin! I am on my third month of refills and extremely happy! I've never had ANY trouble reaching customer service or had ANY unauthorized charges from them. Spoiledchild products are lovely! Especially the liquid collagen!

My 18 yr-old-son ordered the hair mask from an Instagram ad using the "Try before you buy" option. A POS hold was placed on his bank account in the amount of shipping ($5 range) and an additional hold in the amount of $100+. The order has an additional product (valued at $49ish) that he didn't intend to order. We immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order, but we were told they can't cancel it, and that he has to wait for it to be shipped so we can return it. Seriously? Less than an hour has passed on an INCORRECT order, and it can't be canceled? In addition, we couldn't find a phone number on their website to speak with a live person. Worst customer service EVER!

This stuff is decent. Don't know if I'll ever purchase again. While you are rinsing it out it's hard to tell if it rinsnst out all the way. It feels like it puts a coat over your hair while wet I think that's why I couldn't tell if it was rinsnt out. Plus it doesn't have a scent. If leaves your hair with NO scent. I seriously like my hair smelling great after a shower. It did make my hair soft but I still have frizz.

Never authorized

I was looking at the products yesterday and started checking out and stopped to read reviews. I decided not to get the product after reading them. Today 05/02/2023 I get a notification my order is being prepared. I emailed them back and said I never ordered and to cancel. No response. This is fraudulent. I will be reporting to my credit card. I never hit submit on this order!

It does not work and they scammed my bank account, took my money and said they didn't get it. I confirmed with my bank they did indeed get my payment but they doubled the payment and took $172. DO NOT TRUST!

They have stole my money. They fooled me on my second purchase, when i placed my first order it was a damaged product so one of the representative offered free product but they deduct the money and then i asked why, no one respond and said return the product then they will refund the money, when i returned the product they said they applied a discount, they cannot refund, I have sent all my bank statement as a proof. But they blocked me after word, and they stole $100

When I got the stuff for my hair it was not much in the tub they give you. I immediately canceled and they still were taken 135 off my credit card.
I called x4 and just today they once again took a other $135CA off my card. They said it was ca canceled but obviously they don't know what they're doing.
The hair cream comes in the tub but when you open it up. There's another smaller version inside so it looks like you're getting way more and reality or not. I didn't find any Different When I used it. Just be careful when I'm getting subscriptions and nothing is free.! Not worth Is the money or the hassle. They just take whatever they want when they want. Keep in mind they been doing this since March! Taken money from my account sometime 4 times a month as you can see.
