It has been a great experience with you. We purchased many items from your company and never had a problem except one or two small errors. To narrate, once i received the tracking and there was no movement on the order, you guys i guess forgot to inform me that the product has been over sold and another was when due to some misconception from my end it created a mess however i am highly obliged and amazed to see how beautifully and easily you have taken care of the situation. This is it, since then i am associated with your company and would continue shopping. Thank you for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding the situation.

I ordered the couch thinking that it will be delivered to me within sometime next week. When i ordered the item, it said will ship within 2-4 business days and it actually got shipped on time, i was intimated with the tracking however i am not able to see any movement or updates so i called the team and simultaneously e-mailed them just to get an accurate information. I got a response immediately from the team stating they have contacted the shipping department and within 24 hours another intimation was sent to me stating that shipping department has shipped the item in the night but carrier did not updated the tracking. I am so happy to see, the way the team works and co-ordinate with each other.

This mattress is very comfortable though little firm. I have purchased this mattress 6 months ago in times of need and happy to have it. For my kids and me, it is as per the expectations however for my grandparents it is little hard as they are in their 70s. In the beginning, i was little suspicious about my transcation taking into consideration my experiences with other companies but your manufacturers did a good job by manufacturing such a comfortable products and i do wish if you can open stores at various locations so that we can receive the item soon. I ordered this 2 seater loveaseat last week as minor assembly was required and it was looking beutiful on the website. It came in some days and everything other than instructions to assemble the item was included in the box. As my guests were about to arrive on the day when i received the item, i was upset becuase i am not able to use it without assembling it. I reached out to the customer service team and expressed my situations in a very aggravating manner. Love to see that they were polite in the whole conversation and provided me the PDF file of the instructions immediately. Thank you so much for making the situation correct quickly.

I purchased this recliner for my brother-in-law who underwent a surgery and it was urgently required due to the fact that he was coming back to home from hospital sometimes next week. Though i bought many items from you and was satisfied with the quality and delivery and on the website also it was stated that this item will ship within 2 to 4 business days. I wish that you guys should start providing express shipping service also. I was not expecting the delivery on time however due to the trust i thought of going ahead with it and too my surprise i received the item on the day when he came back. It was the perfect timing and the recliner met the specifications. I assembled it easily and recliner was functioning properly.

Hi SofaMania, i am happy to have this item at a reasonable price. Your ongoing offers are very good that really helps a lot. Along with that quality of the foam and cushions is good and chaise is comfortable to sit. I am using this chaise since long and i am happy to see the durability of the item. I can sit or lay down on it for long hours. Every hole was at its place and also every part in order to complete the item is in the box. Minor assembly was required which i did by myself. The chaise is good for small space apartments. It is the right fit as per my requirements. Thank you for such a beautiful product.
