Ever the worst company they have a lot of hidden fee, all the phones they sell as new are used ones. I bought Samsung s22 from them at a monthly payment of 96 dollars including 12 dollars insurance. Then the phone has a problem with in three months. I called the spectrum. They troubleshoot shoot the phone and they said replace it. When they send me a replacement phone the phone was defective. When you put on charge it got hot and when take out of charge the phone turned of. I call customer support and they told me to return it back. When I returned it back they charge me 1077. They said that you should return back the original one. The new one is more worse than original one and I already informed them they didn't tell me to return the original one. At this time they wont to take 1077 dollars and monthly payment of 71. Otherwise they would send to collective agencies and they can mess my credit score. This spectrum company is selling used phones to customer and making our life hard. Every one should aware from this company
I called on the 18th of August and scheduled to have my internet services disconnected explaining that I would be moving on Saturday the 2nd of September. I work remotely on weekdays from home and would never have requested services to be canceled on the 1st, a Friday. The rep on the 18th explained I had paid service from August 6 to September 5,2023… translation, I was covered until the 5th. Great. Well, they cut off my internet on the 1st. After being on the phone for over an hour to try and get reconnected for the day, they were going to charge me a reconnection fee. WTF? I decided I might as well work from a coffee shop or use my hotspot.
Very disappointed and will be canceling my mobile services with them soon.
Spectrum has not been able to fix problems with engineering, cable box and their technical support. They have no interest in satisfying customers. We have been plaqued with these problems since the went HD. Unfortunately, in my area they are the only cable company. I am looking forward to a streaming service when it is offered in my area. The get an F rating I also have contacted FCC on numerous occasions. They should be fined by Congress for their inept services.
I contacted Spectrum told them no internet. They said they would have a technician come out Sunday night; this was Thursday. I said I needed someone sooner and they said they would send someone out that night - no show. I called, they said it was Sunday. They said someone would call me today and someone would be out. Still waiting. Internet service is awful!
This company is as about as bad as it can get. They are obviously paying minimum wages, because anybody you talk to rather push you off the phone than actually help you. I can see why though, because they literally can't help. It's an awful service that you will regret purchasing immediately. Service people you talk to are just warm body's that will tell you theres a "service outage in your area" or "your modem is bad". There is no solutions besides "let's try restarting you router" and let me save you the time, it won't work. They string you on as long as they can and Mike you money until you finally had enough.

This provider fails to work a couple of times a week. Cable just goes out. The signal is weak on many channels and breaks up badly. It goes out of service totally at any moment. I have never seen such unreliable service. Now, they have TOTALLY shut out ESPN (US Open and Football) because they don't like what Disney is charging. You cannot watch sports at all. They pretend to have pulled it to "protect" us, their customers. But when you seek alternative viewing spots for the tennis they push you right to Fubo - which they own and is MORE money. So either you miss the US Open you love, or you pay much more --- despite already paying for their horribly shoddy, erratic, poor service. I never write this kind of thing, but I want to warn everyone to stay away, and they need to stop what is extortion by cutting us totally off and pushing us to their own carrier for more money.
Out of all the bills we all pay each money, Spectrum is by far the most frustrating. Prices are Outrageous, delusional, unsustainable. Customer service is the worst in industry. Dear spectrum we hate to pay you, and those who have not left already, will be. Do better.
Spectrum is easily the worse service I've ever signed up. I deal with buffering daily and now Disney GREED has removed espn and sec network.
I've been a TWC now turned to spectrum customer for 11 years and the rate has just continued to go up many times without them notifying me. And service was terrible. My Internet was constantly going in and out. I had called to update my service to the highest level, only to find out when canceling that I was running on 100 MBS. After switching over to frontier, I had to call them three times to cancel. The first time they assured me, I was owing no more money, the second time was because they charged me for equipment I had already returned, and the third time they thought charged me for my regular monthly payment. When I called in to get that charge removed, they said they charge by the month whether you use it for one day or the whole month. I canceled on the 21st but since they generate bills on the 13th they couldn't do anything I had to pay it. Very unhelpful, refused to not let the charge go through. Just because the bill was generated already.
I ended my cable service with spectrum because of high cost and poor service, so I switched to their streaming service and their streaming app is the only app out all the other apps I use to stream like Netflix and hulu that keeps freezing and their dvr cloud is even worse that doesn't even record half the time.I wish they would go out of business already! How can a company perform so poorly and still be in business.
Spectrum has a contract with our government and the GBL EE LEETS to track and trace us by forcing us to use a password THEY designate for us or try to get us to do voice verification to steal our voices so the government can use our voices for AI purposes! Our privacy is being invaded by spectrum and other businesses contracted by the government to monitor us this way and you all should be just as livid as I am about this and they won't even let me cancel my service without being obedient to their demands to give a password/passcode you never got because someone who works for them DUCKED UP my email and the tried to text me the amount I owe and expecting me to use their online website to check my balances! I will never do that not only because of the violation of my privacy but also because of the governments track and trace especially through voice verification and because the hackers and scammers are all over the internet scouring it to get our information to use maliciously! I will not be apart of Spectrum anymore and will not pay any bills they send me even through text messages! I had also told them that by no means are they to use text messaging for any reason whatsoever but that a** - hole didn't listen to me and even tried to UPSELL ME trying to get me to get the mobile phone they are offering which in a lot reviews people said the services were bad on their mobile phone! GO TO 7734 Spectrum I will never ever be a customer of yours again!
I am so tired of spectrum, apologizing for all their high-speed Internet network outages when they're actually costing me money because I work from home. It's a flapping shame that there's nothing customers can do about it. We don't matter nor do we impact the people that matter within Spectrum that could fix the problems. It only impacts their paychecks if we leave them. That's the only way we impact the company is to walk away stop paying them. Not by asking them to fix their service or asking for a discount price for f flym flam Shim sham service.
Spectrum expects its customers to work for them for free while also paying your bill. They want you to read pages if troubleshoot to why your internet is not staying connected. This is all day everyday! I would rate 0. I would tell no one to select spectrum as their internet provider
I'm a long time customer of Spectrum. Over the past several months internet speed is very bad. I'm very disappointed. Probably it's time to move to different service.
Canceled and returned equipment 8 days into billing cycle and they want me to pay for the time I'm not using them instead of prorated cost for this I don't recommend them and will never use there service again

I had the business service at two locations. One location works flawlessly, and the other gets dropped at least five times a day. Worked with the company for over a year trying to get the line fixed. They dug it up twice! Nothing ever fixed the dropouts. I went with a different provider and all the issues stopped completely. Can't believe I wasted so much time and money trying to make Spectrum work. I have two kids that are using the new connection for gaming and it is a wireless provider, yet it has yet to drop their connection.
I get charge a different price every month worst company in the world. Will find somebody else to do business with. Tired of their bull crap!
I HAVE INTERNET ONLY AND IT GOES UP EVERY 6 MONTHS. $85 SOEED IS NOT GOOD AND IT BUFFS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. MY APARTMENTS IS IN A CONTRACT NOT ME BUT NO ONE ELSE WILL GIVE IS INTERNET. I HAVE 5 MORE MONTHS THEN I AM DONE, DONE, DONE, WITH THIS BOOTLEG INTERNET.
Spectrum are not very helpful with customer questions and have very rude supervisors. They are fast to add new charges immediately if you like to upgrade your service but refuse to give you credit if you downgrade a service. For instance, my billing cycle is from the 17th of the months to the 16th of the next month. Ok, we had an outage in our area at the 16th and I could not get through to them. So, I went to their store on the 17th and canceled my landline. Now, although they cut service immediately, I still have to pay the whole month (cycle fee) from the 17th to the 16th of next months. I told them I was at the store on the 17th and received the reply that's when your new cycle started. When I mentioned that I could not cancel on the 16th due to outage, they had the gumption to say:" well, you could have come on the 14th." That is very rude and not the way to keep customers.
