Sucks. Terrible customer service, slow shipping, generally inept. Can't wait for them to fold so we're not held hostage by them and the clubs who force us to use them.
I placed an order for my daughter's soccer uniform. After I placed the order I got a notification that her jerseys wouldn't be sent for a month and a half. I called that day to cancel my order no one answered the phone sent an email nothing finally spoke to someone 2 days later. They wouldn't cancel my order! She will get to use her uniforms for one game! That's an expensive uniform for one game. I understand do to COVID everything behind but do the right thing if you can't get the uniforms there in time cancel the order. They absolutely refused to do so! Very disappointing that they are taking advantage of us during this time! I would highly suggest never using this company
My adidas cleats completely came unglued (see pic). Soccer.com won't do anything because it's past their 30 day window. And they won't publish my negative review of them and the shoes. Terrible service.
They wouldn't publish my review of some shorts on there so I'll post it here. I ordered a team jersey set and the sizes were off and they said they wouldn't process my return unless I ordered the new sizes first! What the heck!? Plus.
The men's small (Adidas shorts) are as big as a youth Large. I'm the picture men's small are on the left, youth large on the right, SAME size!?. soccer.com return policy is a joke. Not to mention they advertise free shipping on anything over $99. Well NOT if you're buying for club. They assume you can afford the extra shipping if you're paying for your kid to play club. I hate false advertising! Liars!
I purchased $250 worth of soccer balls across two orders - one was 'delivered' to my address apparently, and the other couldn't find my address. It's a quite simple address - no N or SW in the address, just a simple lay out.
After speaking to TWO different representatives in their "customer service" department, I doubled checked they had my correct address, and that I knew where I lived!
One representative in particular (Tracy) was highly sarcastic in her tone, and routinely "scripted" offered nothing but insincere excuses after I stated my problem very nicely, with an understanding that I the customer is not satisfied in the BEAR MINIMUM of the customer service being offered!
After this debacle, I issued a full refund, which I don't even know I'll receive as we're in the "tracking trace period" Tracy explained stating 3-5 days! Really poor form Soccer.com
I order soccer cleats and a ball. Charged me the correct amount and then they reversed it. A week later, they charged me for just the cleats and sent them. With no mention of the soccer ball. Then, they sent me a stream of emails asking me to only review the soccer ball I hadn't received. Four months later, they randomly sent me an email saying the soccer ball had shipped and they charged me more than I had originally tried to buy it for. I immediately sent an email explaining I bought a soccer ball from a different company and that it was wrong to charge a person four months after they tried to buy a product. They never responded.
I been waiting 3 months for item I purchased still waiting, date just keeps on changing. They advertised false items they don't have in stock. Last time I purchased from this website
They said on the website all orders would arrive in five to ten business days. After I ordered a pair of shoes in May they said the shoes would not arrive till mid-July, it's mid-July and they still have NOT arrived. My dad emailed them and now they say the shoes won't arrive till the end of July. This is ridiculous by the time the shoes get here my feet will be too big! DO NOT ORDER FROM SOCCER.COM!
I had someone who placed 4 orders with soccer.com using an old paypal account. I called soccer.com to let them know and they refused to give out any information regarding the transaction, only that it was for a gift card and only for $100 of the $400 taken out of my account.
They said they would only give information if I could show a police report... what a way to help reduce fraud and protect the criminals.
Started ordering from here about 15 years ago bc it was local (25 miles away) and had a great selection, comparably. Shipping had always been pricey and abysmally slow but they were the only game in town- so I sucked it up. Fast forward to today- we rarely order from here unless mandated by our sons' soccer clubs for uniforms, but one son happened to find a pair of cleats he liked and still had a Soccer.com gift card to use. Mind you, we live 25 miles away, 8 days after shipping, still not here. Painful, painful, painful experience. Shoes ended up being back ordered, delayed and then delayed even more somewhere between the handoff of Fed Ex and post office- no one can tell me where they are or their arrival date. Cmon man, you have got to do better than that. I like to support local, but this just reiterated my decision over the past few years to look elsewhere for better service. Hate to say it, but save yourself a headache and frustration and shop elsewhere.
Do not buy anything from them i get a jersey and took 1 month to get it when i finnaly get it it has errors on the frbrication of the jersey and when i try to get my refound they said it wasnt possible because i only have 30 days after the purchease to return and in order to return the $#*!ing rats wants to charge 75 dlls shiiping and by the way the shirts are not original they are replics do not buy from this rats
Don't ever buy there. This site is a scam. Your will not receive your purchase. All the others comments are scam too. Don't trust.
Purchased two items from the soccer. Com platform (two seperate orders) within a day of each other. Training pants, and a cold weather face mask. They both took 2-1/2 weeks to get to me. I returned one item; it took a month, and multiple emails to get my account refunded. Both their shipping and refunds are irritatingly slow... like they want you to forget. Will not be making any further purchases from soccer. Com
I bought the mystery shoes which I understand can be a mixed bag. My frustration was that the shoes I bought (mystery price of $60, with values $150-$200) were being sold on their website for $50. I left a review to alert other potential buyers of this practice and the review was blocked.
Every time you look up a cleat it will show in stock, but once added to your cart it shows the "sorry out of stock" I thought this was just a glitch for certain pair until i saw it happening to every single shoe I chose. Very frustrating to spend so much time researching a pair of shoes finding it and not being able to purchase it. To make it worst I finally found a pair of shoes that by the grace of god didn't give me the out of stock message, but when i purchased them they kept getting delayed and took almost 2 weeks to get to me. Definitely regret purchasing the $10 reward club that's suppose to give you discounts, since its impossible to find shoes that are in stock. Taking my business elsewhere. Fix your damn site!
In the fall I bought a pair of Umbro Medusae pro 3 FG soccer cleats.
It is hands down the worst set of soccer cleats I have ever bought. And I have a lot of experience. I go through 2-3 pairs annually and have I done that for the last 50 years.
The cleats had a MSRP of $200, but sold, through soccer.com, for $49 (this should probably have been an indicator that something was wrong) I have used a lot of Umbro in the past and frankly I don't think Umbro is to blame for the bad quality of these. Cleats. I simply think this is a fake/counterfeit product that has no relation to Umbro whatsoever. Normally Umbro represent good quality products, but these are nothing like that. Very plastic like, no fit etc. (picture attached).
When confronted with this (even thought the cleats have not been used) soccer.com refused to refund/exchange/do-anything-about- it due to a 60 day rule for return of merchandise (which really shouldn't apply if the cleats are fake)
I have learned a lesson. It looks to be much easier to sell fake/counterfeit/sham products online than it would be through a brick-n-mortar, once the defects actually appear. Beware of that before you go online!
I won't be fooled again.
They do not deliver the items you pay and of course bad communication in the customer service. Do not waste your time.
My order was placed in october and has been delayed 4 times now and wont even be here for Christmas like it was intended. Not only that but now the gift card I used has been spent and I will have to set up a new payment method which would undoubtedly screw something up and delay the process even more. I've been a customer for years but after this experience I will be shopping somewhere else. Even after multiple attempts via email and phone calls this issue had not been resolved. Completely disappointed.
Awesome selection. Website is slow. Shipping soooo much slower. Waiting over 4 weeks now. Won't make it for Christmas. US website but my item is being shipped from Sweden. After exchange rate, shipping and duty fees. It is cheaper to shop local stores.
I ordered my son's soccer team uniforms back on 2 November 2019. Today is 19 November 2019 and his uniforms are still not here. He had to miss a game last week because of it. The worst part is, it doesn't matter if you pay extra for faster shipping because it's equally slow. If I could have ordered with a different company... I would have because this is ridiculous! My son has another game this Thursday (day after tomorrow) and I'm hoping his uniforms make it before then. Maybe Soccer.com should have a talk with FedEx on how their product is delivered to customers. Something has to give here. There are so many negative comments concerning the turnaround time, one would think something would change. Ugh :(
Answer: If it looks like s#it and smells like s#it then gues what?
Answer: I would guess at least 2 months. I've been waiting for over a month here in the US.
