I was so excited to receive my sofa, only to discover it came with no hardware, instructions or legs to assemble! Hopefully Customer service can send my parts quickly. Very disappointed.

Bought a Sectional Sofa and a Coffee Table we got from Sofamania for our dream home. Its is adding beauty to the the kind of decor we have done and matches with the color scheme we have. The experience with Sofamania has been just awesome, very courteous staff and the Sofamania buddies have been extremely helpful. The delivery was prompt; Way to go, Sofamania!
I purchased this larger deck box to store cushions for a small sectional sofa that I recently purchased from amazon. A little time consuming to put together but well worth the effort. I have another smaller suncast storage box that has faded a little with time and I expect this to do the same since it is out in the direct sun. I'm very please with this purchase. It opens and closes perfectly.
Whatever you do, do NOT order from these people. You know the expression, "If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is." Definitely true of these folks. I should have listened to my instincts and never ordered from them. I ordered a couch from them and when the wrong color was ordered, I caught it after it had shipped. We managed to reroute it back to them before it was even delivered and they still charged me a 20% restocking fee, which was $60 for a couch I will never even see! I called them and spoke to them about it, and they tried to pass it off as saying their policy is on the website, but it is definitely buried way down in there. And it still doesn't make sense that I should have to pay whe it was the website's fault that the wrong color was ordered. I don't see why I have to pay for an item that I never even saw. All you have to do is put it back on the shelf, no harm, it's not like you even have to repackage it. And stupid thing was I knew it was going to be a crappy couch anyways. I fully anticipated it being one because you get what you pay for and I was not paying a lot for a couch, but I just needed something to last me for a little bit until I could upgrade t ok something better. So definitely do NOT order from these people. The dumb thing is Amazon had the exact same couch for the exact same price and if I had remembered that I could have ordered from them and saved myself 3 weeks of hassle. Never order from these people!
Love this little couch - very stylish with a modern vibe and it perfectly fits me which is what I needed. It came on time and in perfect condition and it's not super heavy to move around but is substantial enough to stay in place. Great purchase!
This company is awful! I worked in the warehouse and they DO NOT care about your product! They throw around everything and by the time it gets to you not only is it NOT what you see in the pictures but 9 times out of 10 its damaged! Then they want to take so much money away from you and will not refund you the entire purchase. The warehouse has NO rules. Mgmt allows the workers to do whatever they want. Do not waste your money with this company!
I have reached out multiple times to this company to go about returning the most uncomfortable couch I have ever purchased. It did not only arrive after the timeframe the site promises, they also just left it outside at 8PM without signature. When I opened the box a wood piece was broken although I should've complained about that at the time I did not (huge mistake) being I had already waited for the shipment, I thought I would love the product & I normally am not a review writer or complainer being I too work in customer service. After finally getting ahold of someone on the last day of return the representative informs that because I no longer have the "original" box I was unable to return the item. This company seems to be some fraudulent company who thrives on the fact that they claim to provide a huge discount which I also thought to be true but as speaking with someone over the phone to resolve this issue, she would not transfer me to someone higher to help come to a resolution. Basically, you should expect to keep a box big enough for a couch in your living room for 30 days even when you buy a product expecting to love it. This seems odd to me as I told the woman who was supposedly the "boss" of this entire company as I asked to speak with the highest person & she claimed to be the highest I could speak to although she was solely in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Overall, this is not right that I explained I would pay any shipping costs to ship something I am not happy with back to the sender. She opposed to say that the company they work with to pick up orders would reject my shipment. All of this seems like a fraud company who just takes consumers money thinking they are getting a great product at a discounted price. It is pretty sad. Will never purchase from this company again.
On a lazy Sunday evening while the husband works and my son stands guard on what he has decided is his new bed, I just smile to myself knowing life is good when you have furniture that fits your space So good to have a lounge set that brings my little family together! Thank you Sofamania.

The loveseat arrived on time but was so disappointed when I opened the box the product was so cheaply made had to put the whole thing together and was afraid to sit on it! I think it was made for a child
Boxes arrived torn and product was damaged and scratched on the sides. Additionally, one of the sofa cushion zippers was broken. Customer service number on website does not work and unresponsive from multiple emails.
When we were finally done with the living room decor, it appeared that all the furniture was meant to be - all in the right place, the right color combo and the right size - thanks Sofamania for the wonderful experience The vibrancy and playfulness of the place came out as we always wanted!
Where is my couch I ordered 8 weeks ago, every time I inquire I get a message that says shipment in 4-6 weeks and it is so worth the wait. Still nothing - tried to call an 800 number but was not a good number for Sofa Mania - very frustrated.
Ordered a recliner, and it was delivered without any hardware or assembly instructions.
Customer service phone number forces you to leave a voicemail, and they never called back in a 2 week period.
Received 2 email responses saying the hardware would be sent, but it never was.
Can't get a refund and can't use the unassembled recliner.
It was a great size and super cute my daughter just turned one and it was a a perfect fit! My wife loves it. Sofamania has the best collections...
I liked this set so much I purchased a second one. I wanted a little bit more table space so I ended up purchasing two of these sets and put them together. I love the height as well as the full dining table effect without taking up the room of an actual table and chairs. Very happy with this purchase so far. Very much pleased with customer service as well...
I live in a small apartment in Los Angeles. I use my dining room as a home office. So we needed a table small enough to fit in our kitchen. This is perfect! It was super easy to put together and it looks more expensive than it is. Awesome...!
I was nicely surprised when I got my sectional - was Huge - typically when I order online from a few of the well-known eTailers when I get the furniture it is tiny - ie made for small spaces. The sectional I got is Beautiful, so I got some chairs too - and again they are Adult sized! I REALLY like that I can monthly-pay w/ Affirm. I have seen the sectional and chairs I have gotten on the big-box online retailers - and they are at least 50% more - so I know this site is a real deal. Will be back. PS CS was great too - i had to cancel a bed frame order - i emailed them and w/in a few hours got an email that they had cancelled it - ergo no Laborious tele calls, begging, back-n-forth, etc. I will be back!
I just got this chaise yesterday. It doesnt take much to figure it out. So far its pretty comfortable to me. My wife and I both sat on it together, so its pretty sturdy. My pup loves it. Excellent customer service.
