Ordered a pair of cleats and immediately soccer.com tooke my money back from the bank account.
After a week, they didn't even deliver the package to FedEx.
Please, do not trust soccer.com

I'm a parent, and ordered 3 Practice Jerseys and Received 1 as part of the team's uniform on August 2020. On Jan 17th, 2021 told me they will send the last 2 by no sooner than March 4th 2021... 7 months of waiting rather than simply return the money... this is a scam. The season will be over before my son gets the jerseys!

They are just an intermediary that takes the order (and your money) then places the order with a real store/manufacturer (Adidas) in hopes they can deliver. If they can't deliver, they've already got your money!

I have purchased from SOCCER.COM on several occasions. I have bought team uniforms, accessories as well as gifts. Every single time there was an issue with the purchase,,,, but most recent experience beats it all. I have made a Christmas gift purchases from their website ( two expensive soccer jerseys). I have called and verified that when buying on November 30th, items were in stock and I would get them before Christmas. After buying items become backordered, I spent countless number of calls and received many contradicting information. Their website would have different updates on my order, than what I would get in the email notification and than totally different info over the phone. My shipments were changed several times, one item was received December 28 ( $144 jersey I bought was a cheap knockoff with a price tag attached of $99.00) and now, January 22 I am still awaiting my other Christmas gift.
This is unbelievable how such a expensive store treats their customers with lock of professionalism and disregard to misinformation. Please stay away from SOCCER.COM to avoid frustration and being ripped off.

My children have been playing club soccer for almost 10 years. The new club they joined uses soccer.com - never used their services before. I have been waiting 5 months for peices of their uniforms. The shirts that did come - they letters came off before we have even washed them - they were falling off the shirt this morning during their game. Their have no customer service and their products are trash. This is just one photo all shirst we got are loosing lettering before even being washed.

I've ordered uniforms for two seasons now. Both times shipping has taken close to a month. Last year it was 3 weeks. This season it is looking at about 4 weeks and delays are blamed on production delays relates to covid. I'm still scratching my head as to how a pair of shoes have Covid related production delays...

It's legit however super pricey. If you're from Canada a jersey will say it's 120$ but you're really paying over 180$ because you're paying with 180$... I 100% recommend going to a store where you can pay up front

Bad Service

Not only the shoes that I've ordered were overpriced and poor quality, but also the customer service was awful. No return label was included in the package and it was impossible to get a hold of anybody in the customer service to resolve the issue. I would never recommend this website to anybody.

Soccer.com customer service is very subpar. I ordered two online items that were in stock. Their delivery estimate was 2 weeks. I contacted them 5 days after the 2 weeks since I had heard anything from them. It turned out they were out my of 1st items and said they would be shipping my 2nd item in two weeks. My issue is they didn't contact me about my order not being able to be completed and the delay in shipment. I had to reach out to them to get that information. I didn't get an apology, but rather a form response back. I still haven't received my shipment and it has been a month since I ordered it. I will not be ordering anything from Soccer.com again.

I have ordered order $500 from this company since August. Not only does it take them months to process and send the orders, they will often not fulfill it by the timeline they provided. Since it is a pandemic, I understood the items would not be here until late September. However, when contacted once that date came and went, I was told the item would not be here until November. I have 3 children and 1 is a 4 year old in recreational league soccer... the season is over in November. Now I have to explain to a 4 year old why she will not look like everyone else in her team pictures. On top of that, they will not give a refund if you order as part of a team kit. I will never buy from them again.

In this day and age when fast shipping is the reason to choose a vendor, I am shocked that it is going to take one month to receive uniform. That is just crazy and the longest we have ever had to wait.

Horrible service, we need to go with a different company to order kids' soccer jersey. Horrible customer service, I made a call three times, they purposely disconnected calls asking to hold the call.

Standard orders get shipped promptly. Anything team-related takes over a month... so God forbid you need something prior to or mid-season. Ordered a jersey for my son and his club season will be over halfway over before we get his jersey.

Such a piece of crap company. I ordered our team practice shirt on August 20th still has not arrived and they are saying its still in transit and will not replace... it will be 7 weeks on Thursday. They also had me on hold to get that information for 58 minutes before someone got on the phone. Any serious club out there would never use this piece of $#*! company for their uniforms... they just completely suck.

Horrible service

We ordered team shorts in June, the 2nd kid on the team to place an order. We were told we would get the shorts in July. Then August. Then September. At this point every kid on the team has their shorts (same size, same everything), and we are now told that it will be the end of October. We have spent thousands of dollars here, due to competitive soccer, and have never received good customer service. Stay away from this place if you have a choice.

When we placed the order 1 month ago, we expected my daughter to be able to wear the gear for her games. The items are not in production and not scheduled until mid-October. The last game is 31 October and the items are not scheduled to arrived until after. The call attendant, after a 25 minute wait, was supet rude and did not offer any solutions, only stating no refunds or returns over and over. I will never spend another dollar there!

Soccer.com is a scam. They have yet to figure out a workaround for Covid resulting in very late arrival times for orders. Customer Service, from what I can tell is not on duty as advertised. Buyer beware!

Don't ever buy from this company, costumer service is the worse part, they even apologize but been sarcastic... if you ask to speak with a manager they said they will call you back and offcourse if costumer service treat you like that, manager never calls... we will never purchase from them anymore.

Ordered my son's soccer gear, on august 9th 2020, it is now 17th September and we dont have our orders. I tried calling them to ask if they could do something to expedite the shipment and the customer service rep hanged up on me. This is unprofessional.

I got custom uniform for my son's club soccer. Soccer.com sent one email with custom order, and another email to the other parent with a gift card as the club was paying for part of the uniform (very snicky, why not apply the discount directly? Why send emails to different parents?). Well, the order was done without the gift card. In the same day, we sent an email to their customer service to add the gift card. They were so unresponsive that when they responded the order was already processed and shipped and they couldn't help anymore. Simply horrible customer service! Not acceptable. Will never purchase with them again.

I have spent almost 2 hours on hold, asked for a manager, was told they were busy and they wouldn't be able to do anything for me anyway. Then they stuck me back in the que with a 33 minute expected hold time. I wanted items already provided for us from the soccer club taken out of the "kit" they were saying was required, including a $53 sweatshirt. Another parent had to call 3 times to get it done. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
