I tried to warn my wife about buying furniture from this distributor. The whole thing seemed "scammy". Though the couch did arrive in a timely fashion, the stitching started coming apart after a WEEK! The back rest is unstable, the stitching is coming off, & there went $1,400 on furniture I could have gotten IN STORE elsewhere SAME DAY. And would have WARRANTY. Do NOT recommend

Once again, you nailed it as your team responded proactively and addressed my all the concerns in a courteous and professional manner. I received an item in damaged packaging which happened in transit and immediately e-mailed your company. You took charge of this matter and asked for images. Upon receiving the images, you not only offered the best of the options to remedy the situation. However, i thought of opening the package and check the item. Too my surprise, everything was perfect with the product. Not a single scratch, damage on it as the stuffed material used for protection makes it secure. Thank you for your meticulous approach.

The product finally arrived close to 3 weeks after placing order. Product was great and the customer support is honest and prompt on my order. As 2 legs of the item are slightly damaged, customer support has agreed to replace the damaged legs when the new stock arrives, it was in good condition and ultimately all that ends well is good. I am using this product from last 6 months and i believe that it will last long due to the standard material used to manufacture this item.

I bought the Sofa that reclined into a futon, however, when I set the sofa up the back leg broke off. I cant even use it as a futon now, which is why I bought it. The construction of the sofa was horrible. I had to tear the bottom of the fabric to get the screws through. Not to mention it's by far the most uncomfortable sofa I have even sat on. Plus it came with a black stain. Customer service is non-existent!

Sofamania was a great company. Their chair was good quality and comfortable. Read the size measurements so that you get the right furniture for your space. If you need to do a return they are quick to help you.

Horrible product and horrible customer service. Never use this company, you will regret it! Large sectional sofa arrived after 6 weeks in pieces, approximately 6 boxes. Hardware was incorrect, it did not fit together, back of sofa unstable. Company does not stand by their products. Boxes were not usable for return, they will not provide new ones. Packaging now is our responsibility for their inferior product.
Hello Marlaine, yes packing is required for successful returns as stated on our site, as well as advising the customer to report any damages to the packaging and/or item. Upon looking into the order, I do not see any images provided or any prior notification that the packaging was compromised. We did offer a discount, which was denied. We have also offer a replacement, which was also denied. Unfortunately, the carrier will not pick up the item without it being box. We would be more than glad to issue a refund upon return. I ordered a couch from this company and it has already completely fallen apart within a few months and the company will not stand by there terrible product. They are basically stealing from there customers. They have THE WORST customer service, to go as far as they hung up the phone on me when I called. I RECOMMEND TO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. IT WILL FALL APART AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

Hello, Sofamania.com pays for your shipping, therefore you are not charged for it! For the most part our items are shipped though FedEx at your door and in the case of an apartment building, they will be delivered at the building's manager office/mail room/leasing office or lobby. Have in mind that freight (the big stuff) items are curbside delivery only, which means that the carrier/driver is not responsible for in-house delivery and/or any required assembly. Make sure neighbors, family and/or friends are there to assist you if needed.
The recliner is good. The feel of the leatherette is nice and smooth. I like the amazing tripple function of reclining rocking n revolving in this with comfortable seat n armrests. Good choice to buy if u wish. Using it for more than a month now n happy to have this in my room. Got it for my Dad who wanted to relax and he absolutely loves it. Fabric is of a good quality and pretty sturdy.
Fabulous dining table with chairs. Real wood and sturdy, lots of padding on the chairs too, so no skimping on materials! Had to make it up ourselves but clear instructions made the job easy. We are just thrilled with the product and in terms of looks there is no comparison. Would highly recommend. Thank you Sofamania - keep up the great work.
I ordered a bed frame as im moving, delivery service was excellent as I got the item with in 48 hours. The delivery person was very humble and pleasant. Talking about the bed frame is of very good quality and astonished with the price for such a quality furniture. I was looking for a more durable, affordable, quality sofa for our family. The sofa I bought from Sofamania fit the description. When it arrived, the main cushion was damaged. The company responded quickly and we were sent a replacement quickly!
Overall, it is a very nice sofa, honestly described, reasonable and excellent customer service was provided.
Fantastic looking table and chairs, looks more expensive than it costs. Very pleased with the quality of item and so far we have brought three of them in my family. "Packing of mattress is very good., they covered all sides, all edges with hard card bord along with thick poly. Cover and finally packed with plastic gunny bag & stitched very well. I was worried about packaging & transportation before receiving the item, finally the mattress arrived: it is amazing, sleeping is very very comfortable. Spring koils working fine. I observed, i am sleeping 2 hours extra time for my regular sleep. This is a sign of comfortable sleep with a suitable mattress."

I recently bought a recliner from Sofamania. I've had it about three weeks now, and I want to say that I really enjoy it. It is very comfortable, it looks great in my living room, and the price could not be beat. I am not getting paid to say this, nor did I get a price reduction to give a favorable review. I was hesitant about buying something like this online, especially from a company I had never heard of, but everything has been great and their customer service is very good. I made the right choice, and when I need some additional furniture, they'll be the first ones I think of.
Just a few days back, i ordered recliner chair from SofaMania. Initially I was scared to purchase it online, as i usually purchase furniture from local stores.An aquntent of mine recommended them. I called SofaMania multiple times and spoke to 2-3 different reps there, just wanted to make sure that I can trust thme and made sure that I know about the recliner before ordering it. Reps were helpful, I was convinced that the store is good. Recliner was devilevered by FedEx and was on time. Though everything was just right, packaging, quality, delivery, etc. but there was some issue with the recliner, it was not reclining properly, i called immediately and spoke to the representative about it, i was furious and was yelling at them, I was waiting for this recliner, and when it arrived, it has defect. They immidietly filed a replacement and pickup for me and offered me a 10% off on next purchase for the inconvinience. I was nor sure and wanted a refund, but they insist that I should opt for a replacement and i will not regret. Replacemet arrived within a few days and pick was done promptly, replacement is working fine. I had issues with them initially but they were able to resolve them in time and that put them in my good books. I am recommending sofamania for their products, pricing and service quality.

I chose this futon as it had to go up two flights of stairs which was easy to do. The futon was very easy to assemble and looks good as a seat. It converts into a bed very easily and although I haven't yet slept on it, it does appear to be comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the woodwork required a little sanding but that was a minor complaint. On the whole I am delighted with the product.
Received my sofa in 4 week (today) with the arm cover broken. When assembling the safa, noticed that the arm cover was hanging into 2 pieces. See picture for detail.
