Have to purchase team uniforms through this site. Did not receive full kit despite selecting full kit, paying for full kit (per quote on team site). When I tried to rectify the situation, they said I did not order the missing item (despite a screenshot showing that it came up as a required item and demonstrating that there was no way to place order without selecting ALL items and specifying sizes). Now paying for missing items. Several parents from team had similar issues. Customer service and quality control lousy.
My son was added to a soccer team just about a week before the first game of the season. The customization was supposed to take 10 days, but I kept in touch with the customer service folks, especially Katherine, and though they did not make promises they tried their best to get the uniform to me in time, and the uniform arrived the day before the first game, just a week after I placed the order.
Ordered 38 pairs of soccer pants for our high school girls team on August 14th. It is now October 9th and still waiting for 8 pairs of pants. Playoffs start tomorrow and so we've gone all season without and now it looks like we won't even get them until the season is over. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer Service. Backorder changed and pushed back week by week since the beginning of September. Excuses by customer service and nobody really cares one bit. NEVER order from here. Backordered items especially because they WILL NOT come when they say they will. BEWARE!
I bought a tshirt, 120$ on the web site... and when, after many weeks, it arrived, i see on the sticker 90$... just scandalous.
And for the shipment, the previous date write on the web site when you make your order is a fake.
It is extremeley easy to purchase items from this website. It is almost impossible to recieve them. The shipping, no matter what you pay for is the slowest shipping process of any company using an internet store front. Even worse than that, the customer sevice does not seem to care. We purchased a Jersey from this site 5 weeks before my Sons birthday thinking that would be enough time. We were wrong. This morning, which is 3 weeks after my sons birthday, we were informed they never had the jersey and have cancelled the order. We have used this site multiple times in the past due to my sons club team using them as a unifrom distrubuter. We have had marginal results. Today's was by far the most incompetent display of any on-line store front I have ever seen or heard of. Avoid this place at all costs and use a web site that actually values your buisness.
I was at first worried about ordering a soccer shirt from soccer.com after reading the reviews here, but i still placed an order. It was shipped 2 days later & delivered 8 days later. It was international delivery from the usa to korea too! I also sent 4 emails to check about delivery confirmation etc & customer service replied to each one in a timely fashion.
I'm sure as with any company there are dissatisfied customers but i am very satisfied!
I can't recommend it, I bought the uniform for my son's soccer team on Friday. The type of freight I chose gave 3 business days before purchase. After purchase for being customized is giving a period of 14 days. This is lying, deceiving. I still had a freight promising delivery for the next business day. This is complete nonsense and lack of respect
The jerseys we ordered for our teams are terrible the screen printing is already coming off after one wash. It takes at least a month to two months to get your products I would definitely go somewhere else.
Ordered my sons uniform over 3 weeks ago since it's required to order from them. They shipped out everything but one item that he needs to play his games. I called to ask where that item was and they said that I have to call PayPal to release the funds since it has been over 10 days, what? It took 20 for them to ship the other items so that didn't make Sense. I called PayPal and they told me that is not the case that soccer.com was charging people before it delivered which is against PayPal policy and they closed their account since people never got their items, now my son doesn't have his Game uniform,
We are required to order our uniforms through soccer.com for club soccer and it is terrible. It is so slow to process orders. We ordered our uniforms almost a month ago, they were suppose to ship a week ago at the latest and they are still "in process." We have a tournament this weekend and only half the team has their uniforms. Every season we are so disappointed - we would love if our club would find another company to order uniforms through.
When signing up my 7 year old son for soccer, this site apparently found out the name of the team and sent me an email saying I had to purchase the "required" uniform. Required was in big red letters and so being the first time I had signed my son up with this particular organization, I bought $127 worth of merchandise. When it didnt show up before the first game, I went to the coach to explain and he told me it was a complete scam and not to buy. When I contacted the company, they told me on the phone I could cancel the order but then emailed me the next day and said they cannot cancel any orders once placed. I tried to contact the company via email to get it resolved and they would not respond. This is an immoral company that preys upon families who are just trying to give their children the opportunity to enjoy sports as part of their childhood. Shame on this company and the people who run it. Despicable.
Stay away from soccer.com. They delayed my order for 5 weeks the package was ripped and they wouldn't honor original price for exchanges. Horrible customer service never again...
Our son plays on a travel team and the club uses soccer.com. Absolutely wretched customer service. We order our uniforms and are told it will take 4 weeks because the items are customized. We have tournaments before the uniforms will get here, they say they can't expedite them. I'm guessing they process orders in US and have them shipped in from overseas, probably China, and then send them out from NC. We offered to pick them up because we are 3 hours away, and they said no. Our last order took almost 5 weeks to arrive. It smells bad. I would NEVER order from these people if I had a choice. They are terrible, stay away! They don't back anything they sell either once they have your money you are on your own.
We had a backpack zipper blow out after 10 months of use and they won't repair or warranty it since it's past the 60 day window. Soccer.com is lacking in customer service, and doesn't stand behind the products they sell.
Seems this is the business they have. They show one price and charge you an extra 25 or so dollars. I called to cancel but they agents are trained to say the transaction cannot be seen. 4am they say it has shipped after calling 2 times to cancell. Best believe I am getting my money back however it takes and I am never doing business here.
Soccer.con did not offer a view of the total charges being charged before the order (who does that today!?) and then inspite of having a free shipping coupon applied to an order >$400, they still found a way to charge for STANDARD shipping. Shame on you soccer.com
F ing customer's service does not listen to what you are saying. Keep cutting what you try to explain and keep saying what she needs to tell me. I was waiting while she explained and when I have a chance to explain my situation, I was cut by the rep again. I got erupted and then she says she understand all my situation and she says I got mad because of my frustration. But, I was mad because she keeps cutting my explanation. I am working on $1,000 purchase and she does not care what I am trying to explain. How can customer rep handler customer's needs without listening to customers? I never had this mad with customer service. They are supposed to be patient to listen to the customer before they address the issue.
I hardly ever write reviews, but the customer service offered by soccer.com is awful. It's as if they never trained their customer service employees. Twice, I called since I couldn't change my account information (which I need for checking out), and both times, I was hung up on since the employee didn't know how to resolve the issue. Furthermore, you'd expect them to also have decent etiquette and not give you a distasteful attitude. I've always ordered from soccer.com since they do offer great prices and good delivery, but this experience makes it very difficult to support a business that doesn't even train their employees on the expected protocol among all customer service positions.
After looking at the many negative reviews, I was skeptical at ordering from them. After looking st the incredible sales that saved me over 70$ I decided to order. While my cleats came a week later than I was told, Dana responded to my email within 10 minutes of sending it so I did not experience the terrible customer service many talked about. Overall, the prices are defiantly worth the late shipping. If getting the cleats early is necessary, go to a store and stop complaining about when ur order will come because problems can occur!
Ordered shoes. Get confirmation email. Get hold on credit card. Week later no shipping. I call and get the jokes on you customer service. I was seriously looking around for the hidden camera as I could not believe the complete incompetence of Brittany. When she finally figures something out she says she needs to email the shipping department as it shows out of stock. You need to email them? Really? Can't call them. Either way I ask why I was not contacted about the item not being in stock. How does the company not send me an email to explain this. She responds with the only way she would know they were out of stock is if I called. So I ask in order to find out about shipping I have to call to check on my order and she says Yes. Holy mother of God. You run a business by making people call to see if they items they ordered will actually ship? How about some inventory software that doesn't allow items to be oversold and in the rare case it does you EMAIL the customer.
Answer: If it looks like s#it and smells like s#it then gues what?
Answer: I would guess at least 2 months. I've been waiting for over a month here in the US.
