Order a pair of sneakers for my son, they shipped it to the wrong place, I made the order in April and paid $270 for a pair of Nike soccer shoes I never got them until now June, I don't recommend shopping with them, I keep calling customer service they keep telling me that the supervisor will contact me, they don't know where is my order, but nothing happens…. I still don't have my shoes or my money back, I am planning to call the bank and dispute the charge and never shop with them again, I went through a lot of aggravation, and nobody cares from this company about the customers, management is horrible….
I made a purchase and on the website they say that the delivery is scheduled and then when I called talking about the date that was written on the purchase order they simply say that there is an error on the website and that's it... in the end I made the purchase of a uniform that was on the website predicted delivery on a date that simply did not happen.
Placed and order on Jan17th 2022 and still have not received my items ordered for $119.98. The only way to contact them is by Email on their website that asks for your name, subject and a message but have yet to receive any responses from now 7 attempts :( . I want my money back and not sure how to retrieve it? Can anyone assist that may have had the same issue? I never even received confirmation order but was charged on my credit card.
Problem 1: This company charges you upfront when you pay for your item-money comes out of your account. Problem 2: You won't receive the products you purchased on time- so there are delays that seem intentionally done. Problem 3: As they sent your item- they pre-authorized another transaction for the shipment they are sending over-so they collect again so they can make an extra profit as money sits on their collection or savings account. But as a parent you are not expecting this fee again and at random times. Imagine you only had money to pay for your item on your account lets assumed 150. The additional holds that occurred can easily put your account at a negative causing you additional overdraft fees! Plain and simple their business model is designed to benefit their bottom line. It is unacceptable and has no place in the wellness and health activities of our children and in our communities! Why can't you be transparent and communicate disclosures. Don't tell your clients in writing they will received items by this date and send item when you feel like it. What you have in your hands is a monopoly system period. It doesn't matter how you slice it, you are taking advantage of your clients and you are only hurting our children to benefit your pocket! I don't understand why so many leagues force their team players to order their stuff with a company like this. It's absurd! In case you're wondering why it takes them so long to get orders out in a timely manner, this company with so many people being forced to buy from them, you don't think they're prepared with equipment, employees and materials?... they're not backed order... the longer it takes them to fulfill an order the more money they're making with their so called "pre-authorizations" (YOUR MONEY) because they're generating interest and by the time they "release" this hold, they already used you. They can care less if your child's season is almost over and they didn't get to play.
After reading numerous negative reviews, I was skeptical about ordering from soccer.com. However, they exceeded my expectations. Jerseys arrived a week before the estimated delivery.
I also really like how they packaged the items. Will definitely purchase from soccer.com in the future.
My son got $100 for a gift card and tried spending the whole thing on this site. Well it kept being declined, and finally went over to Nike website and had NO PROBLEMS. Even called customer service and thought everything was fine she was gonna have a supervisor fix it, but I got an email several hours later still saying declined. He even added the membership to his cart. So now I will NEVER use the site again
My experience was quite good! I ordered 20 pairs of soccer socks and they got here at their projected time frame.
I ordered some equipment on August 25th. It's December 29th. No update whatsoever. I called customer service twice, and their response was that they don't have it yet. Attached is my order. Unless you enjoy ordering things that never arrive, please avoid this site like the plague.
Some of this is my own fault for assuming this company would uphold a professional standard of business. The problem is I emailed them and told them I would be perfectly fine if they cancel the order and I can order from another dealer. They told me they are sorry its taking longer then expected but assured me that it would be on its way soon. This was over a week ago and 2 missed games of needing the item. End of the day I should have done a better job vetting a new company I purchased from but in the end I assumed a business that was not a new company would be able to fulfil orders and keep their word.
We are required to buy our Soccer Jerseys through Soccer.com. We joined a new team, and the uniforms were expected to arrive before the season started. They arrived 2 months later with 2 weeks left and the backpack arrived for the last week of practice. Jerseys that did arrive earlier had the numbers come off when washed and had to be returned.
They sent a $25 "we are sorry" voucher, which I used, only to be informed 2 weeks later that they weren't available:
"When you placed your order, our system showed that the item was available, but it is actually out of stock and unfortunately we are unable to obtain it for you from the manufacturer."
Won't be using them again in the future.
Disappointed to receive our son's uniforms the day after the final tournament of the season a few months after ordering.
Now after our team played all summer in mismatches clothes, we have a bunch of expensive customized soccer gear to wear around the house through the winter before growing out of it for next summer.
Terrible company. Would give a lower rating if I could. After calling was informed that we will get uniform after season is over. Will not refund or cancel. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Terrible customer service and extremely long delivery time... it's really unacceptable! Originally they give 6 weeks for delivery and I am already going for week 10 and they still have not shipping to me TERRIBLE!
Avoid the frustration and disappointment of dealing with this company.
I ordered a pair of cleats that were in stock and it took them four weeks to arrive. By their own records it took them seven days before the shoes were shipped. Promised arrival dates kept getting pushed back until it was too late as my season had started. They seem to use some discounted FedEx ground service which took three weeks to go from NC to WA. Calls to customer service would have me on hold for 40+ minutes and offer no assistance. Similarly, email to customer service were never answered. I ended up buying shoes locally and then refusing the shipment when it finally arrived. Find another online retailer or buy locally. Don't waste your time with soccer.com.
I ordered my daughters soccer stuff in August, it's the middle of October and her season is almost at an end. I paid extra for faster shipping and it still hasn't shipped. The person on the phone said her stuff hasn't even started to be customized, they refuse to cancel my order even though I went to $#*!s and bought her everything she needed so she had what she needed.
It's absolutely insane that these people are offering faster shipper on their website and say that's how you can get your stuff faster…. Now I'm being told there's ANOTHER 3 week wait after already waiting since August…

Wow, I wish I had read all of the bad reviews about soccer.com before we purchased anything form them. We had to buy a home and away 'jersey' and the size difference was extreme. This white tee was way too small and customer service argued that I should have known based on the size charts. The size charts for the 2 different shirts are given in completely different formats so they can't really be compared and the sizing was inaccurate, but now I am stuck with it because they are only willing to do an exchange for 'customized' product. After products were already delayed for a sport that only lasts 8 weeks and an exchange process that would take another 2 weeks (prob more with all their delays) it did not make any sense to try to get a another size yet soccer.com was unwilling to refund despite their shipping & fit issues... so buyers beware! This site has product from all different suppliers and does not give good information to ensure consistency of fit and the customer service was the worst I have experienced in a while.
Ordered a pair of goalie gloves on August 18. They processed and charged my credit card. Immediately told me that the gloves would not be delivered until September 20 and should arrive by September 27. On September 28, went online and their own website said that they were shipped and delivered on September 2. Never received. Emailed customer service who said item was no longer available and they would be cancelling the order. Their email said, "you won't see any charges to your credit card for the cancelled item" yet they charged me over a month ago. Now, I'm having to get them to process a refund. This company is total crap.
WEEKS behind in there orders, customer service awful cant answer any questions, manager suppose to call back never did and cant update website. Its showing my item would get on 9-4 and its 9-13 and I still haven't gotten it. Bad website and company if they would of at least called back like I was told or respond to emails but jeez soccer places lets go elswhere how about $#*!s they are awesome.
Worst experience I've ever had in 10+ years of youth soccer. Gear is poor quality too and has already started to fall apart after less than 60 days. Orders take 2+ months to arrive and their customer support is horrible.
I ordered my son's uniform 8 weeks ago from soccer.com. His games start in 2 days and we still have not received his uniform. I called and was told that it is probably going to be another month despite the fact that the item is and has been in stock. Customer service didn't seem to care at all about the situation and pretty much couldn't give me any helpful information. So now, after spending $275 on uniforms, I now have to spend extra money elsewhere finding a backup uniform so that my son can actually play in his games. If it delivers in a month, that means the total timeframe from order date to receiving the items will take around 3 months - beyond ridiculous.
Soccer clubs: DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR UNIFORMS! I, along with several other parents, am going to encourage our soccer club to buy uniforms from a more reliable company in the future.
Answer: If it looks like s#it and smells like s#it then gues what?
Answer: I would guess at least 2 months. I've been waiting for over a month here in the US.
