Few days back I bought a kurti from Snapdeal. I am very much happy with the product quality. The material quality used is awesome.

Had ordered a mixer juicer from Snapdeal, was ecstatic when got the delivery so quick, the quality is amazing. Customer service is also very supportive as last time due to size issue I had to return the product and then received the desirable size in within a very short period of time. I have recently started shopping from Snapdeal. Since then I have ordered 6 7 product of different types and never had to return a single one of them. Awesome site awesome product.

I recently ordered a tracksuit from Snapdeal but I was disappointed with this deal as the fabric quality was bad. Snapdeal should work on product quality compared to the price been taken by them. I hope to see some improvement in the future.

Ordered a designer bedsheet from a brand called hometales. Pretty good design and fabric. Fit is also good.

I think Snapdeal is the only company where someone can reach to their customer service agents in just few seconds. I recently got a wow experience with Snapdeal App, I ordered shoes from their app and after 3 days I wanted to change my delivery address as was moving to a different place.

I went to see in the app to lookout for anyoption but, I saw the whatsapp icon and bingo, I clicked on it and within few seconds the agent of snapdeal reverted and helped me instantly.

Best customer service, ever seen. Multiple ways to reach customer care and not only reaching customer service is so easy, however, you get reverts before the timelines as per my experience. The customer support care for their customer's like a family member and feel their issues, understand their queries and help them to resolve. Keep it up, Snapdeal and the customer service.

I ordered a slipper from snapdeal. I got a really genuine product and the quality was really good. I got within the delivery date.

I ordered a product and unfortunately received a wrong product but when I contacted the customer service through WhatsApp. They registered my complaint and helped in resolving the same so quickly that My product got picked and I got the refund and all this was done within 3 days. Snapdeal has the best customer service and contacting them is so easy. Really happy with the services and would all recommend them.
