I would like to share my review for the recent online shopping I did with Snapdeal. I am really amazed with their delivery experience as I bought the product on 28th Feb, 2021 and got it on 03rd March, 2021 in my hands, that was more than awesome. Personally, I have never seen any company (Ecommerce) delivering the products so fast and especially at my location as I live in Guwahati where even the genral grocery shops face this supply chain issues. I think Snapdeal has really improved their services as ealier I shopped with them in 2018 and they took more than 12 days but, this time they have won my heart over their services. Great Going Snapdeal!

The product being offered at snapdeal offer great return on price. The brands are not only affordable but also of good quality.

Snapdeal does not sell fake product and never I received any counterfeit items. I have purchased with snapdeal online for more than 5-6 times and I always received original products. Snapdeal also deals with value-for-money non-branded products that are very useful for day-to-day activities. There was only one instance when Snapdeal sent me a wrong product, however, I instantly raised a complaint, and their pick up guy came the very next day and picked up the product. What I really liked about Snapdeal as they refunded the amount on the same day of pick up. I am going to shop again with Snapdeal for sure.

I ordered a watch and a wildcraft bag and their quality is really amazing.

Worst service ever I experienced compare to other Brands like flipkart, Amazon and AJIO. Snapdeal is the worst I can say.

1. No proper service.
2. Firstly I had updated the address before ordering, but after prepaying the amount and confirming the order snapdeal says our address is out of city limits.
3. Toooooo long to process just a small order, even Club Factory will not take so much time to deliver their order from out of country UK.
4. Delivery boy was soooo rude, no cooperation.

Really worst experience I had come across just for ordering a small stuff, I did a big mistake by ordering in snapdeal. If suppose I have to rate, I will choose minus 5 not even 0. Worst service.

One think I can say clearly, this will be my first and last order. I will never use snapdeal again in my life.

Snapdeal has never sold me fake or a counterfeit item. I don't think so as I have never received any fake product from Snapdeal. In my last many orders with Snapdeal, I never found any item sold by them to be counterfeit or fake stuff. I have ordered more than 25-30 times in the last 2 years and in all price ranges between 100- 10,000. Recently, I ordered a Bosch pressure washer and WD external hard disk and they are not just original, in fact they are very useful. I got them with a great deal from Snapdeal. Before buying them, I compared them across all the Indian Ecom portals, however, Snapdeal was giving them at very low prices so I quickly grabbed them. Additionally, I got one coupon from their spin the wheel game. In conclusion, Snapdeal is a trustworthy ecommerce app and it's the only Indian digital app that sells a variety of products. Moreover, Snapdeal is a marketplace where sellers sell their products so, if anyone has any issue with the product, they can directly raise a return request via the Snapdeal App. They have no question asked policy. Snapdeal also allows a user or an individual to report a fake item to their team in the recently launched program by them (I don't remember the name), and their team takes action post reviewing it internally.

No, they don't sell Fake. If product quality worries you, check other customer reviews before buying. I have got some really crack deals from them. The best thing, I shop on App, I get minimum 3 discount coupons to choose from and that translates into steal deals everytime.

I am a regular online shopper n I recommend everyone to shop on Snapdeal for their genuine products. All the products are value for money. I have also shopped from other websites too but Snapdeal have very good product quality and their delivery services are superb!
For instance, I bought a belt from Snapdeal a few days back, the leather quality was extremely good and the price was just 250 rupees. The same product was available on other websites too but not less than 350 rupees. Thanks to Snapdeal for this great online shopping experience.

Snapdeal does not sell fake products. Their products are genuine. I bought a Syska brand power bank from Snapdeal for below INR1000. The product is sleek and sturdy. The power bank is for ******* mah, and with one full charge, it recharges my mobile multiple times. The product was exactly the same as shown on the Snapdeal website, and the packaging too was good. The product came with a six month warranty.

It's been quite a few months that I've been using this power bank and I'm fully satisfied with my purchase.

Fake products are very common to be sold online since fake items carry a good profit margin for the sellers and people tend to get into the trap of fake products. To avoid such instances, I choose Snapdeal as my shopping partner and never got any fake items or duplicate products from them. I have ordered Nike & Reebok shoes, a Woodland belt, Adidas track pants, Brut perfume, a Puma jacket from them, and are all the products were original and none of them were fake. As a buyer, I am completely satisfied with Snapdeal service and will definitely recommend Snapdeal to others if they do not want fake items.

Snapdeal does not sell Fake nike shoes as I got Original Nike shoes from Snapdeal. I ordered Nike shoes few days back from Snapdeal and got them yesterday, they are absolutely genuine and got them delieverd fast. Yes. Snapdeal sold me an original Casio watch that I ordered a few years back. Recently, again when I ordered Nike shoes with them, they didn't disappoint me and sent me 100% genuine shoes with original box as well. I think there were some issues with Snapdeal a year back but, now it is resolved as I didnt face issues with my last orders that I placed in lockdown. I am happy:-)

Yes, Snapdeal sells genuine products. I recently ordered Red tape shoes for myself and they were original just like we get in Red tape outlet. I really loved the whole shopping experience with Snapdeal as it just took me few clicks to order it from their App, and I was asked to relax:-) and bingo, they delivered the product within 5 days without any hassle.
