I have ordered shoes from snapdeal but I received used slipper of one leg when I requested for exchange the Snapdeal said I have raised request for exchange but when pickup is arranged this Snapdeal person by saying the statement the customer is not willing to exchange the product I amI am herewith attaching the photos of the item received please don't purchase from Snapdeal if you purchase it from Snapdeal your money will be lost please think before buying it

As the title suggests, Snapdeal is so trustworthy. I have been shopping on Snapdeal for the last 2 years and bought more than 20 items and only once I had to return that too due to a size issue. Got the correct size within 5 days though. My latest order is for a power bank and I am 100 % sure that it is going to be awesome like every product. I just got to know about Snapdeal a few days back and really found the App's user interface fascinating. It's super easy to use and takes only a few steps to place your order. I bought some household items like silicon lid cover for my utensils, some really trendy spoons and other kitchen products. Due to lockdown, I couldn't go out and was expecting my products within 10 days, however, I was amazed to see the products got delivered within 4 days and that too from different sellers with different locations. I am really really impressed.

They delivered fake product and not replaced or refunded amount till date... I wrote many mails and tried to contact but no response... They are cheaters...

I had a very good experience 2ith Snapdeal. Last month I ordered for a pair of shoes for my dad. However had to replace them due to size issue. I raised a complaint on same day and on the next day itself it was taken. The replacement was delivered within 3 days only.
