Great results!
July 18, 2023

I loved this spray. Used it for 8 months with great results. Then decided to switch to a pricier brand And had yet to see the same results. When I'm done with this bottle I'm switching back.

In 2022 I should have read reviews first-- Unfortunately I did not. But I did return the product. Notified my bank to not put through any payments to SpoiledChild. SpoiledChild kept sending (sporadically) hoping customers forget or don't check their accounts. Here we are July 2023 they put through a $92 charge to my card (my bank is refunding me, BLOCKING them again, and changing my card #/banking info) and SpoiledChild sent me another box. I've emailed customer service 2x today regarding all of this and how to send their bs product back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! (Kimberly DeLeva)

So this morning I saw that I can get a bottle for free and then paid for it after I know whether it's good enough or not. So I said okay why not I can already see that the bottle is not a large size that they're trying to charge me for it's actually a small bottle that's hidden in a bigger jar. But I still figured hey let me give this a try. If I'm only going to be paying $5 for it what's the big deal for right now. But that is not the case at all because my credit card was charged for the full amount so the whole thing about them giving you the bottle for free until you decide whether you like it or not is bull crap! After that I decided okay now that I only have $3 left in my bank account I'm going to email all the help email addresses that I see on here to get a cancellation but of course all I do is get an email back saying that we can't get back to you right now but within 24 hours we might get back to you. Two different email addresses told me the same thing. I guess nobody works on a Saturday! Also I'm now noticing I didn't even get a confirmation email for my order somebody sent me an email though to let me know that they're taking all the money out of my account and it should only last for about 1 to 4 days which is bullcrap! It's been 7 days and my money is still not back on my card and I already returned the item after I received it.

Hi!
Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion

Wish I could give -5 stars
August 14, 2023

I was tinkering with the idea of trying their hair care because it looked like it would only be shipping until 60 days. I did press place order. But that's when it stated in bold that it would be 89 and change and asked to confirm order. I NEVER CONFIRMED. But it still went through immediately. When I immediately reached out, they told me that they couldn't give me a refundbecause supposedly it was already in shipping. Shipping in one minute from order time, mind you. That the charge was a pre authorization. Bull$#*! it went completely through and 89 was taken out. IT WAS NOT PENDING. They did tell me I could send them back for a partial refund. Why would I do that? If not for a full refund. I did not want to deal with it. So I kept the first set of products which sucked and no where worth the money. And I emailed them as long as my account was cancelled. Which I was assured I was. Now seven months later I notice the card I rarely use but used for this has been charging 89 EVERY MONTH since January. And I never got one other $#*!ty product from them. They have one day to respond to my email and I'm getting my cousin business lawyer involved. I don't care how much my cousin will want. It won't be as much as they've stolen. And I'm livid enough to not care how much it will cost to bring these bastards down. BUYER BEWARE!

Steer Clear - Scam
July 14, 2023

The "pre-authorization" that they say you will get back? You never will. They take the money and then claim the authorization fell off "on their end". While on "my end" I can see I was charged. COMPLETE SCAM.

After using for the first time, I can saw I am happy with the way my hair feels while it is still wet. I can not say how it will work long term, but to be able to see immediate results is a good start. Worth the free 30 day trail, and exploring what the benefits of purchasing the product will do long term on a continues basis.

Customer Service?
July 5, 2023

The customer service is non existent. As you'll see on other reviews you can't contact them for immediate response, you complain and get a $100 gift certificate for something you don't even want. They reply "I'm gutted." Is this a ten year old running the company?

I thought I cancelled after the trial. Product wasn't that bad. I gave it a good review. Then 3 months later my card was charged for 2 refills at the same time and sent. I guess due to the positive review. So I vancelled again on May 7,2023. On June 29,2023, I was charged for a refill of only one of the products. When I tried to contact them, the *******707 is a fake number. Put there for reassurance apparently that you will get to speak to someone if there is a proble...which by then is too late. I sent an email. They acknowledged that I cancelled my subscription, did not say anything at all about why they sent and charged me for a different order even than original, but hoped I would like it and keep it. Or I could choose to send it back. I shouldn't have to go through any of this. I cancelled already. Also, the number contact only comes up under spoiled rotten. Which is not even the name of the company. Shady. I tried to take credit card off of the info page. It would not do that. There is no delete for it. Only an edit info and do I want this card as the default card in case another one doesn't work. So now I have to go to the bank and get a whole different number so they absolutely can not charge me again for a refill. VERY DISSATISFIED I FEEL THAT SOMEHOW THIS SHOUKD BE ILLEGAL AND CHARGES BROUGHT FORTH OF FRAUD. THEY MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES AT EVERY TURN. HIGHLY WARN AGAINST THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY.

IT'S A SCAM
July 2, 2023

I got suckered into signing up for a trial but got charged for it. The customer service sucks. After I said that I wanted my money back they gave me a $100 credit. I used the credit and then they charged me again. I complained via email and they did reimburse me but they sent me more products that I don't want and now I'm keeping a watchful eye on my charges. This company is horrible and a scam. If you're having issues with your hair or skin find somebody else. It's a waste for these very expensive products.

I recently tried Spoiled Child's hair serum and hair mask in an attempt to reduce or control my hair shedding. While I typically don't write reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision. First and foremost, I take various supplements like multivitamins, B-complex, biotin-collagen, and vitamin D3 to maintain overall health. Despite experiencing hair shedding, my hair and scalp are healthy. I understand that shedding is a natural part of the hair cycle, not to mention, I am gettingolder too. Upon discovering Spoiled Child's hair products online, I decided to give them a try in the hopes of minimizing my hair shedding.

After purchasing the products and carefully reading the instructions, I began using them. However, during the initial three days of usage, I noticed an increase in hair shedding compared to my usual amount. Despite knowing that immediate results are unlikely, I was determined to continue using the products for three months. However, with each passing day, my hair shedding only worsened. I speculated that perhaps new hair growth was pushing out the old strands, resulting in increased shedding. Although I started to worry, I persisted with the products.

Unfortunately, during the second week of usage, while rinsing my hair in the shower, I was alarmed to find a significant amount of hair stuck in my hand. It was no longer just shedding; I was actually losing hair. I panicked as this was an unprecedented experience for me. I considered reaching out to Spoiled Child for guidance but couldn't locate their contact information. I decided to contact them via email, and their response suggested that I continue using their products for a longer period to see results, with the trial period already over and charges applicable. Despite this, I couldn't ignore the quarter-sized bald spot that had appeared in my hair. I discontinued using the products and it has been two weeks since then, but my hair continues to fall out in large quantities.

While Spoiled Child's products may have worked for others, unfortunately, they did not work for me. Nevertheless, I believe it is important to share my unfortunate experience as a responsible act. I apologize for the lengthy description but felt it necessary to convey my story thoroughly.

You can't email customer service to cancel.
You have to login and do it yourself.
Once you do, you have to click through so many offers and questions to actually cancel.
It's classic sketchy marketing.
I've barely even used the product which is on me so I can't speak to it's effectiveness, but personally I am not into giving my money to companies that function like this.
