The product i received in my trial period from this company was of good quality, and was shipped in an expeditious fashion. But that is where any positive comments about this shameful company come to an abrupt end. Smilebox smiles all the way to the bank, as they count on honest, unsuspecting customers trialing their service to forget that they only have seven days to cancel before they are charged a non-refundable $47,88 to have access to smilebox services. I fell prey to this shameful business practice in may 2015. I immediately cancelled my account online because they do not offer any phone contact with their company. Now, in may 2016 i was, again, unexpectedly charged another $47.88 by this company. Smilebox follows the shameful business practices of many other scam companies, who take advantage of honest, unsuspecting customers in order to scam them out of their hard earned money. I'm sure that the $47.88 is nothing to this dishonest organization, but it is a huge sum of money to most of us, enough money from an unexpected withdrawal to cause overdrafts of checking accounts and cause more unexpected charges that most of us can not afford and also causes other family bills to go unpaid. However, i must admit that they have taught me something i did not even suspect prior to engaging in commerce with them: in the future, i will be sure that any company i do business with has a phone number that a live person answers. With this being my first experience with this type of company, i was unaware that i should check for a phone number. The total of nearly $100.00 in a year is a sum that has hurt my family. I would say that smilebox should be ashamed, but shame is something these type of people do not feel - these type of people live by the statement "caveat emptor"... or "buyer beware"... or, to better put it, "sucker beware".
I used the first time to make a slide show for my daughters birthday and I was amazed at how easy and user-friendly the app is even for a non-technical person.
Would love to have a few more choices on the music, but over all a great experience.
