Still waiting
October 2, 2020

I placed an order on September 11 and was given a target ship date of September 21. As of October 2, I have received no update from any representative, despite having called multiple times and submitting an email inquiry that's been ignored. No representative pick up when I select existing order inquiry, but if you select "place a new order" someone picks up right away. Very disappointing, when the product purchased is necessary to care for my sick father and there is no urgency to provide any customer support!

I was on my way to church, and my scooter turned over on me. People helped me off the pavement. The salesman never told me how dangerous 3 wheel scooters are compared to 4 wheel scooters. Sister Mary Faith

Great customer care
August 22, 2020

My son bought me a O-turn scooter from spin life. Since I live on the other side of the country, after reading these reviews, I was worried about the kind of service I would receive if needed. Sure enough, I had motor trouble within a few months. I had to have it replaced and the nearest technician was 2+ hours away. That was the first of 5 engine replacements. It was difficult to even get a technician to come this far which resulted in days without a scooter. I had many conversations with the representative at Spin Life, Josh Kreidler, and could tell he was about as frustrated as I was. To make a long story a little shorter, Josh spent much time in calls and emails to the manufacturer and finally got the problem resolved. They sent to me a brand new replacement scooter. Thanks Josh for your diligence and the hours you spent concerning my situation.

I ordered a scooter from SpinLife on 6-11-20 it is paid for in full they have there money but I don't have my scooter
My first due date was 7-2-20 they have set a delivery date two more times no delivery no call as to why no rescheduling. Me doing all the calling they never call back when they say they will actually they never call back. When I call it's like they are reading a script we are looking into it and will get back to you by the end of the day. LOL that never happens. It's 7-13-20 supposed to get that call today. Nothing as of 11:00 am. They always schedule on Friday between 1-5 so when they don't show it's to late to call them until Monday then the cycle begains. I am beginning to think I have been scammed. Wanted a left chair for my husband not buying it here are anything else they have lost my business. Waiting on that phone call and paid in full scooter.

I ordered my heavy duty off road scooter 13 April 2020. Mid plague. It takes 3-5 days to deliver. I expected delays but to my surprise I got a confirmation right away. The next Friday when it didn't show I called and it had never left. They said the batteries didn't arrive and it wouldn't ship Friday because they had to be charged. Odd but okay. Need week no tracking number so I called Tuesday to check in. They said a manager would get back to me that day... a weeeek later still nothing. Finally the next week it shows up. My battery died to half in 15 minutes. Cut to two weeks from them and finally got someone to come tell me the batteries are bad. Now it's been a week since the batteries have been ordered and I call to check and there's no order for the batteries. This machine cost 2,700! To return it is 20% restock and I have to pay shipping. I was so afraid to buy but I really want my Independence back. I looked into this company for 6 months before I chose it. But I guess I made a mistake. Don't shop with them. The scooter is sweet but it has no power and it's so slow. Due to the batteries being trash. I thought I could go up a little Hill in my yard. I should be able to in this and it flipped backwards and dumped me out.

Purchased a scooter for my 89 yo father. The scooter worked as expected the first 11 months. Some electrical problem developed that caused the scooter to $#*! down and start the beeping process. They diagnosed the problem over the phone based on the number of beeps. Problem seemed to be the main wiring harnesses. Really!? After 11 months! Well it was still under warranty. Part was ordered and received about 2 weeks later. Took multiple calls over the last two weeks to get a tech out to put in the part. By now the scooter was unusable. Would mostly just beep and stop. Backend motor started to make a grinding sound about 2 weeks ago as well. When I check it, it's red hot. Fire hazard I'm sure. When the tech came out to put on the wiring harness he doesn't even mention what is causing the motor to overheat or make grinding sound. He is simply there as a part swapper. I will update this review as I work through getting them back out. They lie constantly. We will call you back. We are short on help. I promise we will have someone out there this week! Yeah right. RUN from this company and the junk the pawn off on the most vulnerable population. Shame shame shame on you!

BEWARE OF SPINLIFE
April 22, 2020

I purchased 2 two EW36 scooters that were advertised on a flyer from Spinlife as equipped with shock absorbers and electro magnetic brakes. They came stripped oh both brakes and shock absorbers.
Despite complaining to Spinlife they refused to honor their advertising.

Purchased 2. Order process promised things not real. Then no white glove. Delivery which we paid for was not provided. Many issues with both units. Most serious is the twas hrottle sticks on on which caused an accident which fortunately no personal injuries but unit is damaged and not not able to get service for with her the throttle or the injuries to the unit. Missing parts. Unable to get seat to move forward. Radio does not work. Promised before purchase that there was adjustable seat and tiller which is not true. Anything promised for a sale. Both spin life and Ewheels have ignored our calls. Were assured they would provide service but all calls ignored. E mailed several times with no response. Would wherever buy again or reconnend

Hucksters
June 20, 2019

I've been purchasing Driver rollators from SpinLife for several years. They keep upping the price and at the same time provide terrible customer service (not telling me it was back ordered). I found the exact same rollator at Walmart for $45 less ($71 versus $115). Do they prey on all the old folks?

Do what I DIDN'T do; read the reviews. It took FOREVER to get a refund on a wheelchair that was entirely too small. I emailed them SEVERAL times, and was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks to process the refund. Excuse me? My charge appeared on my account within MINUTES, and a refund takes 2 to 4 weeks? Give me a break! Finally, I got ahold of a customer service supervisor who apologized because the warehouse never got around to telling accounting that the item had been returned. My refund appeared within 2 minutes on my account. BUT, if I hadn't called and got in touch with a supervisor and made it plain how disgruntled I was, I'd probably STILL be waiting.

From the beginning I have had to suffer dangerous footplate issues. Their response time for help is extremely slow for how dangerous this is. Footplates constantly loosen and will not stay tight in order to remain up. My legs don't work hence wheelchair. So I transferring around down plate or even plates. One leg has multiple bruises. Thankful no open sore or blood clots. See pic.

I swear I wish my mother would have never purchased from this company. She ordered a chair and within 2 months of using this chair it was starting to breakdown. She is 80 years old and spent over 1500 dollars for this chair. The item came November 2018. By January 30th 2019 we needed it to be repaired. I called in early February 2019 to order this part. It finally came in early March.

Great! Now to get it installed.

I called them NUMEROUS times throughout the entirety of March to be told that "a service tech would call me soon" That never happened.

Finally in early April I got a response after becoming pretty heated with them. The scheduled a guy to come out and he did.

He spent about 3 hours at my house fixing the chair, and I honestly believed he tried his best to rectify the situation. This was around April 10,2019.

He no sooner left when the next few days the chair started acting up. But way more violently. It was like slipping gears now, and jerking motions. My mother is almost an invalid and is quite fragile.

I immediately called Spinlife to ONCE AGAIN get the run around. "We'll call you right back." This has not happened. I have called them every day since Monday April 15th, 2019 and RE-EXPLAIN the situation over and over and over. They 'politely' listen and say... We'll get back to you in a few hours... THIS NEVER HAPPENS.

This is a terrible company in my experience and I do not recommend them in the slightest. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

I purchases a spitfire scout 4 by drive Medical $699.99 No shipping fee, No taxes that great.
They did not send me a receipt for my purchase. I had to call the next day for a purchase receipt.
I return the scooter, it did not accommodate my left leg unable to use it. I return it to the
Manufacture direct. I email to let them know the scooter is at the manufacture ask how long will it take to receive my refund 3 -4 week that's a awful long time. I'ts 4 week now and NO refund.

I would like to commend Mr. Wilson, who helped me yesterday with my order of 2 extra wheels for a wheelchair (that I bought from you in March 2019 but unfortunately arrived damaged via a following shipment to Venezuela). When I explained that the person in need of the wheelchair could not use it until the new wheel was ordered, Mr. Wilson was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and quickly helped me find the correct wheels. I am very grateful to him and

They were very good with helping return and replacing a new rollator I purchased from them. The first one was jammed in lock position. I didn't have to pay for return shipping. I had a Drive rollator that didn't hold up at all. Tried their Invacare rollator and it seems to be a lot more sturdy, a higher quality rollator. Am very pleases with the product and the service of spin life!

Ordered a supplement 11-24-18. After a month went by I tried to call them several times. The 800 number is a joke. You just hear advertisements! No one answers the regular phone, it just goes straight to voice mail. They do not respond to emails.
