Bad service

Sonic on the University in Frankfurt in Lubbock Texas send my wife to grab me a cheeseburger tater tots and a large Coke when she brought me my lunch I open the burger it was supposed to be with mustard and it had catch up the tater tots were cold the Coke with a Dr Pepper I was really disappointed I will not go to that sonic again

Customer service just isn't what it use to be. Store # 4654 in Jonesboro, Ga... I have no words for what I just experienced. The workers were a bunch of teenagers who does not take anything seriously.

I asked the guy who took my order to make sure we had fresh fries. Before I was done he interrupted me and said, I will tell the cook!" Right? French fries suck more than ever. I'm about to stop going there.

Why do people eat at sonic?

So I thought sonic was really cool with there drive up parking and ordering so I tried it I ordered chili cheese dog omg it was terrible. So I'll say a year later I said oh I'll try it again omg terrible. So I said no more I havnt been back for a long time. Today I thought I'll try the fries who can do fries wrong wow there cold and chewy. So I ask why do people eat there this will absolutely be my last time.

Never again

Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru for cold soggy food. The "large" chili cheese fries, besides the cold and soggy, was definitely not worth the amount charged. We live a block away so the state of the food wasn't due to a long drive.The employees were nice, tho.

Amazingly rude staff!

I placed my order for 3 drinks. I tried to use the app, but was not working. I tried to explain, but still charged full price. None of the cups were marked so you could tell them apart. The rude girl had the intercom still on and was running her mouth and was verbally threatening. All over three drinks. I will never go to this hell hole again and the idiots that run it forget trying to call no one answers the phone. You will never get another penny from me.

Nasty Attitudes

If you have a half of day to wait then the Sonic on Broadway in Van Buren is for you. Plus they have the nastiest attitudes then any other fast food place. They mess up your order almost everything. So they are slow as hell and have attitudes, I have given them so many chances to change but they don't so I will never come back to this Sonic I will drive across town if I want to go to Sonic.

The moment I walk in he asked me if it was cash or credit and immediately followed up by I'm not suppose to be here I'm the only one here. The food was great but while I was eating he locked the door and started closing down shop. I think he took 2 other orders other than mine and called it quits. He left before I left the property.

Terrible service

I order 3/ meals two with tots and one fry. I complained about my order 3/times and they kept getting wrong. Made me wait 10-minutes just to tell me I should have confirmed my order before paying. The manger was rude and didn't understand how to communicate with a customer. The burger was dry.

No root beer float

I went to Sonic for a root beer float. They no longer offer them so I had a chocolate shake. Nothing chocolate about it and it doesn't even melt for about 45 minutes. You can turn the cup upside down and it won't even drip. Nasty whipped something on top and it's also used as a filler in the bottom. If I could give a lower star rating I would. I wish I took a picture. Cost over $4. My guess is the profit margin is huge. Not going there again.

Lousy service

I was driving and decided I wanted a limeade slush with 2 slices of lemon. When I placed my order via red button I was told each slice of lemon was $1.00, bring the total to $4.78. I took the lemon off and ordered a plain limeade slush. When my order came out I showed the young man on my phone that sonic does not charge for fruit in its slashes on the app. He argued price, then argued about that being corporate, not local, he had no control and this was their policy. If this store is not going to adhere to corporate policy, they need to remove themselves from the Sonic App.
And yes, they need to discuss the importance of at least listening, and not arguing.

Lost their focus

Always a fan of Sonic, but last time I got the standard Sonic burger & the burger was completely burned, creating a tasteless mess. Gave them a chance to redeem & went again today, got a double burger with bacon. Sadly, the burgers were again burnt beyond recognition which created a dry, tasteless mess. Cross Sonic off my list, too many tasty choices to waste money on Sonic.

Lazy $#*! employees

The Oakdale, Louisiana sonic most of the stalls doesn't work and if to give them anything over a $10 it takes forever to bring your change back and the employees think they have to park as close to the door as possible, so their lazy $#*! don't have to walk

For the 3rd time at the sonic in Kaiser Oregon I couldn't get service. When you can come here and actually get them to serve you at all, it takes 45min to 1.5 to get your food. This is a new one, for the last 2 nights when we come to Sonic, they Immediately say we can't do milkshakes or slushies tonight( I get that happens sometimes, not a big deal) but then if u still want to order food after that they say, oh well acuatlly were only serving fries and tater tots. Hmm... they are extremely rude about it. I have never seen anything as consistently bad as the "customer service" SONIC is currently "providing" its customers. I wanted to bring some attention to it, maybe get it fixed? Come to find out, most people in Keizer, Oregon already know this, and dont go there.
