Bought an EW-75 Scooter that had to be replaced by EW-72 after a long wait. I escalated my complaints and was contacted immediately by the Senior VP Pattiann McAdams. She was genuine in her concern for the last minute substitution due to parts' shortages that we even decided to order a Twilight PR-761 lift chair recliner from them because of it. We're ready to go to the local store to make a deal but changed our minds and made it with her instead. She's the best!

Horrible

I've been waiting for my scooter I ordered back in April. Now June and no scooter. They have changed my shipping date 10 time. Now I just want my $2000 back. I'm going to now contact the better business bureau. I'm just done with the lies

Many of our manufactures have been impacted by the global supply chain issues. SpinLife has refunded you for the service call that you had paid for and once EWheels has the part is back in stock they will ship it to you.

I got a new powerchair from Spin Life last September. It stopped running and now it hasn't worked for 4 1/2 months! Parts came, repairman replaced and still didn't work. Now waiting again. These people just don't care! What a rip off!

I called and ordered a scooter in March 2022 in which the sales person says it was in stock. As of today May 18th no scooter has been received or shipped. I have checked with customer service on numerous occasions and the ship date changes constantly. Today I am canceling my order and buying a GoGo scooter from local merchant. Thinking I was saving money and time has grown to full fastration. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

STILL have not received manual wheelchair I was to get at Christmas. Jerks. Almost 5 months?! Supposedly shipped 5-27 now. This is horrible. They are liars. Wheelchair is paid for!
This is what I,'ve sat in since 2026. 8 bucks at Goodwill. But at least I have it.

I purchased two mobility devices from spin life due to a muscle disease and a bone disease.
They came out 5 times to replace parts because it kept breaking. Even under warranty they refused to replace the scooter. FIVE TIMES! Each of those five times I was out alone trying to enjoy NOT. Feeling disabled only for it to break down and leave me stranded miles from home. Today I got over heated after it broke down. I have a disease where I cannot get overheated or it affects my heart. I have a broken shin so I could not walk and had to wait for help.
The company blamed me every time. I drive it too much, I drive it too far, it is only meant for inside my house, etc. so apparently I can only be disabled in my house based on their standards, not to go to the doctor or around the block with my family.
I started using the other mobility device as a back up but the battery won't stay charged. I bought new batteries. They won't stay charged. I have spent over $4000 and I am trapped here with no mobility device because this absolutely heartless company DOES NOT CARE that you are disabled. They want your money. They blame, they are dismissive, and obviously have not a care in the world about your disability. Please do not buy from them EVER.

The wrong replacement battery was recommended to me by SpinLife so I had to buy a second battery... both sitting on my credit card.
I had to call in twice to get the RMA sent to me
Now its been 2 months since the return and I have to keep calling for my refund. Still not received.

Wheelchair never worked

I purchased a $4,000 wheelchair from spinlife and it has never worked correctly from the very first day I received it and spinlife refuses to refund or replace this $4,000 wheelchair. I would never purchase from them again and I believe consumers should stay away from spinlife.

I am a 100% Disabled Veteran going through the VA ILP program.

A chair was ordered from Spinlife and provided to me between Sept 24-28-2021. To help with my disabilities and back pain.

The tech they sent put the chair together wrong which caused the chair to become unbalanced and to eventually become unstable and break in other areas of the chair.

I called Spinlife and reported this as soon as I noticed this within the 30 day warranty period.

When the tech was sent back to put the chair back together the full extent of the damage was realized and I was told a part would be ordered and the chair would be fixed.

Over a month later, nothing from the company but silence. So I called Spinlife back, and all that had been done was they reached out to the manufacturer. Who when I called back had not reached back out to them nor had Spinlife been keeping track of that requested part.

After that call, within a couple weeks, a replacement part appeared at my door with no notice, and when opened was completely broken.

I called and reported all this to Spinlife, as well as several calls checking into why nothing was being done. Speaking to the highest of people, I was told, in the company who could make this right.

Spinlife management tells me they have reached out to the manufacturer. "That I will just have to wait like them." That there is, "nothing we can do at this point."

As a disabled veteran with mobility issues, I now have this huge broken chair in my house with a nearly equally big broken part.

No one IN REALITY is doing anything but moving the issue from department to department, seller to manufacturer, manager to manager. This is pure neglect and using stalling tactics to circumvent their responsibilities. They simply will not own up to their mistakes and replace the chair. Nor will they fix it.

I say this because I received the chair Sept 28th and it is now Feb 4th.
It has been 129 days
That's 4 months and 6 days.

Completely subpar, and unacceptable service.

Unprofessional!

I ordered a flex-a-bed hi low with Sales rep Caleb Carter before Christmas and was told I would have the bed in 3 weeks. When I hadn't heard a word from anyone in 3 weeks I called and was told that the bed was never ordered from the manufacturer because white glove delivery wasn't available. If I had know I would have ordered the bed from another company. I tried several times to contact my sales rep but he wouldn't answer or return my calls. Spin Life did charge my credit card the day I ordered the bed even though they never ordered it from the manufacturer.

Worst company EVER!

My scooter broke down they said they were going to send me a box and I had to ship it out to them so they could fix it, week after week goes by still didn't send me the shipping box they have no tracking information can't get no answers worst company ever. All they do is Bull$#*! you. Please don't use this Company!

Please DO NOT buy anything from this company. The customer service is horrible! I called to help my father with the purchase he made and the agent I spoke to hung up on me. They are not willing to fix mistakes they made or offer any assistance. They took my fathers money over 4 months ago and he still has nothing to show for it. Avoid!

It's been over a year since we received the (very expensive!) chair and we are still waiting for Spinlife to fix the problem! I tried to leave a review on their website but lo and behold, I cannot do so... interesting, no?

Based on the extremely enthusiastic recommendations of the agent I ordered a PR 535, paying for upgrades that included oversizing the chair and also upgrading to a "lifetime" premium fabric (Brisa). Unfortunately, the actual dimensions of the "large" chair are smaller than advertised, and are closer (slightly smaller) than the dimensions of the standard chair. They sent out an adjuster/repair person early on, and the gentleman agreed the chair was not the correct dimensions. Additionally, it lists to one side. Not only has Spinlife not corrected the problem, I cannot even get anyone to respond to me since the rep was here over a year ago!

The seat back is very padded and comfortable as long as you are not a large person. However, despite the website claiming it fits a 6'2" person, the back is VERY short. My grandson in the one picture is ~5'6", and his head is well above the back - the other grandson is ~5'10". The back on the old chair being replaced cost less than 1/6 of the new chair and was not oversized, yet the back is higher! My husband needs to use an extra cushion on the seat as there is not a lot of padding on the seat cushion itself. The "premium" fabric is so slippery my husband has to be careful when he uses the lift mechanism, and the "protective" covers are unusable.

All in all, dealing with Spinlife meant spending nearly $2,000 for fake promises, product hype and no real customer service. My advice is stay away!

Don't use Spinlife
August 13, 2021

Ordered a mobility power chair from them and I said I needed it quick. They said they have one that they could send in a week. It has been a month, multiple phone calls and no return call. Talked with a manager and she said she would get back with me that day, she blew me off and did not call. Feel sorry for Numotion who just bought Spinlife. Poor business decision since they don't care about the customer.

BUNCH OF LIERS

I PAID IN FULL FOR A GOLDEN TECH. ASSIST CHAIR FROM SPINLIFE. AFTER WAITING 2 MONTHS I CONTACTED SPINLIFE. THEY GAVE ME A DELIVERY DATE OF TWO MORE WEEKS. ANOTHER MONTH WENT BY WITH NO CHAIR AND NO RETURNED EMAILS. I BEGAN CHECKING. MY CHAIR WAS DELIVERED 200 MILES SOUTH OF ME AND WHEN I CONTACTED THAT STORE, THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DELIVER DUE TO THE 200 MILE DISTANCE BUT THERE WAS A STORE LESS THEN 1 MILE FROM MY HOME AND THEY WOULD CONTACT SPINLIFE TO HAVE IT PICKED UP AND DELIVERED NEAR ME, ACTUALLY THERE ARE 3 WITHIN 4 MILES. AFTER WAITING ANOTHER 2 WEEKS WITH NO RETURN TO MY 2 E-MAILS, I CONTACTED SPINLIFE AND CANCELLED THE ORDER ONLY TO BE TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE DELIVER FEES AND RESTOCK FEE. A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED A AN E-MAIL FROM SPINLIFE TELLING ME THEIR DELIVERY PERSON HAD COVID AND THAT WAS WHY THERE WAS A LONG DELAY. THIS WAS A TOTAL LIE BECAUSE I HAD SPOKEN TWICE WITH THE SOUTHERN STORE WHO WOULD NOT DRIVE 200 MILES AND SAID THE CHAIR WOULD HAVE TO BE RESHIPPED. TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANOTHER WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY STORE, ONLY IT IS 100 MILES NORTH OF ME AND THEY WANT TO DELIVER MY CHAIR ON SATURDAY OR I MUST WAIT ANOTHER 3 WEEKS DUE TO THE TRAVEL DISTANCE., I HAVE REFUSED TO ACCEPT DELIVERY. I KNOW THE 3 STORES IN MY HOME TOWN AND THEY REPRESENT SPINLIFE DELIVERY BUT WERE OVERLOOKED. YOU CANNOT ACTUALLY TALK TO SPINLIFE MANAGEMENT, YOU WILL ONLY GET A CALL CENTER. THERE IS NO ACTUAL BRICK AND MORTOR STORE, IT IS JUST VIRTUAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY; BUT IF YOU DO, NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE. AND BUYER BEWARE!

Card for 2 1/2 months resulting in interest charges. When they finally did issue the credit they deducted almost $300 for shipping snd "restocking" fees. I could not dispute this bogus charge without

Jeopardizing entire credit. I have filed a charge against them for scamming. Entirely disreputable.

ORDERED MY PRIDE RAPTOR ON 9 DEC 2020, IT WAS DELIVERED ON 18 DEC 2020. I WASNT EXPECTING DELIVERY UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF JANURARY. MY SALES REP BETH DID A GREAT JOB ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND TAKING MY ORDER. TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR TO UNPACT THE SCOOTER AND INSTALL THE MIRRORS AND COWLING. CHARGED THE BATTERIES OVERNIGHT. SCOOTER CAME IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT. THE SCOOTER IS LARGER THAN I EXPECTED. THATS GOOD. IM A BIG GUY. LOW SPEED IS ABOUT THE SAME AS MY GO GO SPORT BUT THE HIGH SPEED IS AMAZING, THAT WILL TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE THUMB THROTTLE BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO. THE BRAKING IS REALLY GOOD. R&L CARRIERS DELIVERD THE SCOOTER. TED THE DRIVER PUT THE SCOOTER IN THE MIDDLE OF MY GARAGE, MAKING IT EASY FOR ME TO TEAR DOWN THE PALLET WHEN UNPACKING THE SCOOTER. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE SPINLIFE PROVIDED, R&L CARRIER. IM REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SCOOTER.
