I was reading up on the products so that I could take advantage of my discount from my survey ( this would lead to more money spent in the long run for Spoiled Child), when all of a sudden the screen changes and then reads that my time is up. I'm not even sure if I'm going to receive the items that I paid for. I checked my bank account and I noticed that I've been charged for my purchase though, but I am very upset that I don't get the other items to try before I buy at the discount.

My order came quicker than expected and i was so excited to try. The taste is very unique my itself but mix with citrus it is delicious. I ordered the mango and this is just week one so we will see how it goes

I was looking forward to starting my regiment for my thinning hair to receive the product and it is unusable as I believe it is missing the tube inside that allows the product to be dipensed.
I love the concept of your product but the website was complex and took a lot of time, I don't like being pushed into buying more, I just want to buy what I want
Great taste, has all the ingredients you look for in a collagen supplement. The only thing is it only has 5gs of collagen per serving. Most collagen supplements have much more. But this is a great product that you actually able to consistently take everyday.

I did order the liquid collagen. And was going through the steps to check out. A lot of skip sections to get to the check out. Hit a button for to learn about a 20% off, not realizing it was for a specific product and the product was automatically added with no way of removing the add on product. On top of that a product I'm not interested in.
I've been a customer for a while and I have never had any issues with spoiled child. I always feel revitalized when I'm taking it. I hate pills that why I chose to order from spoiled child. Love the flavors and it tasted good with juice or mixed in my water.

I was charge twice for two items that I didn't order! I matter complaining I got an email saying to keep the product and I would be refunded. Well I received one of the products BUT I never received the other one which is fine HOWEVER I still got charged for BOTH ITEMS!

Number 1-I did not receive my $20 discount that I received because I participated the survey.
Number 2- I was only supposed to be charged shipping and handling if I applied for or selected subscription which I did for $39.20 a month and I was charged full price. I live on a fixed income. I can't afford to shell out that much money at one time for something that's a beauty product in the long run.
Every time I feel like it's safe to do something online this happens and I 100% support, black businesses or businesses that I assume are black businesses I don't like this feeling and I very much would like a refund or this rectified immediately.
I wasn't offered the free trial until AFTER I placed an order paying for the product.
Then I got the email offering me $0 payment, try before you buy.

Feel a little deceived. Email stated I had $20 credit. Clicked the link. Ordered $60. No cedit. Rechecked email. Sent at 11:09 am. Had to use before midnight that night. Didn't open till 7 am the next day.
I like it so far. I am taking the collagen and the one before sleep. In the morning I feel a lot better and at night I sleep like a baby.

Ive only been hsing for two weeks, so my review is not indepth as others I'm sure. Im taking this alongside my minoxidil and other vitamins. It seems like a good fit in my mix so far. The pineapple taste is great.

Well I just ordered the product yesterday, so I'm guessing this request for a review is based on the Ordering Process which I found 1/2way annoying since I had to click SKIP at least 10-15 times to bypass the pressure selling of the other products that are carried. On the other hand, I did not know that there were so many other products being offered, so I suppose it's a "plus" and "minus" situation for me.
