Nice products but consider yourself warned... terrible customer service and shipping. As I was putting together my product, one of the soldered pieces fell off. I reached out to customer service which took a day to reply only to ask for photos. I sent photos right away and then a day later, they sent me a diagram of the product so I could point out the exact broken piece because the photos weren't good enough. Are you kidding me? That is just a stall tactic in hopes of having you give up and walk away. So now I wait with a product I cannot use to see what the next step will be. Hopefully, it will be before Halloween. Their actions don't make me feel like a valued customer, that is for sure. DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SERVICE!
I bought paw patrol costumes on September 13. They sat at the local FedEx facility where they said I could not pick them up for 8 days and now Spirit Halloween does not know where they are and they keep telling me to 24-48 hours and then I have to talk to someone new all over again! Terrible customer service and now my daughter is out of a costume for her birthday!

I pre-ordered an item in JULY, the FIRST DAY it was available to order. It was supposed to Ship by 9/16. Everyone I know has gotten their order, and my order is STILL sitting in "processing" and when contacting spirit they say it's been "allocated" to me, but hasn't shipped. They have told me anything from "it'll ship today or tomorrow" (that was 9/16), to its going to be 8-10 more weeks (that was 9/20), to it'll ship by the 30th (that was the 26th). It is now 10/2 and my order STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. Unfortunately I cannot get the item I ordered ANYWHERE ELSE or I would have by now. Their customer service is junk, they have no pride in their merchandise, and generally ignore and abuse customers. 3 people have told me 3 different things with the last one being INCREDIBLY rude about it and telling me "either wait or cancel the order. I don't have time for this" when I tried to press about how sure she was it was going to ship on the 30th. Low and behold, she lied. Dont Order anything from this company online. Its literally trash.

I bought the Sam Funko Pop Figure Deluxe MONTHS ago (Order Date: 08-05-2020). I got a confirmation when I bought it and yet still haven't revived anything. I try to email them, no reply. I contact them on FB, no reply. Pretty sure I was scammed. Never buy anything online from these guys. Buyer Beware!

I ordered the nasa astronaut helmet yesterday and am unable to see my order history and shipping status. I recieved a receipt by email, but when I signed in to my account and went to find the status, it said that I had not ordered anything. I would like this issue remedied please. I went to the Airport road location in Allentown, PA.
Customer service was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The young woman I talked to was the assistant manager. She helped my family and I find matching costumes and up sold us many accessories. She was so kind to my son and even helped him for over 20 min find what he needed. He is disabled and all he could talk about when we got home was his experience with this young lady. I will write a review everywhere just for people to meet this beautiful young lady. Her name tag said Lexi. I will be going back JUST FOR HER

I have purchased for 15 years and every year they come out with new animatronics so they do not have to fix the broken ones, every year the one I bought the year before no longer works and the Zombie doctor says "sorry that is no longer in stock so we cannot help you". I have ten animatronics that no longer work and noone can help. Run from Spirit, do not by, do not borrow do not rent. They sell garbage it will work for one year only. I will never buy another thing from Spirit of Halloween.

Never order online! Their site has 0 functional ways to contact them about fixing an order their system put in wrong. It has no way to get to the Live Chat function without finding where it's buried. When you do find it, there's never anyone available to actually talk to you. They will not help you.

I made an online order and clicked to have my shipping address the same as my billing address. Everything looked great when i checked the details and i submitted my order. Once my order was accepted i noticed that they didn't have my unit # added to my mailing address, although it was added on my billing address. DO THEY EVERY ANSWER THE PHONE?! I've been calling non stop since yesterday but keep getting the "our phone lines are currently closed" message. So is that permanent? I have also emailed with no reply, FB and Instagram, and can't seem to access their chat service? SO UPSET i am in Canada and with the conversation rates and shipping fees i'm out $400+ and am just beside myself. I will be taking this higher up and getting my lawyer involved if Spirit Halloween doesn't correct this. Because as of right now without my unit # the order is just going to go nowhere, be sent back, and i won't even get a full refund. JUST AWFUL. STAY AWAY.

Went to their store at the Coquitlam branch in BC. Great store visualization but their pricing was ridiculous. Most of the items were "Made in China" cheap stuff and overpriced (in the name of Disney, etc.). Just felt like going to a fancy version of Dollarama.
I feel pity for the parents who to go this store with a budget of $50 and have more than one kid:(

I went to Spirit Halloween in Oak Park Heights Minnesota on 8/23/2020 and was given a hard time because I did not have a face mask on by the manager I showed her my medical note saying I don't need to wear a mask and the manager told me how do we know that note is real she basically accused me of making a false note It's not a false note I got it from a medical doctor me and my sister had been in two other Spirit Halloween Store and they did not have a problem with me not wearing a mask and not having a note I will not be giving this Spirit Halloween store my business again.

Two years ago ( maybe last year I can't remember) when ever the new chucky doll came out that moves around... my husband ordered it at the end of June for my birthday and it showed up on Halloween day! Last year was the Excorsist animatronic and it took a month. This year for my birthday he ordered me the nightmare harvester and it's been three weeks. I'm done with spirit. Its been time and time again and when you spend so much money you really do expect it to come in under a month. I would really like to understand why they have issues with shipping? I do most of my shopping online and occasionally have a late package but this is hundreds and hundreds of dollars of year after year late packages just from Spirit. Not once have a received anything in less then a month! It's usually several! Is June your busy season? I mean from June until Halloween day is insanity! I even called for a refund and was denied saying " sorry but it's on the way" lmao no it's not on the way for four months! If anyone has any recommendations for a better company let me know because I spend entirely too much money on a company that doesn't care about customer service.

I ordered a wireless Multi-Prop remote control. I received it in good order and fast. I went to test it and soon found out that the batteries it came with were dead. I figured before I sent it back to Spirit for a refund or return, I would simply go buy some batteries to see if the unit would work. It did! I called customer service to explain the situation and they quickly and happily covered the cost of the replacement batteries. I appreciate the very prompt service from the Spirit Halloween representative. A very satisfied customer here!

It did take a couple of months but guest services did give me a full refund for the damaged merchandise. It makes me so happy because we love shopping in the stores for holloween!

I ordered a cup that was not available at the store. It arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they asked for a picture of the damage. I sent it immediately and have not heard back from them. It has been 2 months. I will never order anything on-line from this outfit.
If you have 2 months to wait for you online order, go ahead. They have lost a longtime customer. My costume never came but they did take the money out right away.

Be sure to check your receipts! We shopped at Spirit on four separate occasions prior to Halloween. On every receipt, there is a "round up" charge. When I questioned two different stores about it, the cashiers said, that their registers automatically does this. It is illegal to force customers to donate to your charity of choice and to make matters worse, no one asked me if it was ok to impose this fee. I contacted customer service and I have it in writing that they would mail a refund for all four charges. Never did!
