This was my first time purchasing online from an independent store like Sofamania. I purchase a lot of stuff off Amazon and eBay, I have trust in their customer first approach. The couch Sofamania selling was perfect in terms of budget and my expectations and I took the plunge. I spoke to them after placing the order and they assured me of timely delivery, I found them reasonable with the time frame and the customer support was professional. Delivery was on time and uneventful. Couch turned out to be pretty comfortable, cushions are just right on softness, not too firm, not too squishy. The fabric is nice & thick & the quality seems to be good. I love the couch for what I paid for it. Best of all I got it on 15% discount as honestly, I was no way willing to pay the list price for it... Lol!

Excellent seller with exceptional products and services! The bedframe I purchased from them was rightly priced, delivered on time, was packed well and is beautiful and sturdey. The sale went through smoothly and I was kept updated on the status of my purchase by email notifications. My experience with Sofamania is very good so far and I am confident to recommend them and to buy from them again. The descriptions of the bedframe was spot on and to my surprise, it look better in person. Overall I'm very happy. 5 Stars to Sofamania!

I am happy that I took chance with Sofamania! The Recliner I purchased is amazing and had an enticing price tag! I had a feeling that something could go wrong since they are selling it for so less, but the services of Sofamania are amazing and compliment their products. I purchased and called up the customer support as I wanted to know how soon it should arrive. The rep was helpful and courteous and told me that I should be getting in a week and they would be able to ship within 48 hours. I got it infect in just 5 days. The packaging was just fine with lots of protective foam pieces aroundpieces around recliner. It came partially assembled and all I have to do is to pur a few parts here and there with the help of included instruction sheet and tools. I was searchin for a good recliner for last 6 months and finally I got it. It Feels just right!

Sofamania is a go to place if you want to buy cheap furniture that works. Unlike other online shops I have experience with, their customer service and delivery service is top notch. They have real customer service and I spoke to them a couple of times during this transaction. I bought this futon from them and it is gorgeous. Shipping time was reasonable and the item arrived on the 7th day from order. It came with everything one need to set up, I did the assembly myself (instructions recommended 2 people) and it was not too complex. Sleeping on it initially was a little uncomfortable as the seats were hard, after a few days of use I feel that either they soften a bit or I am now habitual of sleeping on them. It works great a work-seat, I sit with my laptop on it and the stiff bottom/back kept my back straight. Overall a good experience!

The chair is super-comfortable. Ergonomic design supports lower back and keeps me sitting upright and comfortable at my desk. I find it's much better than those new mesh chairs that don't really support your body or back. Sofamania lack on variety on chairs as there were just a few models to choose from, however they make it up by selling the quality stuff. For a chair like this you can't go wrong (even when you are paying less than $70) with sofamania. I received a shipping notification on the next day of order and they were able to deliver on the 5th day, not bad! I am testing this chair and so far it is going good, I will update my review after a few more days. As of now I am happy with the chair and Sofamania!

We purchased a velvet 3-seater sofa in purple from Sofamania. It came in 2boxes within the ETA provided. To our surprise and disappointment, when we opened the boxes for assembly, we realized that the color of the pieces in one of the boxes was Brown! I called up sofamania immediately and they were quick enough to send the replacement of the wrong box. I received the correct box within a few days and they arranged the pickup ofthe incorrect box through FedEx. I was very tense at a point in time, however the team at sofamania was able to handle the issue and provided in time resolution. We are loving the sofa and sofamania!

So I bought these chairs from them. Chairs are attractive and look expensive. Instructions were clear and assambly was easy. I had few queries and Sofamania team was able to resolve them and helped me making my mind for the purchase. They even sent me the soft copy of instructions even before I went ahead with the order. Package was delivered within a few days and the chairs were neatly packed. The web site is also excellent and very easy to navigate. Sofamania deserve a praise for their focus on service and rightly priced products. Highly recommended.

I am not highly satisfied with the quality of the furniture but you get what you pay for. I ordered this beautiful sactional on Sofamania and waited for it to be delivered, Item arrived in time and was easy to assamble. The color is perfect for my taste, but the fabric is not really what I expected. Overall the product is a good deal for the price and good experience, I am happy with the way they were able to resolve my queries.

I am getting married soon and was looking for a bed. I was completely fascinated by one of these beds on Sofamania. This bed seems to be perfect for our needs As this purchase was a surprise for my girlfriend, I wanted this to be delivered as soon as possible and at time when she is not home. The bed got shipped the very next day of ordering and when I requested to schedule a time, Sofamania representative told me that she cant assure me on delivery time as it is handled by FedEx however she was able to get me connected with the FedEx Station Manager. The Manager helped me and assured me with a time slot when my girlfriend is away. The bed arrived on time and during the timeslot I was assured of. It looked better in persoan and its a steal for the price. It was a plesent surprise for my girlfriend and she really liked the bed! I really like the way Sofamania representative took the initiative and connect me with the FedEx Station Manager. Good work Sofamania!

I am a web designer and I like the way you people have maintened your website, I like the products you showcase however I feel tat there is room for impeovement, you people should try enabling 360 degree view of your products and that would be amazing. You can contact me if you want to get that done :) Shopping furniture online is a tricky and always leaves customers wanting for more. I would really love to see the products in person since images and view can tell you how the product looks but not how it feels, so one has to take chance and I did. I have to say I am impressed, it was all good, from ordering to receiving, assembling and the quality and feel of product. The only issue I faced was with a missing cushions which I found inside the base when told by your customer service team, you should put a note somewhere on the external package as to where to find them. I am happy with my experience with Sofamania and would rate them 4 stars for their efforts.

Very good foam material, it's comfortable as a sofa as well as a bed. Quite classy to look at (although I confess I'm not known for my good taste!). I also like the fact that it's lightweight and so quite easy to move. Sofamania was recommended by a friend. I took a chance with them, items were looking good and priced reasonabaly. I am super impressed with the quality of products, fast shipping and the corteous customer support thay have. I was shared the tracking info the very next day of ordering, i tracked it on FedEx and the item was not moving. I enquired with them and they told me that they will be able to deliver within the time frame as the tracking gets updated after 48 hours. I was a little skeptical but the Items arrived a day before the due date. I am delighted and actually planning to buy one more for the guest room. I hope I will get some additional discount as a returning customer!

Got my sofa bed from Sofamania a day early, they deliver surprisingly fast, but can do better on packaging. When I received the package it was ripped a bit and FedEx guy told that this must have happened during transit. Fortunately there was no damage to my sofa-bed. It was easy to put together and the color is matching my decor! Its just a few days with the Sofa-bed and I am not sure about its longetivity, but overall I am happy with the services and products they offer. Recommended!

I was a little skeptical as I read negative reviews about sofamania but the loveseat was so beautiful and aggressively priced, I took chances. Surprisingly, everything went well and was seamless, from purchase to delivery and after sales support, they have nailed it. I am writing this review as I realized that the reviews are only posted by people having bad experience and when everything went alright, no one bothers to put a favorable review.
