I have been shopping from Snapdeal since 2016 and have never faced any issues with them. Their app/website are super smooth and user friendly where you can quickly place your orders. The order tracking is also very convenient with regular updates via Whatsapp and SMS. You can play games in the games zone and earn coins to buy vouchers to save more on your orders. The products quality is really good and price is also competitive compared to other sites. The customer service is also very helpful.

It is nearly 2 months, i have not been delivered the product of refunded the money.
We are not getting any responsible answer thro mails

I bought many products from Snapdeal and all of those were appropriate as mentioned in description of the products. Their On time delivery is a charm and the customer service representatives are really polite and helpful to an extent in order to provide resolutions. All in all, Snapdeal is a Good Deal!

Few days back, I had purchased a watch from Snapdeal. The watch is from a well known Indian Brand. I usually check out different websites/local shops before purchasing any product. The deal I got in Snapdeal was unwatchable.It was one of the hot selling item on Snapdeal. I clicked the deal immediately and purchased it.

I used snapdeal from long tym. Everything is perfect. Product quality, customer service, if I faced any issue with the product and refund. And anything else. Snapdeal provide superbly response and resolve my issue instantly.

I was a frequent buyer of Snapdeal till 2016 but, I stopped shopping with them since had a bad experience with their customer support. They had automated their entire customer support due to which one could not speak with a human. I recently saw an ad on Facebook and decided to give it another shot and to my utter surprise, this time they started to showcase their customer support options tome pro-actively.

I tried using their What's app chat support and found it very useful and quite a seamless experience. I will recommend everyone to be use them again.
