Awesome Experience thus far!

Can't wait to try my products! Super excited! I cut my hair, to keep it from tangling and losing more hair and since my hair is curly, it's now super short. Would love to start seeing it grow again.

No thanks, i'm trying to cancel my order and it is the hardest thing to do. A lot of shopping sites has a cancel my order button but this doesn't so i will not be coming back. Fix your site.

Everything was so simple and laid out. If I had no idea what I needed or curious about what else I could benefit from I could always take the quiz for both hair or skin, which is awesome! They gave me plenty of options and I'm waiting for my liquid collagen to come and I'm so excited!

Not what I Expected

I assumed this product was pul based but it is more like water. This causes my hair frizz up and wouldn't be practical for me to use daily. I'll be returning the item very soon

I ordered the product. It was arriving late and I was leaving for vacation for two weeks. I did not have the opportunity for the full trial. I reached out to them directly and explain that their product arrived late and could they please extend my trial. They said No! At that point, I said, please cancel my membership. Even after two emails, and a few more, they were going to charge my credit card. I explain to them one more time the situation, and then they went on with their script. I did not want to pay for a month without having a complete trial. I asked them to please send me a shipping label immediately and not to charge my credit card. As soon as I receive the label, I headed off to the post office And snapped a picture and sent it in the email so they could see that the product was being returned. After a week, they sent me a promo gift card to try the product. There is nothing in this world I would do, then not give them my credit card once again. It is totally sad, that this was the experience I had. All the promo codes for $35 will not change my mind and I would not trust this company to give them my credit card again.

Try Before You Buy!

Hello! I have been noticing my hair thinning after having my two children. I've been very self conscious about my hair and have been looking for a product that will work. I came across this brand and all of those who have tried it have seen great results! I just ordered A22 Biotin Boost Hair + Scalp Serum and S24 Rapid Recovery Hair Mask which were specifically chosen for me based on my answers from the questionnaire. I also love that I'll be able to try both products for 30 days for FREE before I decide if this works for me! And it doesn't end there! I was gifted two products for placing my order. The minute I rinsed the 10- use Hair Mask promoting hair growth, I was in love! The product smells good! It feels good and it leaves your hair silky, soft. And moisturised! I will definitely purchase the product again. I can tell a difference in my hair elasticity and texture! This is good stuff!

I thought the smell of the gummies was awful, but I persevered and continued with my purchase. The taste is much more pleasing than the smell!
