Complete trash

Garbage company with garbage employees they're rude and think it's OK to hang up on people. They want to rip me off for $20 and then tell me I should've checked my bill. I waited on hold for over three hours for them to not resolve my issue. Canceled my service T-Mobile's Internet is half the price.

The cell phone signals are not working as good as other brands such as T-Mobile or Verizon. Now it's football season and almost college basketball season and now they can't make a deal with Disney. On top of that they want us to complain to Disney. We don't have acc network, Disney or any of the espns which is what I normally watch especially this time of year. I think its time to go to fire stick or something else if they can't take care of the situation. Best believe the aren't cutting the bills because of it they are going to get that full price for a so so product. Im not the only one who feels this way I can guarantee that much.

Double charge

We were told that we could replace our cable with fiber, we accepted. We just found out that over the past year or so that they have been double charging us, their response is "Oh, you had to call and cancel the other not to be charged for both". Very poor customer service with everyone we spoke with. We are not happy with this company.

Prices not consistent

This company is a rip off and does price gauging. Almost every other month the bill changes. My cable has now gotten down to 56.99 with the limited channels and spectrum still find ways to raise the bill with no additions. It's ridiculous. There are hidden fees all the time. There are new fees all the time. ALL the time. It's no way a bill changes every other month like this. NO WAY. I asked why the increase again he said it was a rate increase for all Cx for internet and cable. 5.00 discount for auto payment. No, I don't want to do autopay. I'm paying for channels due to your dispute with Disney and you raise my bill. Are you Serious? Now it's we raised our prices everyone got an increase. It's always an increases. It's BS. This company it ridiculous.

For a company who service sucks. To know ahead of time of Disney issues. And continue to charge us for the service, stations, shows, we signed up to get. We don't have is criminal on spectrums side. But again spectrum isn't no were the good guy. Look at fact. Shows on for yrs certain days and times were ironically switched. Why. Ratings. Drive Disney ratings down force cheaper deal. It failed. So no more Disney. Ok. Fix all customers billing in United States thar no longer gets the agree contract we signed up for. Less Stations. Shows etc. Less money. In short. As of now. I'm paying 200 a month for wifi and channel 920 classic rock. Disney the bad guy. Call Disney. Lol. No $#*! to spectrum on refunds

Spectrum dropped the ball with Disney. Gave it a week. Missed opening season game and many other games since then. Not getting the channels we are being billed for. Tried to cancel and they have made it near impossible. On hold for an hour and a half tonight with no answer. What is this the IRS? Since it is the only cancelation option they are giving at this point, they are trying to buy themselves more time by making it hard on people to make changes. Every department within Spectrum has been instructed to give you the same run around, they cant help only one select department can do it and you must stay on hold until they feel like answering. As a loyal customer for years this is unacceptable and I will NEVER go back to spectrum.

Unfortunately Spectrum is the only full-service cable company in my area. For the past several months poor TV cable reception, tv always buffering or freezing. Very slow internet and Poor WiFi connectivity. Paying high monthly payments and Spectrum refused to credit my account in any way, due to lack of reporting in my part, even thou the service technician (awesome guy) found water and rusted cable from street pole to the property all connectors at the box rusted too. (Photo). His findings should be sufficient as evidence of the poor service caused by the old equipment. The billing department was uncooperative and not concern.

Don't get there internet, don't buy a home who have only spectrum internet. Better find a different home.

Disney and Charter are arguing about rates and as a result the subsribers are missing key channels. College Football, movies and the US Open. The CEOs of Disney and Charter
made $60 million dollars last year, but their greed makes us suffer. I got a credit of $15 bucks! Wow, how generous!

Since Spectrum is no longer providing sports coverage I am cancelling TV service. So far over 50 minutes on hold, I guess I need to go to a Spectrum store. My first call I was placed on hold because I needed to talk to a "manager" to cancel. I was finally disconnected. I have since called back and have been on hold for 33 minutes. Unreal...

Due to exorbitant costs and in efforts to budget, I dropped the bundle package (INET, LANDLINE VOICE, and WI-FI). This package was at a cost of $262.68.
At the same time, I initiated the Basic Cable, with the choice of 15 elective channels. This total came to $143.41, and was paid at the time of the swap in packages. By the way, one of my electives was TCM, they placed a $5.00 movie Channel fee on it. They should have e told me this at time of transaction. Then it would have allowed that another channel could have been selected.
This transaction occurred on 8-26-23. This was one week prior to the regular bill due date. Spectrum applied my $143.41 toward the $262.68 instead of proper application of my funds!
They are trying to charge me $62.28 for a balance due. Actually, they owe me $65.66 for the week of no Bundled services. Do your math...
Now, I have tried to speak with a person for more than a week. Of course A.I. Refuses to connect you with a person when there's a complaint. Yet, when there's a purchase, a person comes on the line.
I have written reviews to BBB and to sitejabber venues.
I will not waste my time trying to contact them again.
Seriously, I don't know what is wrong with our government in that, at all levels, it allows capitalist enterprises to suck consumers out of hard earned bucks. Someone in responsible positions has to see this level of corruption.
Spectrum's corporate office, ultimately, is directly responsible for this terrible service.

Spectrum is out of touch!

Spectrum says they are on my side by claiming Disney wants to force them to charge me for channels I don't watch. I have to call BS on that as Spectrum has for years been perfectly OK charging me for hundreds of channels I don't watch. They cut off the Florida v. Utah game literally at kickoff. That was it for me. No more Spectrum cable for me. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone and after a dozen rejections of offer after offer to lower my bill and keep me as a customer, I asked, why didn't you just charge me these lower rates to begin with. Spectrum has totally lost this cable subscriber for good.

I've been trying to get my Internet and cable fixed for the last two months without success. I continue to have intermittent Internet and many issues with the cable. Even after three service calls to my home, which is a big inconvenience. Now I can't watch college football on ESPN or the U.S. Open. Pathetic I'm changing service

Disney deal

Spectrum was always a very good company for cable & Internet but since they took away my ability to watch Monday night football on ESPN because they don't want to raise the price $10.00 a month for ESPN aka Disney so in order for me to watch Monday night football on ESPN I had to purchase YouTube TV to get ESPN at a price of $72.00 a month I would rather pay the extra $10.00 a month to keep ESPN on spectrum then pay for YouTube TV for ESPN why spectrum has gone cheap is beyond me GET THE DISNEY DEAL DONE so I can cancel my YouTube TV subscription not that the subscription is bad but I wouldn't need it if spectrum can get ESPN back on my plan!
