I like most features. Site is pretty user friendly. Like the selections and cost is good.
Having trouble though with log in and getting to my creations. Was a bit confusing at first.
If I go directly to site there's no way to log in and get to my creations.
If I go to my account again there's no way to get to my creations. I have to go to my email and click on a certain phrase at the bottom of the box to be able to get to the viewing area of my creations... sooo a bit frustrating. There needs to be a quicker more user friendly way to edit a creation.

Don't bother using their customer service for anything! I was having issues with getting a link removed for security purposes and they flat out ignored my request! I still have not gotten a response! Canceling my membership and demanding a refund for the terrible service!

I have been surprised at the quality and number of the designs that are available. They are easy to use and those to who I have sent them have really like them.
Preparing for a relatives Wake and Repass, we decided to gather the family photo memories and run a slide show. Question was "How do we add nice music to all of these photos?" Searched online for some answers.
We were pleasantly surprised when smilebox.com popped up. Played with the Free Trial Version for a small batch of photos. In about a half hour... We had a very impressive presentation! The rest in History... Thank you smilebox.com!

P S I should mention there are no scams, If Smile-box says its free, it is.
When I noticed that my account was double charged of $47.88, I sent an email to the support team to tell them and hoping they would refund the duplicate charge. Their customer support Steve sent me an email acknowledging they receive my email, but telling me I created two accounts, no mention of the refund at all. After receiving his email, I sent multiple emails back to tell him/support team that I didn't intend to create two accounts, the second email Steve listed for the 2nd account was not valid email account, and wanted to cancel the 2nd Smilbox account and request refund of $47.88 for the 2nd account, I never receive any response back. I only used 5 cards for 2015 Christmas season, but I have been charged of $95.76 ($47.88@2), I never see such expensive E-CARD!

I love the ease of use and basic formats but I really need styles where I can fill in the headings. Sometimes what I have to say doesn't fit their categories. Also they need some new newsletter formats.
