So I had a previous issue with them. I was not thrilled about the quality of the couch. However, customer service really stepped up and helped me resolve all of my issues. You can take some comfort in knowing customer service will help you out, but you need to make sure not to give up.

While we believe that our products are amazing, in taste there's nothing written and you have 30 days (from delivery date) to return your item and get your refund with a deduction of a 20% restocking fee. Have in mind that to make this effective, we must receive the item(s) in its original packaging/box only, after which your refund will be processed. IT WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM. THE FIRST TIME A GOT A BEAUTIFUL COUCH TO MY BEDROOM AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED, THE SECOND TIME I HAD TO RETURN ONE BECAUSE IT HAD SOME IMPERFECTIONS. Hello Eric, we have a thorough inspection process before dispatching, so misplacing an order/item is rare. Nevertheless, you should inspect your item(s) upon arrival for any and all details you may consider as "wrong" or misplaced and contact Customer Support at 1-800-564-0739 and/or [email protected] with your Name, Order Info, and Photos (including box markings with product and model number, as well as FedEx shipping label with initials) and we will find a prompt resolution. Item must be in its original box.
I purchased a sectional sofa from Sofamania.com. About six weeks later the cushions started to pill very badly. I have no pets and am a small person so there is no way it was wear and tear, it was just poor product quality.
I reached out to their customer service to replace the cushion or at minimum try to buy a new cushion to replace it. They first noted it was out of their 30 day policy but after persisting they finally offered to make an exception and send a replacement. I received the replacement but it was the ottoman bottom and not the cushion. I reached out to them with pictures that they had sent the wrong replacement and asked how to send it back. They noted they could not help me because it was out of the 30 day policy. The customer service person Ciara after several e-mails would not acknowledge that they sent the wrong item, nor allow me to purchase a replacement at my own expense but kept repeating it was out 30 days notice. Now I have to throw away a couch I have had for a few short months.

Didn't Even want a 1 as rating .To keep my dad home as long As possible,I told my mother about a lift chair at Sofamania.my mom has yet to pay a credit card payment of $329 purchase on nov8 ,while dad was in rehab,dad got home on x-mas and sat in chair for 1st time,time to lift dad up and attached part on motor broke off,dad is 190lbs.i was informed "sorry " you are past your 30 days,which we didn't know about,if any more concerns call us! I feel responsible for talking mom into this chair,they are in there late 70's on fixed income,,,this company targets the elderly with this type of chair and could have sent us the new part,,, same on SOFAMANIA,,,don't use this company as you will learn as I did,,,my parents are so upset I threw out his old chair for this replacement chair which is useless and unusable
I am not one to complain. I respect companies and the work they put into to their products. However, I would never recommend buying anything from this site. I spent around $300 on a Sectional for my family and a little before Christmas and I just now received it today after receiving an email from the company saying my order was shipped it took almost a month to arrive. It finally came with all the screws, bolts. Etc in the box with no bag just scattered. The box wasn't sealed when delivered so most parts fell out in my driveway. The legs actually physically came broken... not sure how that's even possible considering they're a hard plastic, and should be checked before being shipped. The pillows weren't stitches properly so they lost stuffing, and the couch is like sitting on a piece of ply wood. I say this to those reading reviews who are unsure about ordering from this site, it is 100% honestly a waste of money and your time. I've never dealt with a company this bad in my life.

The absolute WORST FURNITURE COMPANY EVER! The couch i purchased came with missing pieces and no holes for the pieces to be screwed in to assemble the couch. On top of that when I say that the couch i purchased is the most uncomfortable couch you can sit on Im not exaggerating. The rug on my floor is more comfortable to nap on. To make matters even worse. After THREE DIFFERENT SHIPMENTS and finally being able to put together the couch, I let customer service know how UNHAPPY I AM with the purchase and after 32 emails of back and forth. They do absolutely nothing about It. I told them I'm happy to ship back the furniture but obviously need the appropriate boxing and shipping labels because It took them over a month to get the pieces to me that the original box was missing. This is the worst experience of customer service I've ever dealt with. I spoke with over 10 different representatives and none of them help. Do yourself a favor AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE IS.

It has been more than 6 weeks since I ordered my sofa (with an estimated delivery of 2-4 weeks). I have followed up I don't know how many times and they keep giving me a new delivery date. I still have no idea when I'll get my sofa. What a nightmare!

The leg broke off after 1 month of purchase, the screw was bent!
I know I bought a cheap couch but I thought it would last more than 1 month. I was willing to put up with the hardness for the price. Very disappointed as you cannot return the couch unless you have the exact box it came in (who keeps that for a month). Ridiculous.

RUN! Run far and fast from this product! If I could I would give this negative stars. I have had my sofa barely 6 months. I unboxed it, put it together and it looked cool. I then folded one of the backs down and one of the seams was already frayed out and there was a small hole in the fabric under another. I had already assembled it and they were under the folded backs so I opted to let it go, we were not going to use it as a bed. Fast forward 6 months, several of the seams are split out with huge holes everywhere, the part that comes out as the lounger developed a large gap between the springs as well as a hole in the fabric so it is unusable and it is so uncomfortable that NOBODY can stand to sit on it for more than 30 seconds. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY THIS! I tried to post my review on their site and they blocked it. Grrr! Not a good product!

My mother purchased a sectional from sofamania around 3 months back. This was for our living room. Only a few units were in stock when she ordered. She was very excited and very nervous at the same time as this was her first online furniture purchase. She had a lots of questions popping up in her mind so I suggested her to speak to Customer Service. We get to speak wit a very well mannered rep and she cleared all our doubts about the with ease. I had a discrepancy, and needed to return my sofa. I emailed from the website and received a reply from Ciara within about 2 hours. We went back and forth about the situation and she was extremely professional and understanding. She was finding every reasonable way to help me. She was able to get me a full refund and I am very thankful. She was so prompt and resolved the issue in a matter of 24 hours. If you have an issue, you can resolve it with Sofamania. For the price, I truly recommend purchasing, because the company is easy to deal with. They have fast service, shipping and returning. It's worth it.

Sharing my experience: As i am living in a small apartment with limited space, I optioned a sofa cum bed as it will serve both as sofa and a bed! The unit I saw on Sofamania was at very reasonble price. I ordered it and get it in time, fedex people dropped it outside my apartment building. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the sofa-bed. It is exactly what i saw on the website. Upholstery is good to touch and feel and seems to be of finest material. Day by day, i am falling in love with my sofa.

I have just purchased two of MYLA MODERN TUFTED VELVET SPLITBACK FUTON SLEEPER SOFA sleeping. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep even one night. Sofa's base is two part so at the center there are two frame that like hit your back. It is not even seatable.
Buy another one but not from sofamania because if you throw away boxes they dont accept return and if you have box you'll pay %20 return.
I'll asked them for exchange, and send old sofas in new sofas' box, they just told me no! I dont understand how such a big company doesn't have the extra boxes in its warehouse!

I purchased the Griffin Linen Chair on Sept 28th, 2018 for my grandfather who weighs 190lbs. On day one the first rear leg was wobbly so I straightened it. The leg held up for about 2 months then the two front legs broke. The legs actually weren't broke. The triangular piece of wood the leg screws into broke. The wood is covered in a black felt material. I peeled the material off and discovered the triangular piece of wood is just stapled to a strip of wood. The wood was coming apart and broken at the staple site. I had to buy metal plates to screw to the strip of wood. Then screw the legs to the metal plates, much stronger now.
I think their furniture is poorly constructed and will never purchase from Sofamania again.
I did not want to go through the trouble of returning the chair, so I fixed it.

I placed an order on 11.23.2018 and received a receipt of purchase and have received no information on shipping and have called all of the company numbers I can find online and it just rings and rings. At this point I would be just be happy with a refund.
If the item was in stock, the site should have provided an exact ETA. However, if the item is not in stock, the site should reflect that the order would ship within 2-4 weeks. I ordered a sofa, recieved it within a week. I was so excited to get home to the couch, open all the boxes to find no hardware or legs. How disappointing, I looked through every crack, every inch of the couch to still find no hardware! Then I emailed them about the missing hardware and then they told me to look again in an area that has a Velcro that contains the hardware and legs. Still none! So then they sent me what was supposedly missing and then it's still missing hardware! No words, I'm upset and I'm sitting on a couch with the other side not assembled. Never again!
