Placed order. 5 items. Received 1. No1 answers phone. Argued after seeing phone showing order. So who is taking the money in their own pocket or who is eating the food? Worst place ever.
We ordered online and went and pulled into a spot. We sat there for 30 minutes and pushed the red button to talk to someone and a voice says drive thru only and hangs up on us. We already paid and our food sat inside for 25 minutes. There was no sign telling us the stalls were closed. Other people also sat in the stalls waiting for nothing while their food sat inside getting nice and soggy. The manager was extremely rude and condescending of course. This place used to be amazing but I guess like all fast food places this one has finally had enough of treating its customers with respect and value. Naturally we won't be back and I'm sure no one cares but this is a place we went to all the time and we are undoubtedly disappointed and hurt that after all the business we gave them they treated us like we were jerks. There is an abundance of competitors out there and I'm sure that our 6 person family will be welcome somewhere else where they give us some dignity and not laugh that we sat there for so long.

I live in Watertown my and go to sonic a lot and get the same thing every single time… not only was I told I can't get fries with my food the lady was very rude to me. We waited entirely to long for the quality of food we got served. I'm very disappointed.
Fabulous, fresh, hot food served here, great slushes and more! The lady who brought out my order was very personable. We had to laugh at my last experience at a Sonic, but I certainly will visit the Fort Mill location from here on!
I cannot make this up. This really happened today at Sonic # 6312 in Miami Gardens FL@ exactly 1:13pm EST with cashier Essence and General Manager Kissis (that's how she pronounced her name). This was a terrifying customer experience that I will never forget. I was wearing gloves and as I placed my order I simply asked for a fork with my fries. Essence (who rolled her eyes as me before I even spoke), screamed "what?!"
I repeated myself and asked for a fork with my fries and paid for it. She closed the window and started laughing at me with her co-workers because the window was not closed all the way. When she returned I thanked her for my order and calmly told her "I think you should know that you are being very rude." She yelled back at me "Girrrrrrrrllllll, you're rude!" She kept repeating Girrllllll over and over. I asked for the manager who came to the window and as I was trying to describe what happened Essence interrupted me and said "I'll go get my grandmother to beat you up." She said this twice. At this point, I calmly told Kissis "I don't need to continue any further, you can see for yourself how she is speaking to me." Essence replied "you look like a virus."
All of this is because I simply asked for a fork with my French fries.
When I contacted corporate they referred me back to local restaurant. When I called there Kissis remembered me. I mentioned that I felt she didnt have a sense of control of the restaurant since she let Essence call me names and threaten to do bodily harm. She hung up on me. I asked for corporate to pull the audio/video of this transaction for coaching and hopefully immediate termination for both Essence and Kissis.
Chick-Filet is and always be the gold standard for all fast food.
I recently started craving a #1 hamburger from Sonic so we hopped into the car to go it. We pulled in an ordered two #1 meals with Mayo to go and off we drove. Imagine our surprise to find out they completely changed the burgers. The first noticeable thing is there is me re meat and frankly it a little to much meat. The next problem was it didn't have onions or pickles, and really wasp tasteless. They smothered the burger with ketchup which made it a mess. I don't know why this corporation has bothered to put stupid women adds on tv who brag they don't wear a bra when they drop their kids off at school. They should have educated the public
About the changes on the menu. Why can't I get the same burger I have eaten for 50 years! It was a winner!
Paul the order taker was rude as $#*!! When we got our food, my sister's French fries had hair in it. This branch sucks and I'm surprised the Health Department doesn't check everyday on this store, because there is $#*!ing hair found in the food. Also, Paul if you are going to $#*!ing yell at the customer, SONIC a customer service franchise is not the right $#*!ing job for you $#*!face!
I'm disappointed! Sonic let me down selling me a chicken sandwich that was cold, burned and all smashed bread, chicken was the size of one MCDonalds nugget.
Food today at Bay Springs, MS Sonic was crap. But typical for many fast food chains these days. Short on supplies and short on help. Pure garbage.
I went to the Sonic on 9 mile in Pensacola FL. I ordered the 6 foot chili cheese dog combo. Board said one price but I was charged another price. Called the local number that was on the receipt and the woman answered yeah. Will not go to sonic again. And the tator tots were cold. Tried one as I was driving out of the parking lot. Hortible
Went to the store at 3704 84th Ave Circle E. In Sarasota, Fl. This was my first time here. Went through the drive thru. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger, onion rings and a hot fudge sundae. It took a few minutes because it was made fresh. And boy was it. I was a great meal. Look forward to going back.
I applied to sonics on elmwood ave in buffalo ny. Was told there was no openings. Yet a hr later my freind who is black walked in and 5 min later had a job. These people are racist $#*! hats.
First off your customer service number should be working Burlington North Carolina on Church Street if you wonder why there's only one Sonic within 50 miles now you know this is the worst Sonic I've ever been to and I have been to I go to Sonic everyday I spend 100s a year and this is the way I get treated this Sonic waits on every single person in their drive-thru then I have to walk up to the door and they ignore me I have to push the door open and ask for my drinks they don't look to see how I've ordered it they just give me whatever The manager that worked last night was rude she threatened me I'm going to report that to the cops I wouldn't recommend this sonic to my dog I'm going to make sure that I put this review on every single website I can you have my phone number you can call but this is ridiculous you can kiss your $1,000 goodbye a year Don't bother it will take you 30 minutes if your lucky to get your order
The sonic on Plano road in Richardson's machines are terrible and don't read the swipe on a card, and the employees there instead of manually typing in the card info just said it didn't work and forced me to give back my food and we're rude
Of I could give it no stars Or negative I would! Went to Sonic drive-thru at 11:35 today11/4/21 for food with my fiance Order almost $20 worth of food. And had to turn around and go back Cuz my fiance's grilled chicken Had a hair in it When I got back to the speaker woman told me to pull around but to my surprise she has no hair net no hat and her hair flying all over the place I'm assuming the hair was hers I do not recommend anybody in Morgantown to eat at this sonic drive-in! Unless you want to EAT a hair ball sandwich
These new Mocha Crunch Blasts, look so good, just went to the Sonic Drive-In and ordered two large ones, and payed for them, they came with no crunch in them, when I asked the clerk at the drive-in window, she replied they had run out of the crunch. I asked if she thought that might have been something to tell me when I ordered them, she replied that "people have been ordering them all day and we've been out of crunch". I talked to the manager, and she refered me to corprate. I talked to corprate and they offered me a coupon for two MEDIUM blasts and a slushie. I ordered and wanted two large Mocha Crunch Blasts. All I received was 2 large mocha blasts, no crunch. No pride in work at this SONIC.
Why you don't have more Locations in Los Angeles or Long beach... Lynnwood and will more commercial than Location.
I went to Sonic today and got the Grill cheese double burger, and let me tell you it was amazing! I also got the DIET Cherry limeade, and it was also fantastic. I love that it has alot of carbonation, and it is not flat like alot of other drinks. Please do not ever stop making both of these things. You have found gold!
New slush flavors, not worth buying. Strawberry Frosé was watery. Peach Bellini tasted like my pool.
Why isn't the full menu on the backs of the order boards so that passengers can see it also? Like it used to be. Cutting costs, I guess while cutting customer experience.

Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
