They hid all the posts on their Facebook page from consumers who never got their orders or their orders are severely delayed. That's shady in and of itself. Their shirts are itchy and cheap. The shorts are so thin they're see-through. The socks are way too thick for soccer socks. Do business with ANYONE else.
Customer service representatives are rude and snarky. They ship their orders several weeks after the order was placed, and they won't refund you for any reason. Save your money and go anywhere else.
I placed my order in July and paid for 2-day shipping. $113 for two shirts, one pair of socks, and one pair of shorts. Shirts and socks took 7 weeks to arrive (got them September 1st) and the shorts are "in transit". We're more than half way through the season.
When my order was already 5 weeks out, I reached out and tried to cancel my order since I paid for items to be used this season, not for less than half a season- they're basically worthless. The email responses I received were terrible customer service, useless boilerplate language, and passive aggressive and unprofessional snark.
They basically said that I should have been aware they are contracted to customize orders, so they are all nonrefundable. It is unreasonable to assume customers are aware of a company's various contracts. It is also unreasonable and unprofessional to throw that in their face when they want a refund for items that are for a specific season that is already almost over, especially when that order was placed nearly two months prior.
They have zero incentive to ship orders on time since as soon as the order is placed they have your money, a policy that prevents returns under all circumstances, and the gall to ship it essentially whenever they like, regardless of when the order was placed.
I ordered my daughters uniform on July 29 and as of today, September 6, I still haven't received it. I get bombarded with automated emails to buy more stuff but they don't even send what I purchased and it took them over a week to respond to a customer service email I sent. I would NEVER purchase from them again unless required by our league. One of the worst companies I've purchased anything from.
We ordered our shirts over a month ago, AFTER the order was placed, an email was sent to me that the order wouldn't even ship out until august 26th. Even though the season started already, we made due. I received an email stating that they are "experiencing shipping delays"…. Which means we won't even receive the shirts until after the season is over at the point. So I called to cancel the order, and was told that they don't cancel orders. So when I said that their business problems in not sending things out on time do not make it my problem to have shirts I no longer need…. The woman got an attitude and said "well it says right here they weren't going out until today". I said "well did they ship out today" her response was that they don't ship on the weekends. So why would the company give me a ship date that wasn't correct? I said are they going out on Monday? And SHE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME. At this point I am going to dispute the charge on my card as fraud. This company is fraudulent.
Terrible delays. Poor customer service. Automated phone system that automatically tells you there is a one hour hold... of all the sports my sons play annually I HATE having to deal with soccer.com
Why did I get a pair of puma socks when I ordered a pair of superflys? Their customer service is dreadful aswell. 40 wait times just to get in contact with them. And the worst part is that you need to contact them in order to get your return shipping label.
If your club is using this as a resource for your jerseys be very afraid quality sucks delivering sucks. Complete rip-off.
I have order, multiple times just because it is what the club required.
My order did not have all the items and I called them and they said they will sip it right away next day delivery two weeks later nothing, order still processing I called back and they said the order is in place keep checking my order was place July 3 2023 it is August 17 2023 and still waiting. Why they promise and they don't delivery?

Well this is a really crappy scam. I'm told I just order a set, adidas doesn't give any details on age for sizing of a kindergartener. I trust the program my son is joining, and that I can return wrong sizes. Apparently it's customized, which I have no idea as this is brand new to me. After $150 on a youth medium, the youth small and now youth YXS, maybe I finally got it right. No details period on what a YXS is even sized. And can't return. Great set up there for first time parents with kids joining soccer programs in kindergarten. For first timers, we're not going to have a clue on sizes or anything so why have customized clothing we can't return? Come on. At least offer details for boys 5-6 in kindergarten for sizing to prevent this. It sucks. We're on one income at the moment and people don't always have a hundred dollars to waste. I lost $100 I didn't have right now, and guess my son can wear those in 7 years. Sigh.
I asked to cancel the order They did not. The order initially was in back order. Send an email to inquire why the order was not cancel the next day they said the ship it. I call customer service very unprofessional lady was half way asleep burping and rude.
I asked for my package to be express delivery i got denied the package took over 13 days after purchase to be delivered but in the website they show withing 7 days of purchased.
Depth of product lines is strong, however, ordering is a fiasco. If you have more than six errors in one ordering process, you are probably an average order. In several orders through this site we have had over two dozen ordering issues, incorrect sizes, incorrect gender sizing, product out of stock, wrong size shipped... The list goes on. Unfortunately, customer service is completely unable to help, since they don't seem to place the orders themselves, but rather defer the ordering process to a warehouse or a third party. This is where everything goes south. Unfortunately, you must escalate above customer service in order to begin rectifying the issues. We are still in the middle of one, with over 15 incorrect issues, slow shipping speed, and many, many hold charges on a credit card that have to be deleted or reversed. If ordering a kit for more than one child, you may have to go to your credit card site and add up all of the total charges to ensure you are not overcharged.
They will not help with returns, if an address is incorrect, or if an item doesnt fit. You will have heck getting help from customer service. Beware! My advice is to look somewhere else, besides there prices are extremely high.
Buyer beware. This definitely applies to Soccer.com. I do not recommend using them at all and will not ever again.
I purchased products from them (Short, shorts and socks) based on the date that was shown at checkout. That date was changed on me later, which would not work for me, I asked to cancel that order and they would not. They even stopped responding to my emails.
Then billed me for the last pair of socks and never sent them to me.
I normally do not like to write people's names in here but based on my experience with Catherine and Octavio, I will NEVER purchase from them again solely based on lack of service.
As a higher up, if they were to read this (doubt it), I would take note. I have 3 kids that play competitive and we go through a total of approx 12 sets of cleats a year and etc equipment. After this experience, I will not ever use Soccer.com again. While I would be a small fish to this company, it will at least be money lost to them.

I ordered an arsenal top from here it came damaged and they said I could get £4 off my next order if I brought two more tops. I just wanted a top that wasn't damaged or my money back still waiting to this day. If you write a bad review on the site they just take it down..
Eurosport was a great company soccer.com not so much. We can't wait months for our kids gear. Get your gear elsewhere
ABSOLUTELY horrible service. Do not order if you can help from this company. Completely dishonest. Sizes ordered were not sent and they refused to help the situation other than refund shipping which is honestly a bit antiquated these days that I even had to pay for shipping.
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with for uniforms. My son's club has a contract and has to use this company and it is very unfortunate. Not only were his uniforms 3 weeks late, they continuously lied over the phone about how they were shipping them that day, overnight… nothing was resolved until we spoke to a manager. His uniforms finally arrived today and they are missing the shorts and the vinyl used for the numbers is extremely stiff. I am more than over dealing with this company and I will never use them for personal purchases.
My sons soccer league chose this company to distribute their soccer uniforms. I ordered the day I received the email and over two weeks passed and no uniforms have arrived. Both of my children have now had to sit their first games out due to the company negligence. I have spoken to customer service and they lied and stated it would be here days ago and status still shows submitted on the site. Totally over priced awful customer service and awful products. Be warned do NOT spend a dime with this company.
I purchased the phantom GX and at first they said I didn't pay for them so I called my bank and they said they had took the money then I call soccer.com and they say they haven't then I told them what my bank has said then it's all sunshine and rainbows and apparently all of a sudden I have fast forward a day later they cancel the order terrible company. Every time I have ordered here there has been a problem I don't recommend it for anyone.
Answer: If it looks like s#it and smells like s#it then gues what?
Answer: I would guess at least 2 months. I've been waiting for over a month here in the US.
