I ordered in july the 8th and after 2 months still I didn't receive the jersey, and they we going to send it over night and never sent
As a coach of a comp team, my club uses soccer.com for their gear. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company. They have extremely poor customer service, and their products are also poor. I ordered a coffee mug with my club logo on it. Handle was broken but you could see someone made an attempt to cheaply fix it with glue... then sent to me. When I took photos and sent them to soccer.com, customer service said they ran out of the mugs and would not be making more (i. E. would not replace the broken mug they sent me). Most of my team is still waiting for gear ordered two months ago.
Most recently attempted to order soccer balls for training. One week later they message me and are out of the balls and have canceled my order. Lame!
40 days since ordering, and my order hasn't shipped yet. The order has gone past the expected shipping and delivery dates, without an update of when they will ship. The customer support lines are not working, and they seem to have been taken offline. Reach out to your clubs and request that they stop doing business with these people.
If you order an item at a christening, you'll be lucky to receive it by the funeral. When place your order, they must let the manufacturer know they should start building the factory, then hire and train employees, then actually make the product you ordered, then wait for a donkey to be born and raised on which they can strap your order, wait for the donkey to go blind, and then point it in any direction and hope for the best. What's worse, they send you an email with a date telling you when to expect delivery. They do this only as a cruel joke at your expense. The email changes as the date approaches, reading, "expected delivery: tomorrow," then "today," then, "yesterday," and so on. If you email them, they mock you with an automated response calling you a valued customer and advising you to call a phone number. Don't email them. Don't call them. Don't bother trying to communicate unless you have exceptionally low self esteem leading to masochistic behavior based on feelings of worthlessness. Because they already have your money, so your value has been assessed and holds no future worth to them unless you continue to give them your money. This motive is proven by their neglect in making any effort to fulfill your current order, yet sending you a daily flood of promotional emails advertising more products they want you to order so you can watch delivery truck drive by your house, each time thinking about a larger amount of your money spent on multiple items that wont be on your doorstep. Do yourself a favor. If you are considering ordering from soccer.com, instead get a hammer and hit yourself over the head. Once you've done that, think of the pain when you did it. Much like striking yourself with that hammer, ordering from soccer.com is painful and, likewise, just feels so good when you stop.
The reviews of this company says it all but I'll add my experience because of how bad they are. Been over 2.5 months and still nothing. They shouldn't accept orders if they can't fulfill in a timely fashion. As a result of their ineptitude, I had to come out of pocket $150 to get soccer equipment that matched the color scheme and requirements of the league so she can play. What should have cost me $350 or so, is now a $500 expense
PUBLIC: Know that the reviews on their website are filtered and TOTAL CRAP! Let's start with the fact that they refused to post my one-star review to the website because it states "I could have sourced this locally faster," and they stated that they would not post it to their actual website because it mentions this competitor ("sourced this locally").

Poor selection. They are in a contract with local clubs. It takes way too long to get your gear and there is nothing you can do because of the agreement with the club. The club gets a kickback. Beach FC is a scam. Promise your kids will go to college. They all are a scam.
Ordered a liverpool 2021/22 away jersey for my son as a birthday gift and even added the goal membership
After a week i was told item is back order and wont arrive as promised
Item was shipped after 2 weeks only to arrive at a fedex location with nothing in the box to deliver
The disgusting thing i was told is they will refund my money or replace it with a medium size if i want because the large size i ordered they dont have it
They did not even know package could not be delivered till i told them
I was moving in the process and gave them my new address but because of how unprofessional they are, they went ahead and sent it to my old address and i had to call them to change the address
They have the market cornered so they really don't care about customers. It should not take 7 weeks for a customize order
So I set a order for my club Jersey half a month before my first game. But it won't be here till a month and a half later. When you order, it says it will arrive in 9-11 business days. That's just a lie. Again, 2 months. And on top of that, you can't change or cancel a Jersey order. So unless I want to spend another $130 to get my Jersey on time, I can't even play for like 7 games.
This company provides awful customer service. Paid for 2 day shipping and it's been 2 weeks and they continue to tell me that items will be shipped the next day. They won't cancel orders or give refunds. Stay away from this company
They take your money, give you a delivery date & then weeks after not receiving the item they continually tell you it's "processing" with no other information. I should have read reviews before ordering.
Currently waiting one month and counting on a team jersey for a summer futsal league... and called today and they quoted two months for the turn around for a team jersey, if the order was submitted today. So on 7/13, if you ordered a fall soccer jersey, you wouldn't receive it until the end of September.
My new champions league ball has a puncture somewhere and i cant play with it after 1 hour pumped. Never come back.
I ordered a pair of shoes (at a reasonable price) but the delivery date changed multiple times. While I got a good deal for what I bought, I never have this problem when purchasing from Amazon or other more reputable online retailers.

At first I was looking at these bad review and it was worried but when my Messi Jersey arrived is legit I didn't take long to arrived. It took about 1 week to arrived. I don't know what these bad reviews are about.
Such a waste of time & money. Not sure if they are aware of it & don't care or what, but seems like it.
I was forced to purchase two shirts from here for my 4yr old to play soccer. Ordered Youth Small for both. The Jersey fits as expected, the t-shirt is says Youth Small but its actually a 3T. They will not let me return the t-shirt for the bigger size. Now I have to buy a t-shirt from someplace else. Soccer.com should NOT be in business. YMCA stop forcing your players to buy from this company
I posted the below review on soccer.com and got an email stating that they couldn't post it. Twice now, they removed my reviews because it was negative.
Called to cancel order because it took much longer to ship than stated. Was told they cannot cancel even though it's not a personalized item. Asked to speak to a manager and of course the manager was "unavailable" and was told the manager would call me back. Never heard back from the manager. Worst customer service ever!
Answer: If it looks like s#it and smells like s#it then gues what?
Answer: I would guess at least 2 months. I've been waiting for over a month here in the US.
