Long line at McDonald so I tried Sonic. Large fries cost twice what McDonald charges. They were cold, and partially burnt.
Few customers were there but still had a wait. And their speaker wasn't working: they couldn't hear me. Girl had to come out to take my order.
Will not try them again!

The crispy chicken was definitely crispy overcook, the hamburger was so soaked with grease it was not even edible. The drinks were so full of ice there was hardly any liquid. I waited so long at the Drive up window I turned my car off. This review is for the sonic north Academy Blvd., Colorado Springs. I will never visit another sonic again.

Leave the kids alone to do there jobs stop yelling at the workers Jesus Christ people there just teenagers be cool yall

Sat in the drive thru for 5 min with no response from the speaker. Drove into a stall and ordered. Another 15 min wait time and then had to wait for the car hop to go back in and get change. When I get home, the dog in my coney is ice cold, and the honey BBQ chicken? Had ONE NUGGET WITH CHICKEN! All the rest was sauce soaked breading! And to hard to chew if you do like that. Pitiful all around. Wont be back

Food looks like it was dropped in a trash can full of coffee grounds. Way too nasty to eat. It's hard to believe they think that's acceptable.

The sonic on south green river in evansville is trashy as fukk... its nasty dirty and the employees are rude and ghettoish... dont go to sonic..

Spent over $100 for 3 people this week, order was completely messed up. Gave them a 2nd chance, got charged and they blamed a 3rd party app for them not receiving the order. The manager mocked me in front of my son and refused to provide any customer service. NOW, I have to call a 3rd phone number to get my money back. WORST PLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! AVOID!

The employers are very nice and kind. The food is hot and fresh Everytime I've ate there. Please keep the banana pudding shake I rate it a 10! Keep up the good work!

Sonic in Newport Tn was very Rude the one taking my order inform me she would have to come out & take my order because she could not understand me when she came out leaning on my car I was trying to give her my order said then I was talking to slow for her! Inform her to quit leaning on my car & I would be talking to the manger when I called same person that waited on me answered that she was manger & that I was rude to her she then hang up on me!

Absolutely disgusting. Food horrible, found plastic pieces in my shake, hot dog wrong temperature, hot dog made without buns. Don't bother calling to complain no one cares just look at the reviews here and Google.

We've been Sonic fans for Years. Our last several visits have been very disappointing. Burgers are smaller, meat is different, lettuce wilted and the pickles are different. Wont go back

This is the second time i have made a complaint to Sonic complaints and so far it looks like they could care less as long as they get your money. I sat at sonic for 40 min. To place an order as i am watching cars go through the drive through getting meals i heard them order yet i have not been able to place mine. I called complaint line and that was on the 16th and was assured i would get a call back but as of my third call today im waiting again. Funny that if you ask the complaint line they dont have a supervisor but can have them call back from a company that hasnt returned a call yet. Lol a funny one. But i will not let this go this time. I will call every day if i have to until i get someone to return my call. I have found on line was is supposed to be the cooperate number the ones that own Sonic and other companies it is *******000.

There's a reason they only have 1 star. They suck. Especially their shift "leaders" Never going to Sonic again. Ever.
