Hi, I have placed an order for Recliner chair on 11/29, and since last 6 days I am seeing the same status in Track order, can someone from SofaMania look into it, whether or not my chair will be delivered?

I ordered a sectional from this company and when fedex delivered it and me and my husband took it out the box to assemble it! OMG! It looked nothing at all like the pictures that were posted on the site, the couch sat to low, it was hard, it looked liked absolute trash, so me and my husband wrote to Sofamania and told them we wanted a refund so they said they were emailing us the return labels for the 4 boxes that it came in luckily we kept the boxes so we boxed everything up we had fedex come pick up all the boxes and when we reached out to this company to find out what's taking our refund so long to post back in our account, they tell us we only sent back one box and that was the ottoman! Why the hell would we only send back the ottoman? We are still fighting with them for our refund so the question is if they didn't get back all 4 boxes then where are they? Because the fedex man scanned them all in when he picked them up! This company is a scam

Ordered after reading reviews online, even a friend recommend Sofamania. The order took a little longer than expected but the quality makes up for the delay in shipping. Sofa is beautiful and feel sturdy. I hope I should be able to enjoy it for a long time.

I love the designs and prices that Sofamania offers and despite a great number of negative reviews, I read some positive ones and I was hopeful. I ordered a chair on 11/3, FedEx received the shipping information about 3 days later and then nothing for about 3 weeks. No contact from the company until I received an email that my money was refunded. When I contacted customer service they said sorry your item was damaged during shipment and now it's not in stock anymore. Sorry. One, FedEx never even got the chair, two, the website says it's still in stock. Very disappointed. At least I was refunded but this business is not a place you want to purchase from. You're better off going to Ikea or anywhere else. I reported my complaint to BBB.
Hello, I do apologize about the overall experience, and would be more than glad to look into what exactly happened. If you were informed the item is out of stock, but the site shows the item, there may be a possibly the item is available to order, but should state ships within 2-4 weeks.
Because of Sitejabbers, Aldo from Sofamina, right a wrong. Within hours of writing my review of broken lift chair, their 30 day policy etc. Also responded in a positive way, sent a brand new lift chair.

Purchased a couch pictured left and right facing for the chaise portion of the sectional. Moments later reached out via chat to ensure the sectional could indeed be assembled either way on the Angolo 1. I was told no it could not. They closed out the chat when I asked to cancel the order due to the couch not working in my space. Now the chat is suddenly not responsive. Terrible customer service and false advertising of product. Pretty irritated by the service and the inaccurate description for the item being sold. Bet they would have charged me return shipping too. Screw you guys.

Purchased Cyrus leather recliner. In less then 2 months it has totally fallen apart. The foot lift broke first. Next one side started pulling away, then the seat dropped. We found it was held together by staples that pulled out. Don't waste your money!

Ordered a chaise and paid up front. Two days later I got a shipping notice from them that it had shipped. After a week of checking the shipment status with FedEx, there were no updates. I emailed Sofamania. They said it was out of stock. Why did they tell me it shipped then? I requested a refund and they said it could take 3-5 days to process. Today is day nine. Stay away. Fly by night operation.

Bought a sectional couch. Took forever to receive and when I called their customer service and emailed their customer service got no response. Finally got a response when the couch was finally going to be delivered. Seams on couch started to rip after only 5 months. Called for replacement and was told only 30 day return policy. Now the covering on the recliner part of the couch is completely coming off. Only had this couch 7 months. Junk! Junk! Junk! You get what u pay for.

I got this couch during a sale on Sofamania 3 months back, for a whooping 15% off. Even though I wasn't sure what to expect, I decided to purchase it after reading the reviews. Interaction wih Customer service reps was pleasent and they helped me with my questions. Item arrived in good condition and was delivered on time. The quality of material used is good and the couch is in good shape even after heavy use. The only downfall I see of purchasing furnitur online is that one has to assemble the furniture and for a persone like me its a huge pain. Overall its a great expericenc buying from Sofamania... recommend!
Bought a couch that was too small, hard as a rock, and wrinkled fabric on footstool. Would not return without box! Box had to be ripped apart to get items out. 2 boxes! Shame on this company.

While we believe that our products are amazing, in taste there's nothing written and you have 30 days (from delivery date) to return your item and get your refund with a deduction of a 20% restocking fee. We have a thorough inspection process before dispatching, so misplacing an order/item is rare. I was so excited for this couch to come to add to our office/guest room. The color is pretty off compared to the picture here... it's more of a electric purple. I looked past that and set it up only to see there is a significant amount of damage to the bottom of the couch. The fabric is ripped and rubbed away to expose what's underneath. Still trying to look past the wrong color and the damage, I realized that this couch is rock hard. You can feel the wood or what ever hard material makes the seat of the couch and there MIGHT be a half inch of cushion over that. If you were to put your hand between the two "cushions", it's a hard edge with nothing over it but the purple fabric.
The couch looks pretty in my office but it's falling apart, the wrong color and not functional to sit, let alone sleep on.
Also, it's a little sketchy that the actual site wont let me leave a review of this couch...?

I was looking for a loveseat in $300-$500 range. I know its not a big money but I was on tight budget. I scrolled dozens of websites and found one on Sofamania! These are wonderful, and for the price they are Awesome! The logistics of delivery were spot on. Came well packaged and right on time. Great experience.
My experience of doing business with sofamania is very positive! Being an interior designer I regularly purchase from them. I recently purchased a few articals for my client. Items got delivered in time, though they didn't ship all the orders together, we received all of them within 2 weeks of ordering. Assembling was easy, however I feel that its easy for us as we are professionals, for a layman and a regular user it can be a little tricky. Items were the same as dislayed on their website. Quality is satisfactory for the price. In the reviews I read about them, they have goofed up big time with some of their customers, but not in my case. Overall I am open doing business with them in future too.
We ordered one couch. Half the shipment came in on the delivery date. So fed ex held onto it until they shipped the other half out, so there not wasting gas. This messed up the original delivery date. By the time we got the furniture they left out the cushions you sit on and the back pieces of the couch and of course no one is around on the weekend to take are calls. I already got rid of our other furniture because I expected a full couch to come on the date specified. Will see how long it takes them to fix this problem while we sit on the floor. I'm a disabled vet so sitting on the floor on veterans day is great business plan by these people.

Shoppig furniture online is a BIG risk, I was worried as i was ordering a sofa on sofamania because if things go wrong, I would be losing a good amount of money. Happily, though, I am really pleased with how well it all turned out. My order was delivered in time without damages. The quality and construction of the sofa is good for the price. Overall a satisfying experience.
