Customer service seems to be friendly and helpful, but merchandise kept arriving damaged. Ive ordered the same dining table 3 times and damaged all 3 times! The first delivery guy said it will always come damaged because of the way the freight is handled at the warehouse! Guess he was right! I was so looking forward to receiving the table and ordering more items. Ive even told friends and neighbors about sofamania. Oh well... looks like Ill have to update everyone on my experience! :(

We had read numerous horror stories following placing an order for a loveseat. I was very anxious when the loveseat arrived and it was not up to my standard. As soon as I began corresponding with the company regarding my concerns - they were prompt to respond. The process of corresponding and returning the product was easy and flawless. The chairs I bought from sofamania are comfortable, sturdy, and supportive. Very cute and excellent quality! Delivery was hassel free and they have courteous and smart customer service team. I got 6 chairs, 4 for mine and 2 for kid's room. I like the fact that these are right height and are supportive enough to sit and work for hours. Took me some time to assamble, Other than that these are great. Price is great too! I may buy a couple more!
Bought this beautiful recliner chair for my mother and she loves it. She received it on time and informed me. I went to her place this weeked and assambled it, fairly easy. She is a mid-sized framed person and this fits her perfectly. Chair is comfortable and looks high end. We are happy with the service and chair... 5 stars to sofamania!
I ordered on Sunday and it arrived on Friday... Wonderful! My husband easily put it together in 30 mins. We both can comfortably sit on the loveseat. The cushions are a little firm but are comfortable. Overall worth the money spent. Satisfied.

I was amazed to see such wonderful stuff at such wonderful prices! The futon I bought from them could have set me back with around 1.5K, had I bought it from any shop in my neighborhood. Checked the details about it by calling them and they were courteous and helpful, delivery was quick, and I put it together quickly with my roommate's help. The futon is beautiful and by looking at it I can say that it will serve me well during my stay here. Good job sofamania!
They were able to deliver the chair I need in time, it was nicely packed with the hardware included. It would be great if they have signature delivery. Chair was easy to assemble and sturdy. My wife loves the color and fabric. All good.

Not everyday you come across such discounts these guys were offering, i was longing for a chair for myself and when I found this beautiful tufted linen fabric chair on their website, I cant help but bought one immediately... the price was right and they delivered it in time. This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE Ive ever had in my life and I will be taking this to the CFPB and Better Business Bureau. I ordered a couch and not only did it state it would be delivered on Friday, May 25th, it stated it would also be delivered on May 26th and May 29th AND NOW MAY 30th. Guess what! STILL NO COUCH!

Superfast delivery and sturdy packing. My guests keep asking me about outdoor sectional set I bought from sofamania. Its beautiful, sturdy and looks expensive. Iwould definately consider sofamania whenever I am buying furniture for my home again.
