Same as shown in picture. Perfect size, awesome quality and very good packaging. It took 21 days for delivery but result came good. It was worth for the price and the time which i waited for it. In the meanwhile, i was in touch with the customer service team. They were very helpful and supportive. I completely understood as there were some issue 1st at their warehouse and then due to earthquake in my area but thanks whenever i called them they were hopeful and with the updates. Everrthing which ends well or on a good note is always good. Thank you...

I wish to share my experience with everyone. I recently purchased a good looking sofa from SofaMania and was a little skeptical about the quality and comfortness. When i received the sofa, it was very good-in-person as seats are very comfortable and cushions are very fluffy type. Sofa is perfect for my small space apartment as it fits very well and also it is lightweight which can be moved easily. Thank you so much for such a quality collection.

I love this sofa very much. Very comfortable, easy to assemble as i assembeled it by myself, adored by every near and dear ones, very elegant, it's great! The other items i expected to work properly for years but one of the chair legs were not able to support and it got broke after just 8 months. As we purchased various items from your online store and purchase was above $700 so i thought i should get more discount. For this, i started a general conversation with the customer support team. They informed me that the discount would be flat 15% as listed on the website. I know that my expectations were high and there is no room of entertaining such concerns still i argued with them but the team was so polite and so emphathetically listening to me knowing that they could not make any changes as per the policy. I am very excited with my purchase. In a very first look, i like the design and the structure of this chair. As i want to purchase large number of chairs in a designer look at reasonable price, it suits my expectations. I really liked the fabric of the chair and the two support pillows makes it more comfortable and stylish. Easy to assemble the item and it was packed in standard packaging. It is a product which is liked by everyone and highly recommended.

When i thought of purchasing this futon, it's price was less however when i checked the price item next day it was increased by some dollars. Though i have not faced this issue before with your company, also i like your ongoing coupons still i do not understand why the price went up in a day. This sectional is very good. I ordered in a little hurry as it was showing on the website less quantity get it asap. The velvet is very soft and the color looks so lavish in the main area of my room. I did not expect such a quality in my 1st online purchase from your company. However, this is an amazing experience. I also felt in the beginning price is little high and now i am assuming that i was wrong because this sofa is designed and manufactured wonderfully. Cushions are very comfortable and good to touch and feel. My room is looking good since the entry of this sofa to the right place.

I purchased one of the fine looking sofa for my room. When i received it, the box was not in good condition and there was little scratch on the back rest of the item. I got very upset and immediately contacted the customer support team. At first, i was yelling at them because of my experience however the way they handled the situation is amazing. The rep. I choose one of the option that is the replacement part and received the part within 4 business days. Since then i never faced any problem with this item. I ordered sofa last time with right hand side chaise however i recieved the item with left hand side chaise. I was very upset due to this issue but was sure that you will be able to resolve it for me. You proved it by sending me the replacement of the correct part and along with that you shceduled the pick up of the wrong part from my place. That is really very good practice. However, i still wish instead of curb-side delivery everyone prefers delivery at home. Please see if you can bring some changes to the process. Highly recommended products and services!

A perfect sofa for my room. I like this 4-seater sofa but when i ordered it, inventory of the item on the website was just 1. I ordered in hurry still i guess i missed the chance. I was very upset when i did not hear from the company about tracking for 2 days thinking that i will not receive the item. I immediately called and happy to hear the positive and polite response from the representative that it is still in the warehouse and reserved for me. However, due to some issue carrier did not picked the item from the warehouse. Now, it's clear that i will receive the item sooner. I was looking for a sofa since long consisting of reversible chaise and then one of my recommended me your company. As i got busy due to my work schedule, i forgot to visit your online store. Though there was a minute issue which is small stain on the backrest not highly visible. I purchased this accent chair and ottoman with a purpose and it was fulfilled. However, do want to share that when i received it, one of the hole in the ottoman was not drilled properly and i was very upset with the issue. I called the customer support team immediately as it was the need of an hour that time and they assisted me every possible solution to solve this issue.
